hi humans of Earth it's your girl narise the queen of mood boards for those who don't know who I am hi I'm narice I'm a um multifaceted artist singer songwriter composer producer visual artist and so much more um and I did well I mean I I couldn't even say that I watched the VMAs but I mean I I you know gandered at the show from time to time and [Music] um yeah you know I mean mainly cuz like my Wi-Fi was acting up and you know the service was weird I was trying to watch or whatever but I mean I've seen some of the performances so I'll just speak to that um but you know welcome to the live stream I know it's mad late I know um I didn't really specify if I was going to live stream or not but I did post a little bit on Tik Tok um yeah and I shared some thoughts I tried to keep it cute I mean I I try to be as PC as possible but I feel like even when I do that you know people find ways to twist things into being more controversial than it is you know what I realized you know it might be a hot take but I'm just so grateful that I'm in an era in my life where me my actual life and the things that I do on a day-to-day basis isn't really problematic you know like it's it's I'm like I'm not problematic and I'm very for that you know and despite what the Optics look like but you know I I realiz that a lot of things referenced it's like [ __ ] that people got to like pull from the past you know you can't say [ __ ] about anything that I've done recently at all CU like really my life really be boring it's really boring and that's really why people are mad I feel because I feel like most people don't see me as a human being and as an actual person you know they see me as like a commodity or entertainment or um this thing that they can just like move and manipulate like I'm not an actual person like like I don't have real feelings and emotions and concerns and thoughts and perspectives and like I don't be making valid points when I'm on here um you know and and even the the thing that in intrigues me about that perspective is like even if I'm seen as like a commodity or just like this you know outer worldly thing to be you know moved around and you know propped up for I don't know an agenda or a storyline or whatever the case may be you know somehow some way even when there's knowledge of said storylines somehow I get the of the you know shade either though I'm I really be minding my business I don't be bothering people and I really be trying to do good for folks and people be fake woke fake upset about [ __ ] you know what I mean because like like legitimately like if people really care about the things that they think that that they act like they care about why would they wait like 6 years to complain about [ __ ] like if it was a real concern you know what I mean like and and mind you like and it's some I'm really I'm thinking about now about certain stuff is like say if there's like certain things going on before you even involved you know what I mean and then you know like say if it's just certain things that people are doing before you either like get involved with them and then like you get involved with them and then like I'm like okay well if this is cool this what they do then fine like all right then I guess it's cool and then somehow some way you end up getting like blamed for that but it's like hold on this was going on before I was even a part of the equation or at least I was made to believe that but even if certain circumstances were like set up to be that way why play those games you know what I mean like why play those games if it's such a serious situation and if it's so serious why be upset about that [ __ ] years later and people like oh you know some people play the long game y'all don't give a [ __ ] if if y'all try to play the long game then y'all really don't care about what the the [ __ ] that y'all act like y'all be caring about because why wouldn't you address that [ __ ] right then and there if it was a big deal you know what I mean like that's that's what I be thinking about when I see people like be fake upset about [ __ ] from years the past and be wanting to reference things you know what I mean and it's like where was this you know since y'all know so damn much since y'all know so [ __ ] much and y'all reference so much where was the Uproar when the [ __ ] was going down oh no y'all really don't care y'all really just want to sit back and watch you know it's kind of like when I think about like Amy win housee and you know and people that were like slandering her for you know just like drinking and taking drugs and stuff like that and and then all of a sudden like now that she's not here everybody wants to be like oh she's such a great talent with a waste and this and that but it's like it's people in her real life that were enabling her behavior and it's like why aren't those people being held accountable and it's like now she not here now people want to appreciate her for the artist that she is but when she was here y'all wanted to [ __ ] on her and you know and put out tabloids on her and get pictures of her when you when she's clearly going through something but why nobody [ __ ] help her nobody cared nobody cared to help her they were just like oh she's a moneymaking machine yes she's talented but we don't actually give a [ __ ] about her health or the drugs that she's doing we're just reporting the story because we're entertained by the mess y'all don't care about that lady's well-being you know y'all don't care because if y'all cared y' have said some [ __ ] right then and there you know and it's like people want to be fake woke and and fake concerned about [ __ ] but don't address things when it matters because it's like y'all care to be entertained by the mess rather than actually getting Solutions like people e are either entertained by the mess or they just like to complain or they just like to be like oh you're doing this wrong and we're going to point this out we're going to shame you about about it but it's like okay maybe let's try to understand why is that happening you know what I mean like nobody takes the time and energy to try to understand the mechanics of a thing and it's like okay you know instead of like slandering somebody for you know overindulging in alcohol in in taking drugs let's try to understand maybe why are they overindulging like is it a addictive behavior are they going through a depressive thing like what's the reasoning behind