[Music] we obviously really good at bowling probably could go professional is there another sport you think you can go professional in no I I would just love to I would just love to build things when I'm done you know like whether it be like Furniture of any kind like I just love working with wood I like I like working with leather drawing when I'm done I'll probably get into stuff like that but I profession wise man I don't know that something you tapped into when you couldn't really play the last couple years get into the hobby of building thing I've always done I've always tinkered with like one project every year I made a rocking chair out of white Sycamore maybe two offseasons ago this year I made a like a western love seat um it's got like cwh hide wrapped with like some silver St or bronze studs for like you know trim work and then it's got African mahogany for wood and then um and then uh leather for like I wrap the seats in leather but everything on the side that you don't sit on is going be cowhide that's cool it was fun learn a lot YouTube Hero on that one how would you describe your bowling skills average at best yeah my dad's in a bowling league so I'm like the sub substitute teacher you know like if somebody's hurt or needs a break like I come in and bowl so uh yeah I wouldn't s I'm great but I've asked mooki about it I enjoy it um still learning there's a lot to it than just picking up a ball and rolling it it's crazy you needed to pick a teammate other than mooki to get a strike who are you relying on I don't know I haven't heard a lot about you know other guys who bulll I've heard bruar may be good today and Freddy so maybe one of those guys or myself I would a lot of money on it but yeah what has today been like getting to be back with your teammates in front of the fans at the stadium and out here tonight for a good call it's it's just cool I mean can't you don't want to take for granted the opportunities you have to be around a lot of like you know truly blessed talent I mean these guys are gifted beyond what a lot of players get to play with I mean you get to sit on the other side I'm grateful I get to not have to pitch against them I mean I've pitched against Mook I've pitched against already I pitched against Otani and Margo and all these other guys really on the team and I'm just glad I don't have to face them anymore I'm very very fortunate to be considered part of this team because of the type of talent they have so yeah it's been great it's been great seeing them uh very quick encounters cuz we've been so busy what does it mean for you to be a part of an organization that does so much for various communities around Los Angeles especially being here tonight oh I mean I think you would look at uh la dodg as an organization is probably being the most philanthropical uh organizations and it is cool I mean they every player has their passion has you know things that tug on their heart things that influenced them and how they want to give back because we've been afforded so much you know we're all truly blessed and uh the cool thing about this country the cool thing about our organization is that you do get the opportunity to give back and uh hopefully the financial or the fiscal responsibility that they pour into the community gives people more opportunities to do so for themselves like to provide a better life you talk about about the cohesiveness of this team you talk about guys that you fac and now that you're on this team what does that mean to have just that type of chemistry in the clubhouse especially starting with things like this where you all come out and support one of your teammates that's doing a great thing this team has got a lot of selfless guys like we're very driven to be the best players we can be I think you just realize life is bigger than baseball um and that's not not trying to be a cliche it's true that's what I've learned over my life so far is how can you impact lives I mean that leaves a legacy I mean people are going to remember some of these guys for their baseball Talent what they've accomplished guys like myself I mean i' I've been very blessed in my career but I'm not I'm not a mooki or a Freddy or Otani you know so my my thing is how how can you bless and and engage in these relationships and man you get the best out of each other when you know you're pulling for each other at the same time in every aspect so it's it's cool to be here awesome thank you we know M's got out bullying we've had Cur off ping Kong in the past is there any of your other players that have hidden sport talents that you know of um Will Smith great golfer great golfer Joe Kelly and uh Walker ber can hit a golf ball a very long way um other hidden talents there's some RAR gradall can play pingpong with both hands just as well so very talented those guys are a lot of talent coming up if you could have been professional in another sport what sport would that have been football football was my first love um but then baseball I realized early on I was good at it but I love football what position would you been I was a running quarterback but you know in the NFL would have probably been a defensive back or a wide receiver how would you describe your bowling skills average at best it's been a while my mom was in a bowling league um man I don't know we'll see that remains to be seen if you needed to pick one of your players to get a strike other than mooki who are you relying on I would say brisar graterol yeah could probably go professional and bowling is there another sport you could go professional in no if you had to pick a sport what sport would you want to be um I mean golf golf would be fun how would you describe your bowling skills I mean very I I just try to bolt straight down the middle so if you needed to pick a teammate other than mookie to get a strike who are you going with I don't even know I don't know who else bowls honestly I don't know who else no clue what has today been like getting to be at the stadium with fans and now here for mook's event and then you have your event uh on Deck tomorrow yeah it's a lot but it's fun you know I think uh everybody's excited for spring training and the season and um this is a good way way to wrap up the offseason what what is what is the one thing that you feel like you've learned from Mook and what do you think mooki has learned from you as teammates that's a good question I think just watching the way Muki goes about his business especially defensively um he never takes a ref off he uh he goes through the fundamentals every day like before batting practice he's like working with Clayton Mulla The Outfield coach getting getting reps in um doing Outfield drills and then at the same time he's um you know making sure to get infield working uh get his ground balls and I think that that work like pays off in the game obviously um even at the level he's at you know he still takes time to do all the fundamentals which shows the type of player he is um I don't know about anything I've done for mooki I I think he's uh he's pretty uh selfmade so well you being here showing up I'm sure speaks volumes to not just him but his organization as well yeah um you know I think that it I think I have a feeling a lot of guys are going to be here tonight just like a lot of guys are going to be at my event tomorrow and uh I think that shows our team and you know we support each other and we're very close group and Muki um you know he does great things for the the community um La Community here and his foundation and I'm excited to be here
