Why’s the PS5 Pro Price so High?

Sony just revealed the PlayStation 5 Pro and unfortunately it is not looking good PlayStation 5 provides some cool features but as we all know it comes at a $700 price tag but why did they put it at $700 many claim it's because Sony doesn't want to take a hit from inflation but for some of us consumers we lose a little bit of respect when hearing that because inflation sucks for everybody so why does Sony have to take advantage of us to keep their profit when they can't just deal with it like the rest of us are
