My Dallas Wings vs Washington Mystics post-game feedback

what is good everybody it's your boy cam I'm hoping yall having a a blessed day today and and I want to talk about um the Dallas wings versus the Washington Mystics um game and Dallas Wings end up coming up short today so um I do want to talk about the stats for the U wings today so um Natasha Howard finished with uh 14 points St to S Le finished with 12 and it t Macau finished with 20 arque angu Al finished with 21 and then colani Brown finished with 10 but in the first quarter U first quarter um the wings were just had too much turnovers and then the in the first half orque um only had three points in the first half and she literally struggled like she just couldn't find her Rhythm until like the second half and then finishing with 18 points and going into the second half so um and what the wings need to do better they just they got to play um a little better defense and crashing the boards they had trouble with that all game just like they did with the IND Indian fever and then um so you know so um the wings were down like 14 and they cut the lead down to nine at halftime and then and then back and forth in the third quarter and so um but at the end of the third quarter um they was bble to get a fast um Break um score and with Just5 left and going to the third and I'm just like y'all got to do better on um defense fourth quarter and then same thing was just couldn't take care of the ball and then um and then Natasha Howard U Pick Up picked up a tech because she ain't get no foul call and and she just lost poser so she had to go to the bench just to so they can keep her cool down but they did talk about Natasha Howard um he's usually not like that that's like the first time they see her get like heated this is my first time seeing Natasha get upset over um no call cuz she usually keeps her composure and well you know like arque had had a tech from her last game she was heated up on the bench and got her tag but that's just who arque is and she just she's that competitive she wants to win and then um so really like when we the wings did I think the wings did a good job was today was getting points in the paint they they did move the ball well into the paint and but the um Washington mixs um which just knock it down threes like constantly and I found out the Washington mixs are actually are the best three-pointed team in the WNBA even though they're not um they're not the best right now but it's crazy crazy how they could have won the the worst records but still be the best three-point shooting team the last time um the first time the wings played the Washington Mystics in Washington DC they lost by like 28 or 30 I can't remember but in the second time they played them they lost by um single digits and then so what's even crazier so there's two minutes left in the game the wings are down 15 and then they almost come back but still in the losing about four and then the Washington Mystics missed like nine shots like going into the last two and then honestly the wings should have won that game so like so we're just like 22 seconds left and the wings couldn't figure out what they were doing they just they was wasting too much time R the ball around but they had to get something quickly but they but it is what it is so but all they got to do is just get ready for the next game and hopefully they still have playoffs hopes alive so we'll to see what happens so like so just get ready from that land dream just learn from tonight's mistakes and just come out with the victory on Friday and then and this weekend they take on um they go they fly to Chicago to take on Chicago Sky which is um they have the rookie Angel Reese and then um Kennedy Carter who I'll told you about who I went to high school with and so um honestly uh just um I do want to talk about um Ariel Atkins so she's Ariel Atkins grew up in Texas she went to Dunville high school she won two state titles I believe at Duncanville but lost the State title um her senior year and then she played basketball UT University of Texas at Austin and then she getting drafted to the Washington Mystics and she did she played pretty well today and then and the wing on the Washington Mystics bench like um bench stepped up today they they they played so well and then um people off to coming off the bench we're just knocking down threes like constantly and then but the LA but we was able to shut him down the last two minutes but still could have came out with the victory today and and what I like about the Dallas Wings they don't ever quit they don't give up when they're down big they play until the final buzzer and there was a game I watched against the um Los Angeles Sparks they were down 19 in the fourth quarter and came out with Victory and I had Faith they was going to come back and win today but hey um it happen so we just got to move on move forward and then um honestly it was it was a good game like I said the wings don't give up they play with PR and then if they don't even make the playoffs this upcoming um this this year those have to bounce back get ready for next year and I believe they will and again the wings had injuries issues this year Natasha Howard was out satu sabali was out with a um Soldier surgery and then M mat secis was out too so the WIS definitely had um were on short sta on short with with their um Team the beginning of the year and then a lot of people thought at the beginning of the year a lot of people thought oh the wings weren't going to make the playoffs but other teams starting up losing so but now we still have a um we still have a chance still making the playoffs so I believe we can but just other teams going to have to lose and we're going to have to keep winning CU next week when we come at home we got a tougher schedule at home um which is the New York Liberty that is the best team in the WNBA and hopefully we could p a miracle and I know our our last game the season they play at the L Vegas Aces um as they take on Asia Wilson who won MVP back to back and in the last time they Wings played them they end up getting the win against them so like I said anything's possible um to happen and hopefully they can just they can turn things around and get the win well there just that concludes my uh my feedback on tonight's game and hopefully we can come um
