all right I'm just getting in the car after seeing Beetle juu Beetlejuice I'm a huge fan of the original I grew up watching it I love Michael Keaton as this character this might not be the best movie objectively speaking you can pick apart the plot constantly uh I think there are way too many subplots going on but it is very entertaining if you're going into this just wanting to see more of Michael Keaton as this character being a wise crack and a lot of dark morbid humor you're going to get that but you also get this ensemble cast of new and old faces that were surprising good in their roles even if they didn't really serve much of a purpose in the story I'm looking at you William defo and Monica balushi seriously it's full of standout moments the soundtrack is awesome the story is it just has a lot of issues that I need to sit and think about before I comment more on them but it's a lot of fun if you're a fan of that original I think you'll have a good time
