The 13th amendment is the 14th amendment

I'm going to tell you something that at first you'll think I'm kind of crazy but technically technically that is it's true the 13th Amendment or the slave amendment is not actually the 13th Amendment it's technically the 14th Amendment the 14th is the 15th and the 15th is the 16th and so on Down the Line why because the titles of nobility and honor Amendment which was the original 13th Amendment proposed by Congress in May of 1810 was ratified by the requisite number of states on May 13th 1813 and it was announced as an adopted lawful and operating part of the Constitution by the president of the United States James Madison and the Secretary of State James Monroe got this Kitty right here uh on January 12th 1814 it remained in effect for 4 years and 7 months until it was unlawfully removed by state and federal fraud now since an amendment to the Constitution cannot be removed by fraud look at this cat's crazy it's still a lawful part of that document therefore since the original 13th Amendment is a lawful and operating part of the Constitution of the United States you cannot have two amendments with the same number therefore the 13th is the 14th and the 14th is the 15th and so on down the line now we do have uh constitutions that were published by territories uh back in the 1800s that do list the 13th Amendment a the original 13th Amendment as the 13th Amendment and the slave Amendment as the 14th Amendment why they did it that way I don't know but we actually do have those documents and so go figure now I don't know what the hell the government's going to do about it today this cat is driving me nuts now you get over there uh I don't know what the government's going to do about it today but those are the facts ladies and gentlemen it is a lawful part of the Constitution the original 13th Amendment and uh you I don't know I'm just giving you the facts the the evidence is there there in the description you'll get a link to all the links you need uh to figure out more about this there's a link to 198 page research report that my colleague and I spent 14 months on so if you want to look at that it's free don't worry about it and uh there you go the 13th Amendment is not the 13th Amendment have a good one byebye
