dip making the news again yeah Gary richway booked in an Institutional hole at King k j whoa yeah wreay hasn't been charged but he is in an Institutional hle at the king count jail according to prosecutor's office you know and I think it's so funny you got someon the losers and the puppy mill High shil cam Sam worson this guy and T Bunny put together absolutely crazy these shiles are let's get to the story River Killer terrorized Washington for years in the end he pled guilty to the murder of nearly 50 women in teens leaving families throughout our state in grieving while Ridgeway has been locked up for decades Fox 13 has learned he has returned to Western Washington locked up in a new location good evening and thanks for joining us for Fox 13 News at 10 I'm Matthew Smith David Rose has the night off and I'm seir Rayford he was booked into King County jail this morning Fox 13's Nia Wong has been tracking down details Nia do we know when he was moved well the King County prosecuting attorney's office says Ridgeway had been at the Washington State penitentiary in Wala Wala that is until he was booked into King County Jail of 10:42 this morning after he was revealed as the Green River Killer Gary Ridgeway is known as one of the state's most infamous serial killers it'll never end and first of all it never ends for the families and the victims retired homicide detective CL stiger remembers ridgeway's reign of terror though he didn't work on the investigation he had colleagues who did and believes these could be the reasons for ridgeway's return either he's being charged with a new crime he wasn't charged with before or he has to be resentenced on one of more of his charges from before because of some technicality the King County prosecuting attorney's office says Ridgeway hasn't been charged but he is in an Institutional hold beyond that no other details have been shared the K County Sheriff's Office only sent us this statement saying since Gary ridgeway's arrest in 2001 pertaining to the Green River murder investigation the King County Sheriff's Office continues to actively investigate potentially related cases when Ridgeway was sentenced in 2003 prosecutors took the death penalty off the table if he agreed to plead guilty to any and all future cases in King County where his confession will be backed up with reliable evidence Ridgeway is currently serving 49 consecutive life sentences if there's one victim that he wasn't charged with that he should have been then they need to have their day in court too so we know where Ridgeway is tonight we're still working on trying to get why he has returned to King County and as soon as we do we'll update you on air and online on fox3 seattle.com live in Seattle Nea Wong Fox 13 new yeah it's kind of weird this piece of scumbag making the news again yeah we all know that piece of crap he he should have got the electric chair or lethal injection she'd be dead by now yeah 49 Li is my God could you imagine like had to Ser nor 49 life sentence like that you have to live to a thousand even get a mly shot perole unreal
