about politics but I do have to say like you if you have not taken the taken the time to listen to what RFK and Nicole Shanahan have to say I would strongly encourage you to do so they talk about our children they talk about how to improve quality of life their health their mental health including ours and they talk about the different things they can do to change it so it's not just about presenting a problem that they want to be impactful on it's also about coming with Solutions and it is so inspiring I would just strongly encourage people to go on the rabbit holet and listen to the different things they both have YouTube channels and they both do tons of interviews it is worth your time and it is super super like um inspiring and it gives you so much hope
