North Huntsville High grad and professional baseball player Brewer hicklin returned to the area for his annual baseball camp yesterday morning hicklin is a member of the Kansas City Royals organization and made his MLB debut this season he had four at-bats and scored a run across two brief stints in The Bigs in May and July and yesterday the former Huntsville Panthers camper in for ages 6 through 14 at Bob Jones High School the campers dodged raindrops late in the day but got instruction from several Pro players including Buckhorn gret and Atlanta Brave Kyle Wright let's hear from Brewer Hickman about what hosting this Camp meant to him it's a really cool moment to see these kids I mean we started out the day with a bang I mean it's beautiful weather this morning the rain kind of slowed us down a little bit but we're still having fun and it's really cool to see these guys uh just come in and develop as an athlete develop as a baseball player but also develop as a person and that's what's really important to me
