BREAKING: Raiders to sign Jaguars former 1st Round Pick K’Lavon Chaisson

breaking news because there's truly no better kind the Las Vegas Raiders are now signing K leavon Chason I know that's a tough way to say basically former first round pick by the Jacksonville Jaguars back in the day um and this move made a couple of different sents but we'll get into the move in just a second first off going to give a little bit of a background on Chason here so uh coming up out of LSU was a guy that uh you know hadn't really play l a lot of football coming up uh into High School basically followed a uh basically followed a friend to a I think it was an LSU kind of Camp thing or whatever and i' never played a down to football and then he basically got a scholarship like that's he is got a incredible story but also it's the fact that he has got every physical tool that you want in terms of being a dominant Boomer bus pass rusher and that's literally what he was Boomer bus potential was what he was marked down as for uh his Scouting Report now Lance zerline and all them kind of looked at this guy and thought about you know uh if you're just looking at him for face value like 63 260 250 around there runs a 46 lung arms like he's got all of the moves that you want from a pass rusher he just really needs to hone in on some of those uh and you know thus far uh with the um Jaguars as well as the Panthers like it just hasn't panned out like he has not um been able to catch in on some of those different uh skills that he possesses and the attributes that he possesses and like I said just hasn't worked out but um you know going over to the Panthers last year had a couple of sacks uh in his career so far has five total sacks and you know it's one of those things where he's a guy that has all of these physical tools and everything he just doesn't have the coaching to make it like he just has not had the coaching to really bring it out of him and so I think that the Raiders you know especially what they've done with malol mun in the past with what you know uh you know they continue to do on the edge it's like you know maybe this is something that the Raiders could turn into uh Chason being somebody that's at least a um a subpackage pass rusher or maybe they can salvage something here maybe it's a case of Mama I can change him I don't know but overall uh as far as where fits in with the Raiders so obviously this could point to Malcolm Coon's missing a little bit more time than thought um but overall uh I think that this is going to be really good for Chason uh and I think that he's got an opportunity to really uh find a way to get onto the field uh potentially and maybe even get some meaningful pass rushing snaps and uh hopefully develop into the player that he can be and so uh but let us know what you guys think make sure you guys like comment and subscribe down below and we'll see you in the next video
