Six Flags New England 8/30/24 | Friday Night Fun!!! 🎢

what's up guys it's a TV here today I decided to return to the park for a little bit today it's my day off and um I actually have a car now to drive so I decided to just uh take a little visit the Six Flags today meeting up with a couple of friends and um we're going to have some fun we got Jacob with us today how you doing good it's been a little bit I think the last time I saw you was honestly like maybe it was early June I think I saw you actually it was the last time I saw you actually now that I remember I was with Jen and Alexa that day Superman's been running like crazy just now like I've been seeing like a lot of like off- rides like just now just like calling like crazy I still haven't even done a ride yet cuz I literally just got to the park and I kind of need to rest for a couple minutes because I just did a decently long drive but um here's Gauntlet right now and this is what the line is according to this so it's like probably have to say good 25 to 30 minutes just for that definitely not worth it for sure all right approximately around 4:30 p.m. this is the current wait for Superman and Gauntlet is a long wait while Superman is only like five minutes just at the stairs that's it what but meanwhile now it's stuck all right so Superman actually was stuck as we were about to ride but what happened was as we were uh in line for cyborg we actually heard Superman going through again so now it just reopened and we just got off Cyborg and what did you think Jacob pretty pretty intense yeah not bad I mean I feel like they might have changed the cycle a little bit I feel like um I don't know I just haven't R like cyborg in like God knows how long I'm just rarely on it anymore but I'm glad Superman reopened so now let's just head over there back rers drink the Superman has it up over at the Joker all right we have a very longtime friend with us today we have Kyle how are you today good you good I'm loving that shirt you got leak George that's not too far away from me and it's a beautiful Lake too folks so how was blizzard River your your ride blizzard River was great I love how they added like more effects to it this year and that that shower effect right at that at that tunnel I don't know if that's new or that's an old effect that just never worked I know there's quite a few they turned back on for the first time in since I was like kid I saw this other waterfall that I didn't remember after the first tunnel that was really cool I don't know if that's new or that's actually an old feature but that I'm loving what they did with blizzard River this year and I think they actually did better than uh raging River this year for this season at gry Escape that's just my opinion but even though they're both fantastic rides and pandemonium as we speak is looking pretty good today though my last ride on pandemonium I was a little underwhelmed I didn't get as much spinny as I was hoping but and wicked right now is closed I don't know what's up with the Wicked at the moment but Kyle went on it earlier he said and you said it was pretty good but pacing was not good yeah yeah the the end was was a little sluggish yeah all right so I didn't remember seeing this last time I was at the park but now they're setting up for Fight Fest already there's a black widow spider right in front of pandemonium already and wicked just reopened after it was stuck for a while I don't know what happened but I saw maintenance workers on it earlier on top of the lift but now it finally reopens so I can do that in a little bit an ammonium looks like it's running pretty good today there's another spray Fest stage prop [Music] decent weight for the Scrambler oh wow they're spinning like crazy on the last portion better than my Monday ride folks there's another PR Fest stage proper over [Music] there no line for Chopsticks at the moment and Jacob how you doing today good and how was blizzard River with the new effects pretty good we got pretty wet yeah flashbacks running today but it desperately desperately needs a paint job they haven't had a paint job since 2010 ready to ride Jacob Superman let's go round two man best ride in the park [Music] [Music] so Jacob had to go early now I'm off to Wicked cyclone and then probably head back to Superman for the rest of the time cuz we only have half hour till park closure but there's the lighting package we have a wicked cycl right now it just became dark not too long ago this is kind of like a sunset kind of ride I'm probably going to get on it that sounds a little promising hopefully it'll run faster than Monday's visit yeah not bad it's probably a walk on at this moment fatty guess just got off Superman not too long ago with Jacob before he left and I got to tell you Superman fantastic ride as always this time I was in the third to last seat in in the red train it was not even losing its speed even towards the end it was even better than my first ride on the Blue Train towards back Bugs Bunny is playing right now Looney Tunes cartoons like that feature in line That's all [Music] folks Yep this is definitely a walk [Music] on news this happened in 2015 [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] on the blue one welcome back all right guys it's almost 8:00 that's when the Park's closing for the night and let me tell you guys about my ride a wicked Cyclone this time I was in very last seat this time I was in the blue train and wicked cyclone was for once not losing its speed it was it kind of reminded me of my rides in April it was that good like I got flung out of my seat it was crazy I'm actually speechless after this ride significantly better than my Monday ride Monday it was really crawling towards the end of the ride which is very common on Wicked I mean like on some days you'll get a really fast ride while on some days it could run slow and I'm on my way to Superman for for the rest of the night cuz the parkks about to close soon and I can't wait for that night ride again hello they wanted to be in today sub notification butons like the [Music] video Jo your right guys [Music] well the park is pretty much had come to an end for tonight Superman was fantastic of course never gets old I was second to last ride this time and I finally got to do a night ride for once so that was a big treat for me and Superman never gets old at night especially I was being flung out of my seat lots of ejector moments the Mist was awesome in the first tunnel as well and everybody's leaving the park cuz the park is now closed even the carousel is closed this time where I parked I parked at regular lot so I have a decently long walk today but the park overall was not really that packed was a little surprised and here is the exit folks Six Flags to England has come to an end and I got to tell you it was a great time I even got to do blizzard River and blizzard River was fantastic I even got drenched in the back of my clothes and I was wet for a while and man that thing is like no joke now like they added like so many effects and old effects from the past and now like you'll like guaranteed to get wet this ride I was going to do riddler or Batman during the day but during the fact that I didn't have much time after Wicked Cyclone I decided just to take the advantage to do my night rids on Superman and and I feel like I made the smart move because I haven't done a night ride on Superman in a while and it was a great ride Superman is actually one of my favorite coasters to even ride in the dark and it's literally my number two in my top 10 coasters list out of all the 200 10 coasters I've done Superman's my number two Wicked Cyclone was even good too like it like was significantly better than Sunday because what happened was Sunday it was crawling with its pacing while when I went on Friday wow like I was really speechless with this ride because I got flung out of my seat as usual but towards the end it was so strong like it was not losing it
