Our family holiday Vlog to Icmeler 2024 - Turkey stole our hearts!!

hi everyone we're going to take you on our twoe holiday to the bner apartment in ishiller this includes flying with two Airwaves so we'll show you on board the aircraft it includes our transfers from dalan airport and our accommodation at the biller apartments in ishm perfect there's been quite a lot of scare mongering regarding um the prices of inflation and everything in Turkey but we're going to go and see what it's like and whether or not we should have gone all inclusive and let you know so we're going to share our hotel experience our holiday experience as a family of four which will include eating out it'll include a bit of shopping and maybe a few planned excursions we hope you enjoy our video um and we'll obviously let you know the cost of the whole experience and the cost of the package in full as long as as well as any spending money [Music] oh [Music] I knew would be down the sweet aisle Mentos they always sell toble own oh there you say they always sell toble own in duty3 look at that selection of toble own look at that that's mad yeah it's just loads of little ones though isn't it could you imagine taking that's turkey all melt here we are at our cheesing Manchester airportal to what have you Ed friends um chicken tenders with barbecue sa and we sharing K and chips and I um got this Arch quite reasonable as well to me say I think all of that 238 quid he not bad at all and we're going we're ready to go on holiday [Music] [Applause] so we're finally on the plane now heading to Turkey take off was really really good and really smooth the only thing that about we're quite far away and our gate was quite far away from sorry I don't he me of announcement the captain speaking sorry about what the captain was just explaining where we are flying over um in Germany and then heading back down so it's quite interesting frankf he did mention frankurt M Club I couldn't really hear my ears still um from going up so into the sky but I'm looking forward to watching a beautiful sunset it's quite clear and which should be quite nice we're all really really tired we are going to order something from the cafe menu just a little snack and a drink um when they come around so yeah so I have gone for a plowman's snack box and a j let's have a look and see what's in here we have got some pickled onions don't like them pretty cool though got some crackers we've got uh creamy cheddar creamy cheddar with fine herbs Bron pickles small chunk not a fan of that either yeah and three sourdough crackers so I'm going to eat this and then probably watch a little film and try and get maybe half an hour an hour sleep [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] yes everybody [Music] okay and we're on our way to the buner you excited [Music] so today we've come for lunch to the Wembley bar which is just around the corner from the billinger apartments so the exchange rate is 4130 today we exchanged money across at the supermarket this morning and we got 41 dead on you can get a Scottish breakfast here you can get an English breakfast a really good decent menu [Music] so this is also near the apartment complex this is seagull transfers and travel and I've seen lots of recommendations for these guys and it's literally all around the corner so that's good um but there's lots that you can do where going to go to the aqua Park one day not sure on prices yet but we'll let you know when we do book here you can go to honu for the day wow it's a bit of a trk but be a good trip so we've just finished our first full day here at the bner apartment in ish Miller and we ate out for breakfast this morning just around a pool that was £25 um that included two cheese Toasties a BAC and roll a fruit salad a couple of coffees couple of waters so I don't think that was that bad then we went to the Wembley Bar for our lunch and we spent £ 38 there then tonight we've been to the lighthouse which is one of my favorite restaurants that's in Dolphin square and I had the honey and chili chicken with rice and a few little chips it weren't over over facing at all and that was really nice so and I think for three adult meals and one child's meal it came to Just sh of 56 which is uh and that includes drinks as well [Music] so in total for food we've spent roughly around £18 £1 1220 but um we've also had loads and loads of drinks throughout the day cuz it's been up to 42 degrees today so we've had tons and tons of drinks we've had ice creams um we also had to go to the shop this this morning cuz when we arrived obviously we had no water we had no milk um with it being selfcatering we could we can obviously have those facilities and make teas and coffees and things like that in the room um and we had to replenish our toilet roll as well so we went to the shop and and spent a little bit of money there so all in all I think we spent around about £80 today but we have eaten out three