did you say that you're selling properties the same day generally you'd be surprised somebody just posted in my group the other day they sold one in 16 minutes wow the demand is insane because they can't get it anywhere else now there is occasion there'll be there'll be one offs that they've been available for two months and it didn't fill it it does happen where one you know for whatever reason certain properties will sit a little bit longer but like in my market out here we can't finish a day without them being gone if I have a Virginia house come vacant it doesn't last the day before it's gone out west sometimes it could be 2 weeks till it's gone but there's a huge demand for what we do this is what people like why would they buy it I'm like cuz they can't get it anywhere else so the flip side I'm going to answer a question you didn't ask because I can see all people always think it in their head they're like but isn't it predatory aren't you taking advantage of somebody charging them 89,000 for something that you they could have bought for 30 and I so I agree with all those questions except when you look at it from their perspective because my buyers love us from their perspective it cost them no more than they were going to pay anyway so their choice wasn't the 30,000 or our house the choice was rent for the next
