Roberto Luongo on winning the Stanley Cup

here with Roberto langang okay you're the good luck charm you Bang the Drum you you were not holding back no I was pretty fired up I mean uh last last week or so has been pretty emotional so uh I needed to let that stuff out and uh just wanted to get the crowd into it I think it was the boys needed that and they came in they brought it and uh brought some juice to the boys how was the last week for you and for everybody in the Management Group obviously you played for a long time you've been in a game seven that didn't work out for you what was the week like has has this unfolded well listen they're a good team on the other side and uh they were bringing it and uh they were taking it to us for a little bit uh the one thing I kept going back to was was my first round Series against Chicago when we were up three nothing and then they came back and we had to win in game seven overtime so kept repeating that in my mind and you know that uh we had a couple days after game six to regroup so uh so it was uh the main thing is we believe in our group you know we believe in our group we've done it all year they showed all playoffs we knew that they were going to come with their best game tonight and uh that was enough how about I'll ask you goalie to goalie how was Sergey babowski tonight he really looked strong yeah it was great listen it's not easy to do what he did to come back uh in game seven like that and uh I think uh the fact that he didn't skate yesterday and uh went back to his normal routine when it was every other day in the playoffs really uh got him in the right Rhythm uh you could tell right away from the start of the game that he was on it and um that's what Legends are made of right there there you go well listen I'm going to let you go with enjoy it thanks so much for the time and congratulations appreciate it thank you
