today we're talking the top 10 quarterbacks right now in college football 25 there is a lot of options at the quarterback position right now and the one thing I really do enjoy about college football Ultimate Team just either gameplay-wise or even Personnel wise is the variety that you see from Team to team you really do see a lot of different players at this point in the year I mean early early game was a lot of Lamar Jackson but now we have a lot of different options at the quarterback position whether it's you know seeing new QBs or playing against new schemes it's one thing I definitely do enjoy about college football So today we're going to talk about the top 10 and really every single play style will be touched on in today's video all right let's get started at number 10 today and this is a guy that you actually probably have you can use him if you want to in my opinion know I I just don't think he's worth running because Kobe Bryant or even the Dion Walker card I think is better at their position but we have the 84 will Howard that if you use your upgrade token he can upgraded does it not let me go all the way I guess I'll just I'll just pull over here so you guys could see um his full stats when he's fully upgraded will Howard's 84 played really good this card did get some slight upgrades doesn't add the dot ability to his game but good speed you know for some reason this card does not fumble still um really good accuracy stats across the board so I think will Howard does deserve it and he's a free option if you have him but I just think there are QBs higher on this list of course price point is not a factor but there are QBs higher on this list that go for pretty cheap that I you know run a cheap QB who's better than will Howard or use the Kobe Bryant card or the Dion Walker card that I think are both better than will Howard and have more have more positional value so to me running this card doesn't make that much sense but I do think he cam Ward uh cam Ward I used them yesterday I love this card only problem with him is the 68 throw accuracy and that's why I'm lumping both these guys together because they're really good QBs with good stats but they have the low throw accuracy stat which my final conclusions of the throw accuracy stat is this it does make a slight difference it's quite marginal but that bump between not having the dot ability and having the DOT ability it goes a long way and makes you that much more consistent so even though you know 81 to 82 throw accuracy is very marginal 83 throw accuracy and the dot ability with magician that's where you make that big jump and that's why you're going to see the you know a lot of the QBs near the top are going to have that dot ability CU I do think it just makes you a more consistent passer leading to less interceptions yes yes yellow throws means less interceptions but cam Ward use this card yesterday I really do like him he's a good runner his release I really like his release too good throw power especially if you have you know a strat card that boosts throw power which speeds up releases in this game so I like cam Ward the second guy joining me in the number nine spot is going to be where is he where is he's right here Vince Young so if you look at the prices cam W is a much better buy but I think these guys are both very very similar in their throw accuracy they both have you know the same Juke animation both can move both cards play pretty well so I think they're pretty similar because they're both High attribute guys that can move but have tremendously low throw accuracy and I won't lie like I didn't feel it too bad yesterday on cam Ward that's why I say Throw accuracy the stat is pretty marginal even like 65 to 80 that throw accuracy stat is very marginal but once you get that dot ability that's when that big bump comes in for the consistency so that's what you should be looking for on the top end QBs but these guys can definitely still win your games I mean Kim W I think I threw for like 400 for you know with him yesterday missed like four passes and they're probably it wasn't like they were red throws or anything like that just from just playing the game making the probably bad reads but that's our number nine spot today we got Vince Young and cam Ward both cards very very similar and coming in at number eight we got two guys yet again the first one is Charlie Ward Charlie Ward has really good stats across the board like 85 84 like it looks pretty good for Charlie Ward as a ball carer 85 carrying 884 juke move you can get him the good juke move animation if you boost that juke move by one use a strat card but really good Cod I think he's a really good runner and does not get the dot ability the guy sharing the number eight spot with him today is Lamar Jacks I think him and uh Charlie Ward are very Sim similar they're very very similar and for the price value I again we don't really factor in price into this but Lamar's the much better buy so Lamar Charlie Ward they're both very similar and Lamar does get the stock faster Juke animation as well little lower carrying a little lower acceleration slightly slightly worse passing stats but again the difference between Charlie Ward and thear Jackson is so marginal where again it really makes no sense to run Charlie Ward even run Vince Young when these cheaper alternative options that I view in the same light are the price that they are it really doesn't make sense so yeah I'm gon to yeah Lamar and Charlie Ward at number eight and coming in at number seven we got a guy who's by himself and I really love this card man probably my favorite this is this is probably my favorite budget QB in the game if you like running the ball with your QB and your budget go Lamar if you like throwing the ball from the pocket throwing for 500 yards consistent Kade magnam man uh he does have the highest or accuracy in the game 87 gets the dot ability at 41k and of course magician as well he's not a runner like Lamar you kind of you can move him a little bit like I was still running power options with him and doing just fine but