all right y'all what's going on it's combo breaker 99 back with another postf fight discussion video all right y'all you already heard my reaction to this one last night but let's talk about it last night this was a crazy opening but this is how you open a card this is how you make a UFC debut look no matter who the opponent is you got to come in make that big statement and Wang Tong she did that I mean WMA fans we've been looking for a finish like this for a while I mean we do get some TKO and a couple of koos here and there and we get a lot of submissions for the most part but this KO right here this was Next Level I mean this was insane the punch the execution and the reaction from it this is how you make yourself known Wang Tong wanted to put on a show and put all eyeses on her and she did that last night I mean forget the Joker makeup forget the whole face paint and all that I mean she painted a picture perfect K on Victoria Leonardo's face now again I know the caliber of opponent Victor Leonardo is at this point Wang really made it look like Leonardo didn't belong in there she made it look like the matchmakers did a horrible job in this one and I mean I can't argue that because when I think about it there were some questions I was asking I was like is Victoria lonardo still around like should she still be in the UFC at this point you know those are question I was asking myself because Victoria Leonardo you know she's one and three and I know everybody deserves a chance but those last couple of fights you know she's facing devastating losses you know and um going into this fight here I know that wayang Tong you know she's 5 and0 and hasn't proving herself but when you looked at it style-wise I was like I don't know this might not be good like at least find like a big strong Grappler that could maybe really cage wrestle with wayang Tong and really push her and test her takedown defense because I don't know if Leonardo was going to have that that was my thought process now I know a lot of people felt like Leonardo had the experience and that she was probably going to test her and give her that but to me I didn't really even see that at this point you know I was looking I was like okay Leonardo has the experience but she's still making those same mistakes like throughout some of her fights I was like she's still making those same mistakes and running straight in um the only thing we could hope for for Leonardo was that she was going to have this aggression with improved defense maybe close that distance maybe get Wang Tong down and make it an ugly fight but for the most part with Wang Tong being longer taller and just a much more technically Savvy fighter it wasn't happening all right I mean right from the jump wayang Tong she felt the pre she she dealt with the pressure easily with long strikes and push kicks to the stomach keeping Leonardo back with that left hand you know she was keeping that left hand in the face and just had some nice movement you know nice little lateral movement that kept Leonardo chasing her Leonardo's main job was to try and bull rush in you know behind Hooks and try to make it a cage fight you know she's a little bit heavier you know a little wider so yeah she wanted to kind of put her weight on her but I think after tasting That Power from Wang Tong even on the guard she had to kind of slow it down and rethink that's why she took a couple steps back you after a couple of left hands landed from way so she tried to take a step back maybe fight behind the jab but it was a little too late she had that guard up Wang Tong she split that guard with a beautiful jab followed by right hand to the jaw that laid Victoria Leonardo out I mean she was out stiff and paralyzed it was scary man it was scary it reminded me like one of um if you're a fan of boxing like Julian Jackson's knockout Julian Jackson versus Dennis Milton check that out Julian Jackson versus Terry Norris like when his right hand lands these guys are stiff and that's it reminded me of like this perfect right hand on the jaw just like crippled her and you could see like her eyes like still on her opponent like her body was stiff but her eyes were still on Wang Tong like her eyes were still like looking at her like her eyes were still folling across the cage like the rest of us still wanted to fight that's what just made it scary it was like one of them nightmares you know it's like a nightmare when you want to fight like when you having this dream where you still want to like you want to fight back but you can't like that's what it kind of reminded me of that's what made this knockout so scary like I was worried for Victoria Leonardo but luckily you know she was all right you know look like she recovered she started to come to and she was just more so worried more so upset about losing the fight at this point you know looked like her body started kind of loosen up after that but yeah that reaction to The Knockout was just scary man you don't really see it like that in that right hand man as soon as it landed like her whole body went stiff and again just looking at her eyes man it was it was crazy it was really crazy like that but um yeah man crazy right hand but I got to give credit to that jab man that jab from Wang Tom is what set this thing up the jab set up was money you know Wang did it right you know she proved that she is a solid Striker you know she didn't come in there with a wild right hand or she didn't come in here disrespecting Victoria Leonardo thinking that oh man like she's one and four I can just swing and hail Mary and knock her out or you know I can come in there swing and catch a wear her a combination and just drop her she set it up beautifully it was the execution behind it that made it scary for me you know so yeah um Wang prong Wang Tong she proved that he she's a somebody to keep eyes on that you know that she is a little Force coming up in here right now and as of right now you know she is in the unranked tier you know she belongs here in the UFC I think in the unranked tier for now um I know everybody's happy but I still think there's a process to it let's not get too happy like let's not say she's top five yet or she's gonna beat the champ or beat you know the top five or anything like that but Wang Tong does Have Eyes on her and that's good you know but like I always say there's still a process to it I think way Tong still needs to fight two more fights before you know she jumps in with the top 15 and there's nothing wrong with that you know because there's still some other things that we need to see tested on you know um because just a little while ago you everybody was saying okay Victoria Leonardo needs to go right so she knocks out a girl like Victoria Leonardo it doesn't really mean she's the best Grappler yet or like she has the greatest takedown defense right because again Victoria Leonardo didn't present the biggest test you know even the biggest test on the unranked level so yeah let let let's see Wang Tong fight a couple of sharp unranked Fighters first technically sound unranked Fighters first and then we'll talk about her being like a threat to the top 15 especially if she takes girls out like I'd like to see her fight JJ aldrige next or Montana delar R Roa or both you know I definitely would like to see them line up both of those Fighters for because Montana big durable with tester ground game you know let's see if she can stop her then you got a much more patient patient technically sharp fighter and JJ Aldridge that's another test right there you know she was a test for Aaron blanchfield so why not have let her run through those kind of tests for so I like those fights but on on another note wayang Tong didn't make a call out which is good you know she just got here and she's already making a call out she's actually shooting for somebody a little bit higher in the top 15 you know she like to fight Casey O'Neal you know that's a fight she would like and that's doable that's actually one I think she could win but if she wins it it's going to put her in the top 15 so she's gonna have to make sure she's ready from there like say if she does beat case O'Neal at at number 15 she's only going to be fighting up from there she's got to make sure she's ready so I just say you know go ahead and fight the unranked Fighters now get them out of the way to prepare yourself and then shoot for something higher but if they do casy O'Neal look believe me I'm gonna watch I'm definitely gonna watch that fight that would be good um as for Victoria Leonardo um respect to her you know she's always showing up to fight she's got the heart and the will to fight but I hate seeing her going out like this but I definitely say this is a wrap for her in the UFC as of now you know because uh she's facing devastating losses I I I hate seeing Fighters become like that sacrificial lamb you know I kind of knew this was that that type of setup like I said because I didn't really see her bringing like a test to Wayne Tong so hopefully she is removed from the UFC roster at this point I mean she could still fight for invictor or LFA like that but even then I'd like to see her maybe take a little break you know just recover psychologically and mentally uh this was a big knockout you know this is a big knockout loss to come back from again just looking at the playback of her was scary so I like to see it removed from the UFC as of now and just take a break all right but yeah shout out to wayang Tong I mean wayang Tong is looking like a threat and she's looking like something the world of WMA needs not just the flyweight division but WMA needs period you know she's a showman uh she seems fun and she's entertaining so we'll see man we'll see if uh Wayne Tong is on to come up we'll see what she has to offer from here we'll see if they schedule her one more
