the Minnesota Vikings are making a quarterback change waving jiren Hall and signing Brett rippen uh who actually played for the Rams a little bit uh I believe maybe some this preseason I went back looked at the game logs and stuff like that he didn't actually take a snap for the Los Angeles Rams uh where jiren Hall played all three games for the Minnesota Vikings four touchdown passes uh no interceptions just had a couple you know iffy throws here and there but overall I'm not sure why we made this signing why we decided to wave jiren Hall as he's been in the system last couple years uh Brett rippen has bounced around from place to place I'm not really sure how this gives the Vikings a better chance to win ball games even though he's not going to play he's going to be the third string quarterback right behind Nick Mullins but it really doesn't make much sense other than the fact that what Ben Gosling said uh we ripping was in Denver with sever uh several members of the Vikings offensive staff including Curtis modkins and Chris Cooper and uh was with the Rams last season so there's familiarity with the Vikings coaches in scheme uh and then we're going to hear from GM quacy ad doam Mena today about the move and what it means uh makes no sense to me I want to hear from you guys why why do you think the Vikings decided to wave jiren Hall even though first two games of the preseason he struggled but the last game of the preseason I thought he looked phenomenal granted he was playing against the you know the twos and the threes out there but overall jiren Hall just F felt like the better fit here in Minnesota over Brett rippen so I'm not really sure what the what the thought process here was for releasing or waving jiren Hall again he's been in the system why get rid of somebody that already knows the Playbook already knows the or has the chemistry with these players and if he has to be or if he has to come into a ball game pending injuries and stuff like that I think I would trust jiren Hall a little bit more than I would Brett rippen so I I want to hear you guys over thoughts what do you think about this move waving jiren Hall and signing Brett rippen also drop a like And subscribe to the channel it'd be much much appreciated have a great rest your night folks and skull Vikes [Music]
