we have breaking news University of South Carolina basketball player ashleen Watkins has been charged with assault and kidnapping Watkins was arrested by campus police on Saturday August 31st following an incident at an campus apartment complex located on the 600 block of Lincoln street according to the arrest warrant Watkins allegedly assaulted a Woman by forcefully grabbing her face pulling her arms and pushing her it's also reported that Watkins picked up the victim against her will and force her to walk down the hallway restricting her movement the victim who sustained non-life-threatening injuries managed to escape and pull a fire alarm alerting First Responders Watkins was released on a $330,000 personal recognizance Bond according to court records she is prohibited from having any direct or indirect contact with the victim and must stay 1,000 yards away from the victim's home work school and place of worship
