all right this is breaking down Leonard Floyd's first career sack as a 49er you'll have Aaron Rogers motioning the slot wide receiver across the formation to dictate coverage if it's a single High cover three or if it's a cover one all right the defensive back does follow so the Rules of Engagement looks like on the surface a manto man coverage however you'll see three defensive backs highlighted here they drop back in their deep thirds because what you'll see is DeAndre Campbell right there is going to be the curl flat underneath Defender the boundary quarterback up top which you're going to see here is going to peel back into his deep third and Rogers thinks he has underneath routes he doesn't there's four underneath Defenders everything's booked up and locked in and he has nowhere to go you see that triangle three DBS on the back end and everything's covered up nice play all the way around by the 49ers defense let's get another Vantage Point all right here we have a tackle and stunt on the right side but you see wide n all the way around from Bosa and Floyd as outlined here you have Javon hard grave lined up as a three technique Malik Collins right here highlighted as a four he's going to shrink down into that tackle and stunt attacking that Twan game with Leonard Floyd he's going to pop into that three technique Floyd's going to wrap around and hitting that c to the a gap on the flip side Javon Hara is going to shrink down from a three to a one Gap once the ball is snapped as you see here he's going to shrink down from a three to a one occupying the guard and the center leaving Floyd untouched for his first career sack as a 49er if you like my film breakdowns follow me on X and YouTube
