surprised yourself haven't you I'm very surprised myself that fried rice is looking a little bit on the glug side look at this look have your come on on put your 4 minutes on your first course joery how's everything looking mate absolutely beautiful [Music] mate so Joey's starter is garlic and chili gumas brawn's a delicate thing also overcooking it suddenly it goes from being a wonderful thing to what on Earth for my eating mate that's great that's great Joey the more sauce the better eh are you going to sprinkle a bit of Pary across course I am I've we're turning youit into a chef Joey already chopped that up you're even shaking with nerves there Joey I am I'm trying I'm trying you I are here go in there with a smile cuz that is really good thank you really good go on go go go go go well done yo less an entrance right all right Joey right this is garlic and chili prawns thank you thanks Joe [Music] there's some flavor in there I'll eat this and I will probably finish it but it would be nice to have a bit more kick with the chili bit less cooking with the prawns but I think it's a really really good attempt all in all it's a good dish could just probably do with been a little bit braver yeah I could do with a little bit more chili in there but it's really highly flavored with garlic I like it fantastic horns are really lovely they've got a nice little crunch to them still and if it was in a little restaurant somewhere in Spain I'd be very very happy thank you very much indeed all right 15 minutes okay yeah and then the Salmon's got to go out okay egg fried rice be really Bland it could just be boiled rice with a bit of scrambled egg running through it and not be [Music] lovely are you happy with the fish there Joey yeah looks good mate terak is how on one of my favorite things ever just want to make sure that Salmon's not overcooked and you really get the flavor of the Teryaki just just give it that give it that little give it that little very well done go J go get them surprised yourself haven't you I'm very surprised myself that fried rice is looking a little bit on the glug side look at this look you ready come on come on this is Teryaki salmon with soy broccoli and egg fried rice enjoy it I really really love the salmon I think it's cooked well and that glaze is delicious the soy sauce on the broccoli really nice it's got some great crisp and crunch to go really well against the fish the egg fried rice there is no seasoning there whatsoever it's a congealed gloop of something with chopped up egg in it which is a real shame I really like the flavors I love the salty soy across the broccoli and these teriaki glaze it's a shame the rice has gone wrong that's enough I didn't realize I R this this this was man but yeah done it done it
