welcome back to after midnight cooking videos run rampant on Tik Tok with people creating dishes that can only be described as things like this oh my days I keep seeing people doing pasta cakes I thought i' give it ago boil your minced beef get rid of all them impur and then simply boil your ratoni pasta now this part takes about an hour it's all time consuming but it's really satisfying once it's all in the pan all the meat in Scotland that's a croissant this is the inspiration for our next [Applause] game before you will be a yet to beade plate of fine cuisine it's up to you to use the ingredients provided to create an incredible delicacy you'll have one minute on the clock first up Chrissy head on over all right I know you're a world renowned cook but no pressure world renowned world renowned world renowned yes and you get points if you actually take a bite okay that's easy okay walk us through your process as you make us say thank you oh oh oh you said we have um eggs hardboiled eggs we have blueberries oil and ketchup okay okay all right right um I think I'm going to go ahead and since blueberries and eggs and ketchup don't go I'm going to maybe marinate these blueberries and oil like that oh it's okay and uh what what does that do for the blueberries I think it's going to really enhance the flavor okay yeah make them taste more like olivey yeah they're going to now they're going to have like a sweetness and a bitterness to them that you really look for in a in a classic dish um um we're going to go ahead and try to crack this egg here with a rolling method I find it to be the easiest I just learned how to peel our B egg great I'm learning wonderfully boiled though oh my I learned how to marinate my blueberries yeah I mean yeah that looks like it feels really good if you're an egg just going oh I wish I was that egg I'm going to go to my chiropractor and show them this video okay so we have our hardboiled egg peeled now okay I'm going to cut it this way like a classic deved egg but then I'm going to remove one side of the yolk oh we're just going to put that to the side we're going to take the ketchup we fill up this Little Barrel that we have now that created yeah oh fill that up let's close up the egg now I don't think that looks that bad but I'm dying to see where the blueberry is spitting uh you close it seal it up make sure you get rid of the ketchup they don't they don't want to know what's inside who's there take out some of the blueberries maybe drip out some of the oil oh no let's put a little more in and I think this is a classic blueberry oil you know what let's turn it it looks cozy let's turn it let's see it oh and uh Chrissy pleas yes absolutely what do you uh what do you call this dish this is a a a three egg catch oh and the blueberries are a surprise we don't want anyone to know about but yeah and uh are you going to take a bite for absolutely I will wow I'll put blueberries inside of it I don't care oh my God what do you mean you don't care I don't care about anything oh no oh 2,000 points to Christy tan that's how it's that's not bad at all I know it honestly looks like it's not that bad did you take a second bite all right 3,000 points holy my God next up is Sandy come on over here all right Sandy make us say m okay so I'm going to take off my um gorgeous ring it's real real plastic um okay so this is a classic what what what we're going to be doing here so you you take the um balone and you lay it flat like this um so so what's really great about knives versus Forks is knives help you spread things Soh so you can just kind of take that canoli filling and you can spread it um yeah within the baloney you want to really make sure that you cover all the edges because we're going to need that to like stick on sort of like a glue okay um so I'm going to prepare a few of these is just to get it ready for um the final stage the attachment the attachment okay the attachment phase comes a little bit later um so then what you're going to kind of do is you're going to have to so what you do is you use the salt you use the salt and pepper to hold up the potato so you're going to use it to kind of like thank you I am a genius many have said this done before and then you take your your balone canoli and you just this is what we of course is the attachment face course we're out of prep we're out of prep wow I didn't expect that and this is yeah the pr and uh oh wow now I see some of the filling is sort of peeking out of that top slice is that on purpose yeah that's so it's sort of like when you're making like a sour dough and you slice the top and then it kind of like comes apart it's just like it's a bit of like an artistic flare oh okay and uh and what do you call this dish Sandy uh a chicken C catori oh chicken pad cator yeah chicken catori okay and uh are you going to take a bite for extra points I am not can I take a bite can I take a bite you can take a bite for extra points of course I love it oh no [Applause] how is it I will say when I first got into it it was a lot of baloney but then as I got more into it it was pure canoli yes and that's kind of what it's all about wow I'll say goodbye to the canoli part okay oh yeah there you go all right th points to Sandy another th points to Chrissy wow okay next up is Adam Adam you're next thank you this anyway this is my [Applause] chicken uh well first things first with a new uh whipped cream you don't want to shake it up too much because you want to keep that nitrous right at the top then you can throw that away that was the most fun I've had on this [Laughter] [Applause] show then um then and call me crazy but then you just want to grab like a chunk of this meat of a a chicken which looks like a Costco chicken which is like damn good I love a Costco chicken and then you want to take you want to take this uh poo string cheese you want to use it whole uh kind of kind of as a uh a system you going to take a little bit of mayo CU two much and you throw you'll put that right on there like that [Applause] yes I got to be honest this was this really wasn't that bad no this lineup of ingredients well when you throw away the whipped cream yeah I mean I didn't throw it away even with the Whi hit that got nose yeah got nose I do I do feel like we gave you easiest one you took off that lid and I was like that's girl dinner like this this is what I was going to eat yeah yeah but you did take a bite so 1 th000 points to Adam yeah absolutely incredible work incredible work