accuracy stats look good you're able get the dot ability and magician for 41k again I don't factor in price but it's the dot ability it's the accuracy stats it's the magician and it's the high throw accuracy with good short mid and deep to back it up as well coming in at number six I will say if you for me personally this is my top 10 right so for my play style I try to think about everybody who plays this game when I make my top 10 but for me and how I play the game I like being a little bit mobile especially college football where there really isn't that big of a a punishment for running and taking hits to your quarterback so at number what we at that's 10 n 8 we're at six six Roger stal backs 88 I also do like his 86 and his 85 like they all are good cards and they're all pretty marginal and I keep using that word but I going stop using that word I promise but it the I mean it's a good word cuz it's like the difference between the 88 and the 86 isn't that much you don't get any ability upgrades and he does not get the dot ability he does not get it if we head down here he does get I think an extra does he get an extra fan favorite one which these abilities right now are not great like The Meta really hasn't changed that QB throughout this whole year I think think the best setup is magician with DOT if your QB does not get dot then you look elsewhere but uh yeah no 83 no 83 throw accuracy on Rogers stall back but really good stats 84 speed with uh 85 carrying this guy's this guy's annoying to face man he really is I like I like using his 86 and his 88 is only better so I'm going to put stall back at number six today but again if you like the dot ability you might switch mcera and Roger stall back we're now into the top five this is a great time and just to the speed and he has the carrying decent juke move good throw power with the dot magician ability this was a card that came out was it first was it first ultimate alumni drop we got Mariota and he and he has still the best setup like if for those who play mad at Ultimate Team you know that that's unheard of a card coming out day one still having the in my opinion The Meta set of back QB is unheard of he does go for 250 but he is Mariota he's a legend man if you want to use him he's a great option definitely making the top five with these stats and the I think he's at 83 no he's 86 to accuracy actually but again it's the dot ability where that big jump comes in at number four and number five like I I was kind of back and forth on who I wanted to give the four spot and the five spot but McCarthy and Mariota are very interchangeable I just think uh McCarthy has some slightly better Stacks that's really what it comes down to 81 carrying pretty similar as ball carriers like very similar good cood and McCarthy does get dot magician at 6'3 I used this card for a little bit I didn't hate him I liked him and now he's actually 150 so he's pretty pretty affordable like I don't hate the purchase at all and um I hate to say I I I don't factor in price but marota 250 McCarthy 150 it's tough not to think about that you know value value value value you know what I mean is somewhat is important it's not somewhat it is it is important and coming in at number three number three we got the 90 overall Tim TBO so I have two reasons why Tim TBO isn't in like the top two or one first one is that he's a lefty lefties have the same problem that they've had on Madden if you played for a while where they still cannot roll right but I think Tim TBO is the best running QB in the game it's a different style and in college football you can use this style in a game again like Madden where if your QB gets touched no matter what the carrying there's a high chance to fumble in college football that's not the case you can like try to truck and try to hunt for stiff arms with TBO there's still some risk but it's not as crazy as you would probably assume so I like tbo's carrying and he you know he can't Juke really like Lamar can or even Ward can or either Ward or V you know you can't do that but you can you can hold his own out there and he's 245 so with with 85 speed and 80 acceleration so that's all got to be considered with 90 throw power base another hole is not only he's a lefty but also the 77 deep accuracy even when boosted 80 is not great right you're going to definitely feel in inconsistencies there even though TBO does actually get the dot ability which is actually pretty nice so you get dot you also get magician and you get in my opinion the best ball carrier QB in the game with really good short and mid game with really good throw power really good speed he's he's saw only problem is again Lefty and Deb backers but I think in this game TBO holds his own out there okay we are into our top two spots so we're kind of G to I guess maybe not maybe spoil number one but we got Quinn E I was going back and forth on Quinn ERS and our number one guy today but really what it come down to really what it came down to was the carrying and even though ERS is faster than a number one guy it's a one-speed difference for what is it for 10 diff 10 difference in carrying and to me dual threat QBs in this game are just better as simple as that there's too many like there's just too many speed options read options and playbooks not to use it and they're they're too good not to use in college football they're just too good not to you know what I mean so you have really good stats you've course do get the dot ability with good speed a good build High throw power all that good stuff right-handed QB so Quin is at number two good ability setup good stats and a pretty good runner and number one today is Josh Allen between one and two you barely got to split hairs you know you take one stat you like from the other and the other one doesn't have it as good and it goes back and forth but to me it comes down to what plays good in this game and it's the carrying and it's just being able to move with your quarterback stats are very similar throw power it's all very similar so you really got to split hairs between one and two and I'm
