And Northwest News tonight, three people died after a small plane crashed into an Oregon neighborhood yesterday. This happened in Fairview just east of Portland. The plane went down around 10 in the morning striking power lines in a row of town homes which quickly caught on fire. Neighbors documented the shocking scene as it played out around them. Fire officials haven't shared any other details about those who died but the FAA confirmed two people were inside the small plane when it crashed. A crash also caused power outages for about 9000 people in the area. Russia Fire department says medics treated two other people on scene. The FAA and TB are now investigating.