times um and we've eaten a lot we're just now having a night cap before we go uh back to our room Freddy is exhausted as you can see I'm pretty tired I think call in all we had about 5 hours sleep last night um and that were bits on the plane bit on the transfer and then back in the room so yeah so we will see you bright and early tomorrow [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] so this is supp play area at owner apartment if I deal on a night time when we come down for a drink or when we get back so Freddy can play on it obviously we're not waiting on it now cuz it's absolutely scorching um but it's ideal cuz it just keeps them entertained while we can have a little night cap or you know a drink F out for his evening meal it's not Bo it's got something to do um and it's really clean really nice that will be bingo at 1 p.m. ticket sale will start at half 12 and the game will begin at 100 p.m. each ticket is 50 L thank you in advance we need four and three everybody next number 6 and 6 come on so tonight we are going to the Cara fine dining restaurant which I am very excited about just have a look at the menu quickly outside looks good [Music] we just fancy something a little bit quieter so we're going to the magic garden away from the boom boom and just have a really nice drink here this is just what we needed bit of peace and quiet how have you found how did you find your meal at Kirra fine dining it was good it was very nice I had a sweet chili chicken very tasty what about the price what would you say a little bit confusing even though it was like 11 set menu yeah I think it only worked out a tiny bit cheaper than the night before yeah I agree totally agree there was a little bit of discrepancy where they charged for the drinks on top as well cuz they didn't put it on the set menu so you've got to really check your bills yeah definitely same as anywhere [Music] yeah so there's three quieter bars down [Music] here oh and D just found a d board so there's magic garden Ellie Cafe and another one what's this one they're watching new Mom they're watching the Olympic T Cactus they're watching [Music] the oh cool and it's just down the road from Champagne Moon Golden Moon champagne Steakhouse [Music] good morning everybody so today we are getting the water taxi over to to runch we um have holidayed in tunch before it's just the bay around the corner it's absolutely stunning it's beautiful but water taxi is at 10:00 it's 9:30 it's absolutely boiling and we've got about a 10minute walk down to the Sea front to get it so we better get going [Music] [Applause] [Music] so we are in at the beautiful tun the taxi boat took around about half an hour in total uh but we were satting the shade it was really really nice it was such a nice Journey for three adults and one child it cost $750 One Way um and we're going to get the taxi boat back as well so just to so we don't have to do the uh dreaded Journey over the mountain cuz that is pretty scary and a taxi anywhere would be a tener I find the sea a bit different over here around the bay to ishm and it is more Rocky I will show you that but it is really really nice um and clear so we're on the beach we've come to 09 beautiful really really nice place they do paddle boarding here and that's 300 l so about again 7750 um Elanor is going to have a go on that after [Music] lunch she's coming back in now you Freddy what have you fought to the beach today um it's been nice the only thing that like is like water in eyes oh the sea yeah but it's been nice to come back to tunk today yeah oh good elanar how was the paddle boarding cuz I couldn't really hear you when you were getting it out it's very good it was I'm hot I didn't want to go in the sea down there cuz it's very seaweedy and like rocks that look like sharks I so then I just stayed on it and I'm I've got a good balance but cuz I was on it for like 45 minutes in the sun just there no shade I'm boiling now yeah but it's good I enjoy it cool well it is really hot today we're going to go head up the back and get Freddy so football kit if you are in to run shopping definitely come to Oscar he is so good he's so F is's he's just brilliant really friendly such a lovely guy so we just thought we'd come on and give a quick summary about our day to tun today yeah so we got the water taxi to tun um from our hotel and that was 700 L going coming back they charged us a full price for free which so it was 800 l so it was 200 L each so I think it's just a case of it depends on who you get driving the boat really I think make it up as to go along really yeah so it was 20 quid there 20 quid back to be fair it's probably better than taking that horrendous Hill and it's a beautiful journey and you get a bit of a breeze which is quite nice in this this heat yeah it was really really nice and so we got four Sun beds two parasols we we had lunch there we had loads and loads of drinks didn't we soft drinks you know to keep