it instead of being so quick to attack people and so quick to just shame and slander folks why not actually get to the bottom of why they were even doing that in the first place maybe they were going through something where they were depressed or you know they had a lot on their shoulders and that was a crutch for them to lean on at that time and while y'all trying to [ __ ] on somebody and shame them you know and why not actually try to understand maybe they going through something so [ __ ] help them you know what I mean so it's like why people be so quick to attack and don't be considerate and then the thing is what what bothers me is the fact that people be knowing what that folks be going through [ __ ] like some of y'all be knowing like oh y'all y'all know like oh yeah you know this person going through this because they had a fall out with their family or they stressed about bills and this and that okay so if you know that what the the drama behind the scenes is and you know that that could have an effect on somebody's mental health why the [ __ ] would you shame them for that you know what I mean like help them out or at least be a comfort to them you know and and it makes me think to certain times in my in my early 20s when I was like drinking and and smoking and stuff like that because other people around me were doing that like all my friends were smoking weed you know my boyfriend at the times who I was dating like everybody smoked weed everybody was having you know whatever thing that were every you know everybody was drinking and this and that like that's normal when you're in your 20s and you're growing and you're hanging out and stuff like that and it's like you know why try to like [ __ ] on somebody and granted I know this video said is about the VMAs I'm going to get to the VMAs I'm going get to the VMAs in a second you know but I just I just wanted to say that specifically but you know it's just like if you see people going through and you see you know they might not have the best Habits Like okay my point my point in saying that is like you know you have people around you that try to enable your behaviors and you know and you have and you're around people who might be going through stuff you know even though like I might not have had the healthiest behaviors or the healthiest um outlets in terms of those things and neither did some of the people around me like I know people like like my exes all was like smoke weed and chain smoke cigarettes you know and it wasn't healthy for them you know but they all were going through [ __ ] they all had family problems and family dramas and and mental illness and stuff like that so I tried to be considerate of those things and and if I could be a positive influence in in one way or another I would and you know and I would take in in things into consideration in terms of like trying to provide healing it's like okay like for example since you know some people like to make references and you know and I'll reference the positive things um you know one of my exes had really bad eczema and I would try to look up different products and you know different things like maybe natural like soaps and lotions andu like that to try to Aid in that you know what I mean because that's just the type of person that I'm that I am and I care about stuff like that on top of the fact that like you know there's unhealthy habits and all those things but you know people don't want to tell those stories though you know people want to tell Half Baked stories um but not when you sit up here and try to put your time and energy and money and Research into different products for the people that you care about that can assist in their wellbeing you know or times when you show up for friends when they going through stuff and they depressed and you know and you don't you don't have all the answers and we both struggling but you know whatever I'll just you know let's sip a drink and we going to figure it out you know and I'm here with you while you going through it you know because that's just the type of person that I am and the thing is like when people in my life was going through the darkest times in they in their life I was there for them and I a have all the answers and I might not have had the best you know advice and you know there might have been times where I enabled certain behaviors that wasn't really the best but when it really mattered I was there and I looked out for them and I understood you know you might not be at the healthiest in your life because of the things you're going through and I know what you're going through right now so I'm not going to shame you I'm not going to kick you while you down I'm not I'm not going to you know I'm not going to try to slander you while I know you going through something even though I know you could be doing better and I know you know I could probably be doing better but I'm going through my struggles too but we both struggling but while we struggling I'mma be there for you because that's just how I am you know and it frustrates me when I see certain narratives where people don't talk about that and they don't highlight that you know and people be so quick to judge and attack people and don't even like since y'all know so goddamn much y'all should know that a lot of the times where the things that people judge me for was at low points in my life where I was going through stuff or the people around me was going through things and you know when it really mattered I was there for them and unfortunately when I was in Rock Bottom in my own life people abandoned me people left me out the dry basically and I was like damn when you was going through it I was there for you I ain't judge you I ain't try to kick back in you know I I I had limited resources but I cared about you and and you know and I would try to help how I can but when it's my turn when I need help when I'm going through it when people gossiping and [ __ ] on me and I need somebody to like have my back you know where's the support that I've been given but you know people don't want to tell those stories so I'mma tell those stories you know since people know so much but they you know people I don't know I don't know what people know and I know that if my life was anything like The Truman Show I'm sure there's editing involved and people would edit to certain storylines that work to benefit certain agendas um but this this will tie in to the point but