There's been an increase in rocket launches from Vandenberg Space Force Base in northern Santa Barbara County with the combination of Falcon 9 Space X missions and the ongoing department of defense schedule. . Issues about Space X launches taken off at a rapid pace with the public concerned mainly about noise and environmental concerns. . The California Coastal Commission, meeting in Long Beach listened to the public and some solutions.
