yeah you know obviously uh you know I got to play uh a season with Anthony Hill my senior year at Den Ryan um that's a guy who's dominant who who can go three and out um you know uh physical guy big guy fast um and knows football knows it really well so um Anthony Anthony Hills my guy and uh wish wish wish the best of luck to him being from DFW how excited are you to be back in this area what does it mean to you come home and how important was Dent Ryan for your success today yeah it's awesome you know um having this having this time here today you know it's my first conference media day being at um having it in Dallas is awesome getting on 45 minute you know playing ride heading right down here you know um it's just awesome great to be here how much high school and then just how do you feel about being same again and I know it's been a while but you done survival or anything like that uh if it's not Oklahoma I guess you consider R because we're trying to beat each other um but you know uh out of high school I was recruited by Terry Price coach Terry Price you know rest in peace to him um Texas a them uh he recruited me there but you know it was never nothing to me what would you like about Terry uh he was just a great guy great guy to talk to you every time he came to D just good guy to talk to you SE like oh yeah yeah those those are I'm glad you name those three because those are guys to to watch in the fure future um you know they came in eager to learn ready ready to play you know so um those are guys who you know are going to learn from you know the older guys at this time um but they are definitely up next and and ready to roll but as you said Michael boganowski that that's a guy right there who will knock your head off you mentioned that Ariza was a rough game foron was the first start how do you think that game is imp him you of who he is a lot it's all a part of the story you know you it's not just going to be sunny all the time um so it comes with some rain so I think it was good for him you know um and he obviously he's over it now there nothing you can go back and do but it helped him and it's going it helped him learn and step into the role he needed to be Billy there's been discussions about possible penalties for the horns down sign what are your thoughts on that it is what it is man if if you it is what it is I mean I don't throw it up I mean I'm just going out there trying to beat that team in Orange so that's all you remember what your immediate reaction was when you heard you guys were going to the in 2021 I was probably just you know like oh yeah like like that's cool like I'm trying to go to SEC like get to play different teams go see different places you know the best competition let's do it you Oklahoma's first SEC game will be Tennessee Josh hyp was obviously a Sooner Legend I guess how big a deal is that going to be when Tennessee comes in to play you guys I guess it's going to be that whole weekend is going to be going to be hectic you know first SEC game like you said and it's vers Tennessee so you know obviously our last time we played Tennessee with Baker Mayfield der Shephard and all them was a great game I expect it to be another great game um it's definitely going to be packed you know fans in the in the Southeastern Conference especially Tennessee will travel so we we'll have a packed out Stadium ready to play Billy you led the country with three pick sixes last year how do you follow up a season like that when most of the fan base should have won the gy 4 all I'm going to say is I'm going to have more this year Billy congratulations
