As we give you a live look outside at the Seattle waterfront, high winds from overnight have stranded this large cruise ship in Elliott Bay. This is a live look at pier 91. This is the Royal Caribbean's quantum of the seas ship. The Seattle Coast Guard tells King five sometime last night or early this morning, the ship requested to be anchored because of those gusts which reached up to 45 miles an hour at times. The ship was offered this spot in Elliott Bay and tug boats are on their way to pull them into dock and get the passengers off. We will continue to follow this throughout the day.
