life since you were on the show well since the last time I was on I've been out of the service now for about four years I work now as a stock broker in Phoenix Arizona um we were able to take some of the winnings invested in real estate uh basically the main thing that was being able to make the transition out of the service into civilian life which takes a few dollars and we have to do with the winnings do you have anybody in the audience yes my wife and my in-laws wife your wife's name is Debbie hi Debbie and your in-laws on her left yes yes the Davidsons the Davidsons welcome to all of you nice to see you tell us about your charity well uh Debbie and I have had a foster child in the Philippines for about 10 years through the Christian Children's Fund and it's an organization involved in some business activities and also to do some writing I finished the novel that I mentioned I was writing when I was on the show there's been some interest expressed in that hasn't been published yet but there's been some interest also uh as I say got involved in some business activities and uh as a matter of fact I'm considering now going into a business company and pulling back from being a full time attorney so it gave me the chance to try some things that I've been wanting to do and it was an interesting opportunity how about anybody in the audience uh for this show well I the uh question of what charity to play for was a very tough one because there's so many worthwhile organizations that help people in so many ways and so after thinking about it I thought that I might do something just a little bit different using this opportunity to give a little publicity and hopefully some money to another worthwhile organization of a different sort I'm going to be playing for the fund for animals this is one of the largest uh anti- cruelty organizations in the world founded by Cleveland Amry in 1967 it works to protect animals both in the wild and domestically uh trying to protect endangered species um uh tries to reduce the amount of laboratory experimentation on animals uh tries to help the Dolphins escape from the uh tuna Nets and in general I believe that it makes
