I think we're in a difficult point with social media again because it's sort of like you have these accounts that are extremely authentic and people showing like themselves crying or like the really real thing or then you have this kind of glossed over perfect thing and like neither is definitely I think maybe with social media in general which we should have always done and which hopefully we're at now maybe of Our Generation I'm not sure how it is for like younger the younger generation but it's always that thing of like even if you see that it's perfect know that they've got problems as well [Applause]