hydrated you had a couple of beers at lunch time yeah um 52 quid yeah which was that's including the paddle board yes as well yeah so Ellen I went on the paddle board that included the the paddle boarding as well and that was for an hour and lunch was very very good it was really T we only had like wraps but it was so tasty I mentioned earlier that we went we chose well we go to Oscars to get Freddy's football kits doorway but actually he did us a a better deal than I mentioned earlier we got five for3 yeah it's been a good day all in we've got the barbecue tonight haven't we but tunch was yeah was just a beautiful as as it was two years ago so [Music] good morning so this afternoon we're going on a sunset boat trip we get picked up from our Apartments here at the buner apartments in ishm at 10: to 5 I think they said two bears where we can get off um and have a swim and then we get back on the boat we have a barbecue um and then watch the sunset and I think we get dropped back off here at around about 9:30 so that's what we're doing today I hope you enjoy the footage of that um it did cost £750 per adult and £10 per child under sevens are free so if you have got a child under seven they are free um and it's called Canan boat trip so really hope you enjoy that and I'm really looking forward to a good day out [Music] so we've stopped at the first beer it's absolutely beautiful it's so quiet peaceful our boat isn't full at all I think there's about 15 people on it um the beer we stopped at is just around the corner from marmaris it's it's just absolutely stunning I'm going to take some footage now of them swimming in the sea are you enjoying it Elena yeah I'm not looking down why AR you looking down I saw you jump in you're so great [Music] [Music] the Bears that we've been to so far just beautiful gorgeous temperature for swimming in and it's a lovely boat lovely atmosphere some great on it lovely families on it it's not full capacity at all which I think that it's it's you know makes it very very nice and quiet and peaceful absolutely it's been lovely we've enjoyed it so far and then we've got the food coming very soon uh which is obviously a standard barbecue um with a couple of maybe drinks and bits in it so it smells delicious it does it smells very good Freddy likes the meat Falls mom so can have meats oh that's good good yeah really lik meatballs yesterday try a meatball first see if you like your meatball it looks so fresh look absolutely gorgeous is the rice nice though [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] so it is our last day here in ishm uh we get picked up tonight at 10:00 we have kept the room on till 7:00 p.m. it has cost us £25 to keep the room on but I think it's well worth the money cuz we can get freshened up uh tea time we also got air conditioning as well for 11 nights and that was £79 there has been a heat wave whilst we've been in Turkey so it's well worth the money again it's it's really com in handy so we've just just been out for our last meal we're waiting for the transfer to pick us up uh we tried Tipsy Burger which is just at the top of where we staying it was really nice we just had like a um a nibbles um type tea really we got loads of little different Bits Chicken Wings mozzarella sticks um cheddar sauce chips so it was it was nice we're not overly hungry I think we're just ready for home now so at the beginning of this video we said we would reveal what our holiday has cost us we paid on New Year's Day to Tui when we booked for 11 nights pre-book seats on the plane transfers 20 kilos of luggage I think that's it isn't it that's what the package was so for 11 nights with Tui we paid 2,314 and we've been averaging spending a day how much you say about 160 170 really yeah there's been dearer days and there been cheaper days I'd say 160 170 yeah 160 170 and that's that's the top end really um and that's not scrimping you know but Elanor Freddy myself Derma you know we've all had loads and loads of drinks haven't we throughout the day ice creams trips to the supermarket to get snacks loads of loads of bits um eating really well on a night trying different restaurants I think my favorite was The Love Boat for my birthday I absolutely love that un I didn't include the footage of that on this Vlog because it was my birthday um but yeah it was lovely what was your favorite I think my favorite happen to be Mar m for the traditional T thought it was it was so authentic was it blowing the service was amazing because he owned the place just got he really really cared and if you want hummus that's the place to go it was beautiful yeah that's true not many places do hummus and his was gorgeous yeah lovely so yeah so sadly we're going to wait for our transfer bus we've got a couple of hours to wait um kind of just want to get home now but also really sad to be leav in in the same breath um but yeah so thank you so much for watching if you have liked this video please please
