Carlos there's definitely something with you and this crowd in New York that brings out the best in you how was it being here again in front of arguably the best fans in the world well yeah absolutely not ABS about uh that I'm enjoy every single time that I play here in New York I think is uh uh one of the most uh you know electric Court electric crowd that I played in from uh so it's a it's uh for me it's a it's an honor to to step on the court once again you know put a or try to put a good tennis you know that try to to make the people enjoy my my tennis my my matchs but uh yeah I'm I'm really really happy and uh for me it's a huge honor to play here once again so you opponent lead two tonight I actually grew up with him since we were 10 years old and it was incredible to see how far he's come you know he he quit the sport for 6 years came back and now he's on court with one of the best players that's ever going to play this game how impressed were you with his performance tonight and what he showed out on the court today well obviously it was uh surprised me a little bit you know the first the first said was um obvious that the he started the the the much nervous uh you know he didn't show a a really good tennis but uh after the the first set I think I think he uh grew up I think he started to to enjoy to play that a really a great tennis so I I was playing I was playing great uh probably few mistake that I had uh not to make it but uh obviously he was a great player I I was surprised I said once again but I'm going to follow I'm going to follow him his results uh from now because I I'm pretty sure that if he's you know playing at this level he's I'm going to see him around very very soon and this is uh this is a question for a lot of the people in the crowd and myself I love when you wear singlets out on court here and I want to know that you design this yourself because your arms are looking [Laughter] Sensational uh I love playing with uh sing I know you do I know you you know uh in the some tournaments specific tournaments I I want to to play with a singlet probably just to to make fear to the opponents or I try but uh you know here in New York is uh so hot so humid it help a lot you know to uh try not to sweat a lot but uh yeah I I'm glad you you you like it but yeah obviously I I I like playing with that and lastly your body's feeling great I just want you to know that from everyone in this Stadium we can't wait to see what you're going to do the next couple weeks Round of Applause for Carlos alarz everyone
