sad news this morning to report from the Memphis showboats the team confirmed showboats wide receiver DeAndre Overton died in a shooting in North Carolina the Guilford County Sheriff's Office says they received a noise complaint about a l loud house party early Saturday morning deputies later learned that a shooting happened at that address the Sheriff's Office says Overton was pronounced dead on the scene the Memphis showboats and the United Football League announced Overton's passing X saying the United football league and the Memphis showboats are heartbroken and mourn the tragic loss of DeAndre Overton our hearts and prayers go out to deandre's family friends and teammates we send our sincere condolences during this difficult time
