Just a little bit of that wind picking up, but it is expected to change over the next couple of days. No one out in this area is panicking and they shouldn't be. But officials are taking this storm seriously. No one wants to be caught unprepared. On the water, whether you're living here or visiting, you know when a storm is coming. Big storm coming. Yeah. The storm. The city of Galveston. We've actually been watching this since last week. Galveston is expecting some tropical weather, but hopefully nothing catastrophic based off the forecast, we're expecting at least the seas to be 3 to 5ft higher. It's going to push water into the bays while Galveston preps for those conditions. Center point is prepping a broader area. We heard the calls to action loud and clear in the aftermath of barrel. I want to make clear today that we are urgently planning and preparing to respond to the evolving tropical weather situation in the Gulf, also known as Tropical Storm Francine. They say they have 1850 line workers ready to work on power restoration and 1600 vegetation workers saying they're already setting up for staging areas. The best thing to do, no matter where you are, is stay informed, be prepared, you know, if you want to leave, go ahead and leave now. Watch your local news. Weather.
