We Begin this newsour in the occupied West Bank where the Israeli military has been sending reinforcements as it continues its assault for a seventh day a 14-year-old boy was killed in one of the most recent attacks on the tarim refugee camp the Israeli military has confirmed that it used a drone to Target Palestinians who they say were firing at soldiers Palestinian Fighters have been exchanging gunfire with the Army and at least 30 people have been killed by Israeli forces during their week-long military operation nid ibraim is joining us from just uh at the entrance of the tarim refugee camp that's in the occupied West Bank where inada as we've been saying the Israeli Army had initially withdrawn leaving a trail of Destruction but then subsequently returned what's the situation like right now people thought that because the Israeli forces withdrew at the end of the second day of the invasion that they're not going to come back again this soon but ultimately this is what happened yesterday night when the Israeli forces returned and they've kept going back and forth back and forth leading some people to think that they can really resume their lives in the morning a Palestinian boy a 14-year-old was going to the mosque with his father when both of them were shot by the Israeli forces the boy has succumbed to his wounds and the father is still wounded uh in the hospital getting treatment we are talking about the level of Destruction as well and we've been speaking to the officials here in Kim who say that after the Israeli forces have withdrawn from the area they started really fixing some of the roads trying to return electricity and water all of these facilities that have been cut by the Israeli Invasion to the refugee camps both of them noram refugee camp and to Karim refugee camp but now the Israeli forces came back again with more destruction to the infrastructure look at one of the roads this is the one of the main entrances to the refugee camp it has been totally dug up by the Israeli forces now again the Israeli forces usually say they are after the IEDs the improvised explosive devices that are sometimes planted by the Palestinian fighting groups to thwart the uh uh the raids of the Israeli forces but people here say that this is intentional this is done to remind Palestinians who controls their lives and who has the ultimate say if they choose to resist the Israeli occupation it remains a tense situation here in tarim where the iseli forces are still inside H Palestinians are scared for their lives and you know they're just waiting to see how it's going to unfold it's not only uh tarim and Shams but military operations are expanding elsewhere in the occupied West Bank you know Darin Janine has been the one of the main focus areas that the Israeli forces have been targeting since the start of the invasion early on Wednesday the Israeli forces remain there with the mayor talking about a severe level of Destruction H talking about 70% of those roads that have been raided that ultimately got destroyed the pictures there are really difficult to see the main Square in the city uh where Palestinians sometimes go H near the uh Market the vegetables Market also has been hit so we're talking about a very tense situation that is not only in the North of the occupied West Bank or in Janine only but we are also talking about the raids that continued all across the occupied West Bank habron for example in the southern occupied West Bank where the Israeli forces have been enforcing a closure for a while now and they've been limiting the movement of Palestinians the UN is talking about more than 129 checkpoints and Gates and boundaries closed against Palestinians moving from and to uh one place so we're also talking about another way to the Beet University where Palestinian students are there so again it's seen here as a general state of tension targeting Palestinians wherever they are okay n we'll let you go for now thank you so much for that reporting from the tarim refugee camp in the occupied West Bank make sure to subscribe to our channel to get the latest news from Al jazer
