Nico Hulkenberg Monza Interview 2024

hey ni massively in the walls today obviously and it looked like your race was almost over before it even began just told me through those incidents early doors with d yeah just a very poor first lap um just yeah seemed to have a bad timing and wrong wrong position all the time and then uh into turn eight um got a real good toe of Danny and so I choose the outside line but he he swept across quite a lot and didn't really leave the the the car with so uh we made contact put me off a bit and the engine went into ATI stall so kind of yeah took a while till I had that sorted out lost a few more positions um so yeah more or less that was when the race was already uh you know looking very difficult but obviously then uh the racing incident with with Yuki um you know did the rest front Wing change uh plus a penalty that you have to serve you know you lose so much time and then into blue flags it just uh came over is it kind of just one of those days cuz there have been real high points this weekend and at least Kevin got something for the team and it yeah very good that you know he was there today and he uh you know he strong Drive I think he would have been even P9 without the penalty that that he had I I I don't know what happened to him but I heard um so very good that we um yeah only lost one point to Williams
