Kellyanne Conway: RFK, Jr. is sitting on voters who should be for Trump

[Music] so day four of the DNC convention and I'm just going to tell you I'm going to depart from the text here I think the hottest news right now is the possibility that Robert F Kennedy Jr is going to endorse Donald Trump tomorrow okay Democrats you've blown it we're going to talk to kellyanne Conway former counselor to president Trump host of here's the deal on Fox Nation look at her looking like a million bucks in Chicago how can you look like a million bucks in Chicago anyway kellyanne let's have some fun RFK Jr let me roll some tape here's what president Trump said about it if he endorsed me I would be honored by it I would be very honored by it uh he really has his heart in the right place what they did to him was what they did to Biden they really were harsh and threw him out it's hot news kellyanne I don't know whether you know something you're such an Insider RFK is on the bow in some of the Swing States so what do you make of this whole story it would be fantastic I'm glad president Trump welcomes it I'm glad he doesn't feel compelled to offer a senior staff position or cabinet that's not what this is about this is about stopping the radical people behind me they've revealed to us this week Larry uh what they would do to this country and this world if they got in power they're not even trying to hide it at this point I know KLA she sort of sound bites over substance she sort of pum over principles but when she does finish a sentence that's when we're really scared like price gouging and 44% taxes on capital gains which would hurt a ton of middle class investors as we know so it's when they actually tell us who they are that were afraid why is the RFK Jr endorsement helpful because after Biden got kicked out of the race and KLA swapped in for him about a month ago the double doubters shrunk in number they were close to about 22 23% of the elector on a big day they're now in single digits many of them have gone back to kamla Harris RFK Jr is sitting on voters that should be for Trump and before everybody says kellyan he's an antivaxer he says I got it all I know that but he's also for school choice he also thinks that everyday affordability is vexing and perplexing Americans and he's right he also wants entrepreneurs to Survive and Thrive and so on so let's Larry I'm going to tell us all about Trump and RFK Jr would I tell everybody about their neighbors and family members stop focusing on the two things on which you will always vehemently disagree and start finding the 81015 on which you agree and you are aligned so this is the way I look at that Arizona tomorrow caps a week of great swing state visits by Vance and Trump substance policy economy crime National Security border that's what they need to be doing by the way uh RFK Jr agrees with his uncle John F Kennedy on the Kennedy tax Cs and when we had taxes and I'm telling you and when we had dinner art laugher had a little dinner for a bunch of us uh he Robert Kennedy Jr inscribed my book on JFK and the Reagan Revolution where I describe the tax cut I'm not saying he's a wild Supply cider but I am saying he has something in common with Trump on keeping the tax cuts going but just one political thing kellyan he's in some key States he's on the ballot in some key States and he expects to be on the boutot in a couple more key States I know Michigan I think Arizona and Nevada I mean that could be very damaging the Biden very very positive for Trump yeah very damaging the Harris absolutely and you know what Larry this is important because as you know well you know what it's all the same but she is the Larry this is important what you're saying because in 2016 Donald Trump won by 77,000 votes in three states Pennsylvania Michigan Wisconsin where Jill Stein the Third Party candidate was on the ballot Biden turns around 44,000 votes in three states you have third party candidates there so I think RFK Jr coming on board but telling his voters get out there get out there early help us canvas get out the vote is important you said something very critical I think there's what hundreds of Kennedy cousins we only have one at this point who agrees with the most famous Kennedy God Rest his soul John F Kennedy uh who was for cutting taxes uh the rest of them all went against their sibling and their cousin and went for Joe Biden not one of them even said Hey Joe Biden step aside we want KL Harris they went there for St Patrick say took the big picture with Joe Biden we disagree with our brother Etc Larry the Democratic party will look back at this cycle and they'll say one of the big mistakes they made other than Biden waiting too long to get out was pushing RFK Jr to the side they should have kept him as a democrat in the primaries they told them you won't get access to the fundraising roles the voter roles we won't do any you won't do any debates with Joe Biden that was a mistake because primaries make you tough competition makes you tough as opposed to the Republican we had like what 9 10 Republicans running a year ago they were all running they were all in a debate except for Trump that made Trump tougher and stronger to have mowed down all those Republican competitors never even taken the debate stage Biden however was weaker and look I think the weakness and the wokeness is something that RFK Jr and Donald Trump can tackle together this this Hall has been about weakness and wokeness the whole week and a lot of a lot of things we haven't heard we haven't heard too much about the Border haven't heard too much about tax SES too much about heard about regulation but we all know it's there and I think RFK Jr teaming up with Trump with no promise tulsy gabber another person who ran against kamla Harris and Joe Biden in 2020 uh helping Donald Trump with debate prep being on board these are all little pieces of popcorn that give us Clues they represent a lot of rank and file voters who are also fed up and are going to vote for Trump and Trump wait a second kellyanne Trump has turned around the betting polls pay to play Trump was down now he's complet predicted he predicted he was down 5247 he's back now he's at uh 5146 him he's completely swapped out the betting poles that tells you something this Democratic Convention it tells you something it has just been awful it's a bloody boore it's radical at the same time and at the same time they won't talk about the key issues economy and border and inflation I mean they're playing dodgeball with the voters and the voters don't like it last word kellyanne they don't like it and they're smart the voters are smart not only do they expect and accept real policy discussions they're going to reward those who are having hey Larry I know the Obama soul of magic but guess who they don't have the Obama Coalition the workingclass voters that voted for Obama or actually voted for um Romney and McCain but not as much as they voted for Trump that's gone the Obama Coalition is gone come back tomorrow you you can over the place come back tomorrow come back tomorrow you're I'm booking you for tomorrow to critique
