[Applause] start some questions that were submitted by the audience so here here's a good one uh all all of us can can wait how can we protect the children from woke ideology transgenderism Etc one way we can do it is like what we did in Texas and that's to pass laws that deny woke ideology in our schools and programs easy example this last session I worked with Riley gains we wanted to make sure that we would not have been participating as women in women's sports and with Riley G's help build up my [Applause] [Music] I to do the same thing with regards to ideology like that being taught in schools why in the world are our children being taught both ideology when there are no math and science and reading and writing we got a future to educate not to indoctrinate and we will legislate that until we get both out of our school [Applause] go for it all right it's a tough one to follow man you got to you got to bring it down a little no um I I I think the governor's right we can definitely continue to write laws um but one thing I want to say to this crowd is um this is a country of by and for the people we the people have to get loud we have to start showing up the school board meetings we have to get engaged we have to become activist and I know that has a sometimes the word activism and activist has a negative connotation we think of you know you know crazy people when when we think of activists often but activ activism is just getting active and we have to do it or we're we're going to continue to lose this country and you know I I do want to point something out because I was talking to my team after you know winning my primary here a couple weeks ago and they told me that only a little over 30 % of uh folks voted in our primary it's pretty sad isn't it and I talked to one of my friends uh Cory Mills in Florida he said only 19% of people voted in his primary what's the message if if we can't even take the time to get up learn about our Representatives learn who they are learn who's running for school board learn who's running for County Supervisor we're going to continue to get the government that we deserve and so please if for those of us that are you know 30 and older in this room and that that covers quite a few of us but it's up to us to make sure that our kids and our grandkids get to grow up in the same country that we that we do and that we did it's up to us and it's going to take us getting active it's going to take us maybe putting down the remote control or you know not focusing so much on our next vacation but actually fighting you know for the Next Generation why do you think that when President Trump got shot in the head why do you think when he bounced up what did he say to us why do you think he he said that because he understands that this movement is so much bigger than him and even if they do get him at some point and I pray to God that they never do because of how amazing he's been as a leader in this country we got to be willing and ready to pick up that torch and carry it for the Next [Applause] Generation I think Governor Abbott said it very clearly what he's done what we need and we need we need president TR an office and we don't have to worry about that uh I went to school and my mom and my dad sent me to school and they always told me you're going there to learn we're going to educate you in our home and they gave me my education and they know what's right from wrong and uh if you think on that question just imagine Governor Tim Walls and KLA Harris in the White House on that question I'm you know I look at I look at Governor walls and just take this for what is worth I look at the man I don't know him but don't wear boots and Wranglers and a cart heart shirt and a camouflage hat and hold a pig at the Minnesota State Fair and then put tampons in fourth grade Bo you know what we call it on the F it's a counterfeit that's a counterfeit so uh let's get let's get president Trump and and uh let's get JD Manon office and we can take a little free today
