Here's the deputy's bodycam. >> We do we actually we do a lot of C. The show's first and this year. You know so. >> Pretty much in I I don't know anything about it. >> Has held it. And then all the guns. And they want games us. I'm tired of sweet it is about firearms safety and how they do it all and getting me out already exactly right that's the best we've got a street that is the picture obama's him with blood on the season shoot his first year this is the greatest day ever so. He knows weapons and what they can do and how we use and not you know It's kind of a little bit of a shock so and what are you going to tell him please instill in him. What if this is whatever where he's come from this Joe why is no joke. >> But when there's no I know I know and I'm telling you right now we talk about quite a bit. >> All school shootings things that have. Yeah all there you can take on a school he is he's going to cause school and. Is everything OK that's why I keep going up there, you know he's never you never really know I don't want anything to happen to >> So that can explain everything. So much to you. >> score. Where was the year knows the truth is. Have you heard anybody on this score when you say something like that. Yeah, I mean a lot from the game and this is serious. He knows houses. You know my boss slaven like you know I don't know how old is in isn't always Monday. business. >> I do. yet you discord and humans. >> birthday. >> Is don't know or same. I'm not saying why. It's not a new people live. We'll get you going. And last for years to you. You've been a great man that >> You know welcome any time we take it like did I just want to. Want to make sure that I feel better if you do find out what. lethal a time in 2 kids. >> So did you switch schools when you move from traditions where you're going before. Was Jackson middle. Thanks a lot better now. >> Let me let me grab you want >> are you getting bullied over there. West says men. The thing that was. >> Be honest with them about that yeah down the middle school and so you were down there. >> Again this can switch shot halfway through the school year in the new guy. >> Well my dad was a longer and. Gripped the military when there's a lot when I was kid. Well, there's always somebody to talk to you need to. School resource counselors. And start looking out making goals for yourself. Yeah interested in anything. >> All right still with us trial attorneys David brutal and the Cobra Mackey. I'm David I want to start with you. In watching that video it I want folks to know about a couple months later after the cups cops come to the House the father buys him a gun. That's used in the shooting all right so let's just say that, but here's what I see when I look at the video I want to get your impressions is a serious that serious about outdoor lifestyles, serious about guns. And he says to the police he's teaching his son. The Sirius this unsafe he and all that that goes along with guns and I'm Bayan by it. What do you make of this especially in light of the fact that that father has now been charged with murder. >> Yeah I I see a little different Michael I mean that that is lax right there. I mean that yet you hear him say the word words, but he also says that they're not loaded they're If this is true he would never have him access them again. >> And then after that after that interact action. There is an FBI tip. He admits he was on discord at some point which is corroborating that hip a little bit doesn't say it proves it but with that being said even after that I don't know how many times families can say that sheriff's officers are reporting to their house asking about some sort of threat to shoot a school and then going by the gun that used in the shooting I cannot believe that and I we're a family member of the ones that had died and I saw that I would be absolutely upset. >> Hearing these words a lot of our viewers upset as well they think that interaction should certainly have been a red flag but also something the call that I said a lot join the club the It's difficult for parents to see their child doing something like that it is so extreme that you just don't see it coming that's not to say there should be some sort of liability we talked about this in the prom these civil versus criminal, but your thoughts on not only the idea of how parents see their children but the fact that the law is now charging parents to do something about this problem with shooting schools. >> There is right as as you said there's a lot of discussions regarding parents all liability in these types of scenarios. We've seen in the Michigan case we're seeing it here as well and the Georgia case. But there's of has always there is in litigation. So many factors that need to be considered. So for instance, the child's age the child's maturity level. >> Al also the level that parents knowledge and here I think that there's a lot >> Argued that that the that had a lot of them. >> All of these threats and also, but also some of the art Parties the all-out as of the father and all that as well and this is a question that it is very difficult to answer at this early stage. So I think that's a very properly referred to a jury. >> We shall see what happens yeah but as David said a lot of
