[Music] good morning welcome to love on air Seattle we're going to do a little deep dive into the matters of the heart in studio today none other than the bachelorette herself it's Jen hello hello thank you so much for having me here my name is Bender I'm going to introduce the team this is jubel what's up and the ogs of Bachelor Nation Jason and Molly mesn oh I'm old we're so old so old thank you 15 years ago Jason was on the old incarnation of this show and Molly was just a contestant at the time who's the best kisser I'd say Molly Molly okay I was on the group date doing the radio show that's crazy really crazy Jen we are just so excited to be here with you today it feels really hopeful to be able to talk to Jason and Molly today knowing that they found love in this same journey and that they still have a beautiful family today it just makes me really hope for my journey too we have the guys coming in this is a great opportunity radio is all about communicating absolutely I'm excited I want to keep these men on their toes let's do it today is all about communication listening to your partner and communication is so important that is the best thing in a relationship can you see it ending in an engagement absolutely yes is there anybody that stuck out right away for you yeah I mean on night one I only kissed one guy and it was Sam and it is more physical right now than emotional but I want it to get more emotional so it's all about really like breaking that barrier and really continuing to do that okay so we got to break through to him get you two deeper yeah who who like when you hug them who do you just kind of fall into and you feel safe with oh Sam Sam yeah yeah he's a great snuggle I feel a strong connection with Sam he's smooth he's hot and we've had this physical connection and I think we've had a little bit of an emotional connection on our 101 hey can can I slide in can I slide in but I mean there's red flags too I just want to feel more secure in our relationship and I just don't there's something missing there and I want to be able to pull that out today let's bring in the guys hello we walk in and it's a radio show you know talking needs to be a strength in a relationship and I'm immediately in my comfort zone as far as the other guys I I think Sam's in trouble in my opinion because it's it's a funny thing when you get put on the spot and have to say things that you actually supposed to truly feel hey how are you in in Sam's case I'm sure he'll blow it but you know we'll see how that goes Jen really wants to get to know the deeper side of all of you guys and with hometowns right around the corner this is really important today I'm going to chase what what I want you know what my dream in life which is become a husband is become a father I'm somebody that's going to keep the main thing the main thing yeah I'm not going to let anything get in the way of that so we want to have some fun conversations but also a little bit serious as well so we on the hot seat today oh yeah here's what we're going to do we're going to do a quick rapid fire word association oh uh Spencer Rose me I love that Grant shower every day very nice very very good Sam fantasy site rapid fire aggressive what' you say aggressive what the hell is that what he said yep aggressive my gosh okay Grant three adjectives describe Jen she's witty Charming intellectual uh Jen is exhilarating breathtaking and I think the most fun one is spontaneous driven exciting and to me the most important is open-minded there's a lot of questions being asked and I almost feel like it's a who loves Jen more competition and I am eating up every second of it I want to know who loves Jen more too Sam how do you feel about Jen um I would say just fire and like strong passion so uh yeah to say that I've been doing nothing but Falling in Love With You from the from the first time that we had a conversation would be uh yeah that would be a lie I didn't know if you would be able to show love the way that I knew how to and it literally took you giving a toast to all of us saying cheers to a ferocious love um for that to be so unorthodox and I describe my love as Reckless I have been saying this since he got here Sam that he talks for the life of him but nothing ever comes out of his mouth I feel like I'm somebody that like I said constantly pours into somebody else's cup uh I'm sitting here listening to Sam and you can tell she's like not feeling the answers you know she's listening to what's being said but what's being said isn't answering the question yeah I think with those two things it's tough to lose in a relationship H I'm so confused I I don't know I don't feel like his answers make sense to me and I'm not sure how authentic his answers are all the other guys in the room you know they're being open and honest and I appreciate that I'm going to ask most of you guys to leave and for one person that uh we truly believe needs to get to know Jen better and Jen to get to know them better is going to be Sam we're going to go to break when we come back oh we're just scratched on the surface they choose the person they thought needed more time with Jen and that's Sam so Sam gets more time with Jen and we get pulled into a room where we get the distinct pleasure of watching it on a screen you can pretend we're not even here this is literally the two of you just asking each other questions and getting to know each other deeper problem okay how was your first impression of me and how has that changed over time it's a testament to this process I I told you I I almost didn't even make I almost didn't even come here and I thought no like there is an opportunity to find my wife here and that's exactly what I'm going to do she asked what it is about her and he's talking about himself and then I got out of the limo I'm like okay this girl is not my type like this is whole that whole idea of like the unknown right there I thought the B TR was going to be Daisy or Maria [Music] damn Sam I don't know what was going on with Sam I I don't know but yeah it was weird obviously like you're you're stunning there's no doubt about that right there but like that's I know that that Fades but I think I trust the process sounds phunny I truly feel like I'm like meant to be here my dreams to be a father to be a husband um my parents been together for 30 plus years what is this this mean he hasn't said anything but like I think you know everybody wants a love that's lasting and real but I think like what is it about me that makes you feel like we could have a really great future together besides the fact that we both want This ferocious love truly your selflessness because I consider myself a very selfless person as well how do you know that I'm selfless I mean you're either selfless or you're fullish one of the [Music] other at the end of the day like I'm somebody that's trusting this process I told you that you know I don't think somebody that is full of would come in and say see 25 guys and just be like okay yeah this is what I want and just say those words out loud I could answer this question right now I can I yeah I can also answer this question multiple examples of how she's been selfless this process know I know also this is how I know you're selfless actually after night one that connection that we had was hot it was that's not self I don't understand it either I don't get it I'm so confused here and truly I feel like you've kept me in a closet how does that mean selfless dude I don't know I'm telling you I don't know does he know the definition of s he does not Sam's not really answering any of my questions he's kind of giving vague answers I like cannot express to you enough how serious I am about this situation right here I am frustrated because all these little moments have been building up at this point in the journey I need to feel reassured and secure in our relationship I don't know like how can you be so sure about being an engagement at the end of this with me when do you feel like you really know me honestly you know I I told you from from early that my love language is physical touch it's like this it's like oh nope I don't know why he's doing this I need him to tell me why he sees me as his wife and and what exact qualities in me that he sees that he wants in the future I didn't feel as if I got any answers calm down cowboy well Jen I think it's time for you to take the boys for the rest of your evening that's all the time we have on this episode
