[Music] really intense rainfall rates some Avendale Chester County Pennsylvania just north of the Delaware state line and it is this little convergent band uh it's actually shown a few areas of rotation in it uh has continued to just train over the same areas of Newcastle County Delaware especially the western parts and Southern Chester County in Pennsylvania and it is let this up for a second it is pouring and has continued to pour and I have to uh just make sure the surrounding roads there was some Street flooding around uh this area and with these rainfall rates since I've stopped at this location uh just about 15 minutes ago or so uh rainfall rates have just continued uh it's a little less now but it's it's still fairly intense and easily an inch 2 in an hour rate right now so actually to the intersection of that is uh Route 7 so just north of the Delware State Line uh some of this traffic likely has come through some an area that was starting to have Street flooding I'm sure that's only grown uh where those headlights are from where they're coming and this is actually a bit lighter right now but the rainfall rates uh looks like it's just training over the same areas I don't know if you can see below the gas station sign there's a car that has its flashers on and my guess is it's because it's coming from that area a lot of some of these cars have just pulled in and just sitting and trying to wait it out starting to pick up again we're lines to the South there's actually again a little area of couple areas of rot uh one which was at a bit of a lower base I mean obviously Cloud base is going to be pretty low here uh and a large tree limb down in the Pik Creek Delaware area so uh we are in the good old us OFA uh along for those from outside the country along the east coast uh state of Pennsylvania so outside of Philadelphia so this is ahead of an indirect effects of now of um it was Hurricane now it's still tropical storm or depression Debbie haven't seen the latest advisory if you love if you love the sound of rain you you'd love it here right now because it's coming down at a at a really heavy clip hi nice to meet you too yeah it just there's some heavier areas coming back up it's little a little lighter right now than it has been certainly still raining in a good clip uh still traffic coming from the south um up this uh Pennsylvania Route 41 uh but I said there was a car pulled over as I was coming north and went around the flooding so especially the remnants of Debbie coming up tomorrow interacting with a trough if any of this this uh this rainfall just sets a stage for potential flooding issues tomorrow as well I am sitting in a car as a matter of fact I am sitting in a car getting soaked uh every time I open the window so yes I am uh I was pulled over because be uh to take some live video and uh to uh pretty much it was getting so heavy driving was pretty difficult so I I'll probably end this uh momentarily uh try to pick up uh during a break here although as I say that the rainfall rate's picking up again um see if I can reposition a bit