you know I I just say this to say like you know people could anyway I'm grateful because my life is not problematic my life is not problematic right now you know the only thing that people can say about me is old ass [ __ ] things that I've healed from things that I've grown and evolved from you know relationships that aren't even relevant in my life anymore like people got to pull all the way back to the [ __ ] past to [ __ ] that doesn't even resonate with my frequency right now like certain [ __ ] that happened in relationships that I wouldn't even tolerate today because I've grown and I've learned boundaries I've learned you know self respect and values and certain things that I'll tolerate and what I want you know and then and even in certain instances like I've been sober for like several years now and I used to like drink a lot hang out at the bar all the time and you know just have drinks back to back and smoke weed cuz everybody around me was doing that like everybody like all my friends was drinking and smoking weed all of them and I had different friends in different groups like I had certain friends that were um musicians people who I went to school with I went to different schools so different friend groups in different schools different like work friends like either people smoked weed or drank or whatever the case may be so it was a very normal thing um and you know and everybody enabled each other you know and even though everybody was going through their [ __ ] you know I feel like at the time like people were more understanding and less judgmental um or or just didn't care to speak on certain things and be like yo you you probably doing a little bit too much you know what I mean and and it's frustrating when you know people want to be like oh but I remember when you was doing this it's like okay but am I doing that now and when I was doing that then why don't you say [ __ ] then hm you know and and also like again like I said before it be [ __ ] that be going on in certain like environments before you even get there before you even like like say you know like say you have like a boyfriend that drinks a lot and you know and he been drinking before you even started dating him and then you start dating and so okay like all right well I guess if he drinks a lot and this is cool then I guess that's what you know okay I guess that's what we do whatever you know I'm not gonna judge them for it because everybody be drinking you know for the most part I I rarely had friends that were like completely sober you know even friends that didn't drink a lot like definitely drink sometimes like I I don't remember if I had a friend at the time that didn't drink at all um and um but yeah and then all of a sudden like say you know you pick up on drink drinking more because you're you know hanging out with people who drink and then say you get to a point where you're like all right I decide I'm not going to be I'm not going to drink like that anymore I'm going to be sober and have been sober for years and then you know you got people that try to like you know like spread rumors or like [ __ ] on you online and be like oh this girl was out here drinking and this and that and she be you know out here drunk and but it's like hold on everybody was drinking so what are we talking about you know what I mean and a [ __ ] haven't drank in like years so and if I if you had such a problem about me drinking why didn't you say [ __ ] while I was drinking and the thing is it's not like people care about your health or anybody's Health when they complain about these things and when they make these references it's not like they give a [ __ ] about like oh it can you know this could be harmful for you know your health and and in your you know your organs or whatever the case may be like no they just be mad just to be mad they just be hating and trying to [ __ ] on you just to [ __ ] on you because if they actually cared about your health it wouldn't be a like oh let's make this a strategic thing where it's like we not going to say nothing now but we just going to take notes and then bring it up later corny whack you know and it's like yeah if you actually cared about someone's well-being y'all should have said some [ __ ] then you know before first of all and then should have said something about said boyfriend that and this is all hypothetical by the way s said something about the boyfriend who was drinking prior to even being a part of the equation so why yall consider that and then mind you and then say during that time of sobriety you've you know donated money to organizations to rehab centers that support you know people who struggle with alcoholism or whatever you know because even though that's not a part of your life anymore you because you actually care because you actually care about the well-being of people who struggle do that you know instead of slandering and trying to [ __ ] on somebody you know maybe in the small ways that you can help you you know you donate to certain causes that support that because you actually care about people's wellbe rather than just sitting up here complaining and trying to attack somebody and Sh on somebody you actually do something to provide a solution to help you know but you know people be fake woke on here and like to be upset and then like to reference it in their projects and stuff like that and you know just for the storyline and and like I said you know my life is very boring right now aside from the fact that I'll be working on really Dope music and my art is fly and you know and I'm the queen of people's mood boards um so you know and I mean I storyline aside like the talent is there like you can't debate that um but you know and mind you like in my own personal life like when I have it I try to give back how I can like I be minding my business working on my music and and you know go grocery shopping when I can and then when I have it I try to give back to my Community Feed the Homeless you know donate to organizations and donate to different causes but you know people don't complain about that people don't like to reference that people don't like don't like to mix that into their performances you know because that's not exciting nobody cares about giving back to the community you know nobody actually cares about that they don't care about that [ __ ] you know they don't care about the well-being of people struggling with you know um homelessness and