this is Mitty RS Nathan gidley here with a preview for Sunday forecast well we are tracking our late August heat wve to continue on into the new week that's right we are talking our hottest stretch since back in June across Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio take a look at these temperatures high is going to be up in the 90s for four straight days even some low temperatures in the 70s so we're not used to this level of heat around here it's been a while since we've been tracking so many days that are going to be this hot and humid let's look at the muggy meter up in the humid category Sunday and Monday really seeing a big surge in the humidity though by Tuesdays we go all the way up to oppressive whether a high of 94 Tuesday and oppressive humidity levels it's going to feel like it's over 100 degrees at times throughout the day and we're still going to be humid later in the week although not quite as intense as what we expect on Tuesday so stay cool and hydrate as we heading out into about this upcoming week here's a look at your golf forecast though for Sunday if you're looking to make a tea time your Best Bets going to be in the morning as we're going to be dry and mostly sunny and cooler as well into the afternoon evening though we increase the clouds introduce the slight chance for shower or storm and there's our high temperature of 90 degrees in Fort Wayne feeling like the mid90s at most by the time we get to the evening hours so just take a look at the exclusive 10day forecast what could cool us off for some popup showers showers and thunderstorms let's chat about when those rain chances arrive could see that chance in the afternoon evening on Sunday then Monday night into Tuesday and also Wednesday and Thursday have some slight precipitation chances we're going to cool back down to the 80s then by Thursday Friday then our best bet for some showers and thunderstorms as the cold front Works its way through the area high have 87 then that cools us down to the lower 80s on Saturday we still have the slight chance for a shower or thunderstorm mid 80s then as September gets underway then we cool down to the 70s by the time it gets to the end of the 10day forecast including on Labor Day so stay safe from all of the heat and humidity this upcoming week but by the time we get to the end of the 10day forecast things looking a lot better we'll cross our fingers those 70s hold in the coming days
