I know that Nevada's getting a better version of Jeff choke than Montana state did uh because they gave me the opportunity to learn and grow and you're always going to gain a lot of experience in that role and uh there's really no preparation for it you know being an offensive or defensive coordinator or special teams coordinator that doesn't prepare you to be a head coach I think there's an assumption that it does but not everybody's cut out for this job and this role and um I think the one thing I that I learned is that not everything is an emergency you know just every time a guy gets a parking ticket the fire alarm did not get p and so to you know be able to have a little bit temper myself a little bit have a little bit more poison composure and uh and you know recognize the difference between problems and real problems if that makes sense and I think that helps me to be more consistent in my Approach with players and get better responses from