being hungry nobody cares about that people care about the drama for the storyline for the plot for the plot they really care about the plot they don't care about People's Health they don't care about people's well-beings you know people be fake mad and you know for the plot for the plot and I think it's [ __ ] you know and you know I'm grateful that I'm in a stage in my life where my sh my life really just creative and boring well my creativity isn't boring my creative my creativity is actually pretty good and talented and quality work with the limited resources that I have because that's what I focus on that's what I put my time and energy to on top of trying to get things together in my life aside from dealing with the witches and warlocks of the worlds and you know and when I can giving back and doing good and you know just trying to do good by people who have helped me at different times in my life you know despite whether I have a relationship with them today or not but I don't take those things for granted I'm grateful for those things and when I can I try to help and give to those people even if it's something symbolic to like you know say a friend of mine who I haven't spoken to in a long time you know has a some with autism and even though I might not be able to speak with them directly but symbolically I've donated to organizations you know supporting autism um because that matters to me like I actually care about that [ __ ] you know what I mean and I feel like you know that's something that's a direction towards Solutions towards helping you know and people don't talk about that people just like to be loud and upset but don't actually talk about Solutions and don't actually talk about okay how can we fix issues how can we provide help how can we provide resources in healthy ways like no people just love toxicity and the drama and you know the you know just the the low vibrational negative things and things to stir up Shenanigans rather than say like okay how do we heal from this how do we move forward how do we help you know how do we fix different issues and create something that provides betterment for everyone that's the type of time I be on that's why I don't be hanging out with a lot of people because y'all are weird and y'all just like to be low vibrational and y'all love to slander and attack people and do all this weird symbolism corny [ __ ] and you know and my thing is like how y'all helping and if y'all really want to help y to help a long time ago you know what I mean people will sit up sit up here and Lead You In to the Lions then and then shame you for you know being like Ro at by lions you know what I mean like you know what I mean like it's I don't know it's crazy like I feel like we live in a world where people like I said like you know like the the sit the analogy with um Amy wi house it's just like people shamed her for you know being drunk and you know being out looking crazy but nobody thought like you know maybe she going through something maybe something's wrong here maybe we should try to like help her and see like why is she out here drinking who's enabling this Behavior who's giving her the okay to do this and why is nobody helping oh because they don't care about her health they care about the the train wreck for the storyline to sell the magazines to sell you know the tabloids and to you know put in the block in the shade rooms and all of that and I mean no shade to to those you know organizations but I'm just saying for like people love the drama people love the drama and then we'll egg her into the drama you know what I mean like walk her into it so they can sell the you know sell the thing basically attacking her for the drama and it's like okay if she's and then mind you mind you this is the type of society we live in say if Amy house got her life together and she started turning her life around and she got sober and she got clean you know then y'all would say oh the music is whack the music is corny we don't want the music anymore you know we don't want it that's the type of community that y'all be a part of and that's the type of [ __ ] that yall build and push you know if Amy house would have got her life together and got clean and got healthy y'all [ __ ] it on her cuz y'all do y'all do the same [ __ ] with celebrities today where you know and this will tie into the the VMAs in a moment like that whole thing like and I've said this before too how people say oh Mary Mary J BL music not good unless she going through something how [ __ ] toxic and selfish and inconsiderate and it's like why can't we just enjoy the like let's not act like make happy music she makes good music like just fine was a bot you know and it's like okay sure there's the songs where it's like you know she going through the pain and and and all of that stuff but it's like why can't we appreciate these art this artist when they're healthy when they're doing well when they turn their life around when you know because everybody got a pass Everybody Got Dirt everybody did some [ __ ] that they probably wish they they didn't and people probably have traumas where they've been a part of some things and was forced to do some [ __ ] that they didn't want to do but it's a part of their story now it's a part of their history and instead of trying to live and constantly regurgitate regurgitate and ruminate on that trauma they want to change their life for the better and be healthy and and do well in their life but n y'all y'all Society you know not the village folks but y'all will intentionally stir up the drama y'all will intentionally bring up old [ __ ] just to stir up some drama for the sake of entertainment not giving a [ __ ] about how that's affecting somebody's Health how that's affecting somebody's wellbe because and y'all act fake woke like y'all care about people's wellbeing but y'all don't say [ __ ] in real time when it's happening instead of pulling somebody aside and just being like hey yo Amy I love you but you drinking too much honey and you know I don't want to see preachy but I care about you I love you and I I want you I want you to be around longer I see you going down like a a road you know I see you going down a path that don't look you know healthy and because I love you and because I care about your wellbeing I'm going to keep it real with you and I'm going to tell you the truth right now before it gets bad you know what I mean and and maybe she had