Which MLS team is right for your Career Mode?

Intro today we're answering one simple question which MLS team is right for your career mode there were a lot of comments on my previous MLS video about which clubs someone should pick so today I'm going to tell you about eight of my favorite MLS options depending on what kind of save you want to do we've got the next big MLS clip we've got the big famous popular one we've got the best foreign club and more so stick around until the end of the video to make sure you've picked the right one owned by Miami David Beckham as part of his contract for joining La in 2007 it's hard to see past into Miami as the next successful team in the MLS likely to agree a deal with the best player of all time Lionel Messi the club has a good amount of hype and Messi Will trump Beckham as the best player to ever play in the MLS the first season in the MLS was 2020. since then they've slowly improved from 20th best to the top 10 this season they're planning on building a new purpose-built stadium in the next few years and they currently play at a shared 18 000 see the stadium but with Messi as well as rumors of Sisk Fabregas and Luis Suarez joining them Miami are set to become a popular choice going forwards why not get a head start and start your save on FIFA 23. as the most successful MLS Seattle expansion team of all time Seattle is one of the most popular options for FIFA MLS saves there's a reason they're so popular Seattle is a famous city the Sounders are always one of the best teams and they also have an interesting stadium in FIFA to play your matches at the Seattle Sounders are interesting because they're a relatively new MLS team that's had a lot of success they won the MLS Cup in 2016 and have consistently been competitive since they joined the league in 2009 in fact they have a rich history of success dating back to the early days in the North American soccer league continuing into the United soccer league and now finally winning the MLS Cup in their second ever season the team is coached by someone who is part of all of this success Brian schmitzer he's been at the club for years and years so make sure sure you try and recreate him as your manager on FIFA career mode it might be surprising to some of the Europeans watching this but the MLS isn't only american-based teams Toronto Vancouver and Montreal all have expansion teams in the league too Toronto are the most successful and are probably the most fun Canadian team to play on FIFA the team has won the MLS Cup twice in 2017 and 18. the teams also won the Canadian championship seven times between 2009 and 2020. Toronto are actually the only team to ever win the MLS treble but unfortunately for you only two competitions are available on FIFA you can try and get the trouble by simulating the Canadian championship by keeping track of all three Canadian MLS teams results against each other and seeing who gets the most points against other Canadian teams even people who LA Galaxy don't follow the MLS know Ellie Galaxy Beckham's latan Gerard Cole Donovan and Keane all played for their famous all-white kiss and that's why I've picked them to be the big name option if you want one as your MLS career mode save LA Galaxy are one of the eight MLS teams to have a stadium in game a ground they used to share with LA's Mexican Focus side Chivas USA if you want a save where you can sign the biggest names then LA Galaxy is the one for you any player who's over 28 and rated between 78 and 83 would be a realistic Target for LA Galaxy realistically even better players would probably be willing to join and if a player seems like they'd like to live in Los Angeles they could also be a realistic Target think about players like Dominic Calvin Lewin or Hector bellerin that are super into their fashion NYCFC New York City is undeniably one of the most famous cities in the world only Tokyo London Paris and Rome can compete so why not try and bring some MLS glory to one of the biggest cities in the world nycfc are proudly partners of both New York Yankees and Manchester City as they're part of the city football group and they play at the Yankees baseball stadium when New York City FC was announced as an expansion team in 2013 fans all over New York City were super hyped finally there would be a top division soccer team based in the five boroughs New York Red Bulls play in New Jersey so technically they aren't based in New York which meant New York City FC were the team's first ever MLS team New York City FC has had a successful start to their MLS career making the playoffs in basically every single season and making it to the conference semi-finals a couple of times it's up to you to carry and keep the success going by bringing the biggest players to one of the best cities in the world if you're Orlando City more into the Hispanic side of football maybe Orlando is the right club for you the club began to play in 2015 as an expansion of the league Orlando City Soccer Club isn't the first MLS team to play in Florida in the early 2000s they had both Tampa Bay Mutiny and Miami Fusion but they both went folded in 2001. the club now plays its home games at the Orlando City Stadium which opened in 2017 but unfortunately isn't in FIFA as one of the only few soccer dedicated stadiums in the MLS Orlando have had some of the most hyped Brazilians in the past 20 years play for them Alexandra Pato and Kaka were both undeniably two of the best players in the world at their peaks while Portuguese might be the language spoken in Brazil the majority of the rest of your site is Spanish-speaking this includes Cubans uruguayans argentinians and peruvians your goal is to try and keep signing Spanish-speaking players and why not see if you can bring a huge name in from Spain maybe you could get morative to finish his career in Orlando or maybe David Silva would like to retire in Florida Atlanta United when it looked like the league was getting its nice set of good teams and bad teams Atlanta United showed up to the league in 2017 and smashed everything apart they won the MLS Cup in their second season they have the highest single match attendance in MLS history over 72 000 fans of the top 10 most attended matches in MLS history Atlanta United took part in every single one of them with the majority taking place at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium which is on FIFA and also the club is the most valuable according to Forbes with a valuation of over half a billion dollars however in 2020 it came 23rd out of 26 teams in 2021 it improved to go ninth and then last season 2022 is in around 22nd position so despite having such a brilliant start Atlanta United have kind of Fallen away it's up to you to try and rebuild Atlanta United they still have really good players like Joseph Martinez up front but ever since players like Miguel almeron left to join Newcastle so they do need some support for the big Venezuelan Striker FC Cincinnati the final team that we're talking about today is FC Cincinnati and they're a bit of a mystery because in real life they are fifth in the MLS in their division however on FIFA they have the second worst team in the entire league your goal is to try and replicate their real life results and see if you can finish in the top half of your division in season one despite having such an average Squad overall they're a pretty weird team as well their rivalry with Interstate Rivals Columbus Crew is known as the hell is real Derby which is one of those metal sounding Derby names I've ever heard of however they've never qualified for the playoffs they only joined the league in 2019 and they came last in 2020 and 2021 which is 27th overall and just generally the team has never had any success in the short time it's been around however their owner Carl Linda III is a very rich man so who knows what he'll do to Cincinnati it's up to you to try and rebuild them see if you can get them to win the MLS for the first ever time and of course keep winning the hell is real Derby I just can't get enough of that name with Columbus Crew see if you can beat them a couple of times and even better if you do it in the MLS