had that in her life and I don't know I'm sure I feel like there she probably had some friends in her life that cared and and did have those conversations with her and again those people have to want it themselves but it it matters to have people in your life that will pull you to the side and let you know when you slipping and instead of watching you slip and then laugh at you when you fall and then try to [ __ ] on you for losing your balance as if they wasn't some of the people that's stuck their foot out and hoped that you tripped you know what I mean and I feel like in entertainment there's a in society y'all don't care y'all don't care about you know and and don't get me wrong like I think turning traumatic situations into comedy or finding comedic relief can help you heal in a way and helps you get through the trauma and find finding the funny and things that have been shitty in your life is a way to get through it but I do feel like people are genuinely unserious and they don't care they act like they upset about [ __ ] because it's like oh you did this wrong so we GNA get you but it's like okay instead of trying to get me why you help me when you seen that I was slipping n instead you put the banana pill on the ground so a [ __ ] could and then going blame me for falling come on now like and the thing is it's when educated and smart people do that [ __ ] that's really disappointing to me because it's like you got I like I would like to think that some people out in this world got common sense you know what I mean I would like to think that people in this world has Intelligence and it's when the people who like I said like they'll put a banana pill on the ground watch you slip and then blame you for slipping and then see you struggling to get up and then shame you for why you ain't get up quick enough how does that make any [ __ ] sense and then we'll get a gang and a whole community of people to together to at you for spping and falling and at you even though you trying your best to get up and will hold you down will deliberately try to hold you down and then film you and reference you and then make content about it and laugh at you and and all these things like they wasn't the ones that put the banana peel on the ground in the first place now watch and speaking of these Hunger Games watch how a banana pill GNA show up but y'all know I'm right though y'all know I'm right y'all know I'm right and I will keep saying that because you know sometimes things need to be repeated for people to really understand how asinine Society has become you know and it's like oh it's a funny reference oh we going to laugh and joke about it you know and it's like like like it's one thing for it to be like comedic relief but it's another thing to really like laugh at somebody's pain and you see that they trying to get it together and you see that they were put into situations it's not like the [ __ ] started with them you see that they were put into situations that was some [ __ ] you see they just trying to get it together they just trying to present solutions they just trying to figure it out and you laughing at people while they struggling you laughing at people while they trying to get their life together and you blaming people for [ __ ] that didn't even start with them and it's unfair and it's like you know anyway I said what I said and and y'all know I be speaking facts and y'all know I'm right and um I don't know what what this person is saying and I reuke this message anyway but um you know okay so I said what I said you know I don't want to be preaching on here all the time you know I do want to actually have some fun live streams you know it's just you know circumstances of my life you know call for me to you know I'm I'm going to speak fact and speak truth to the nonsense that be happening in this world and I will call it out until there's more people that are bold enough to call it for the [ __ ] that it is you know and I appreciate the people who do see the [ __ ] and and call it out for what it is you know but anyway um so VM right I'm I'm G just keep this part brief and I'mma try my best to keep it as cute as possible I didn't see the whole show like start to finish but one thing I will say is that I don't know I feel like the BET Awards was more entertaining to me like I don't know I feel like you know shout out to whoever was the showrunner and producer of the BET Awards this year it was a good show um even the the performances that people said was like lackluster I felt like the lackluster performances of the BET Awards was more entertaining than some of the stuff that was there at the MTV Awards you know but it's not like y'all care about my opinion no D because y'all gonna put me on the Move board so you know it is what it is um and it's not saying that people aren't talented like there were some really good performances like um um Teddy swims shout out to him him he was talented I only saw like one performance of him I guess he you know was doing like a set and then they broke it up in between like before the commercial breaks and he did a cover of Stay by Rihanna and it was so good and I was like yes somebody that's just up here without the theatrics without the you know symbolism and all of that stuff like symbolism could be cool if you like actually trying to say something you know what I mean like if the symbolism is actually moving the needle forward in like like invoking thought and like you know what I mean like if if it's pushing the envelope for something I feel like people like use symbolism in a way where it's just like huh we're just making this reference it's like okay what so what you doing with the reference like you know what I mean like I feel like a clever usage of symbolism um even though it's not a performance but you know um Lady Gaga's 911 video which I think is ironic that I'm mentioning that well it's technically 912 today but um where I am in the planet but if you've ever seen that video I think it was on the chromatica album which I hadn't listened to the whole thing at that point I hadn't really was I wasn't really following Gaga as heavily at that point but I felt like that video was really dope my f baby y' um and I felt like it was such a good usage of symbolism and you know and it felt like it was actually like there's a message with the symbolism you know what I mean like I feel like people are overusing symbolism at this point like I even if it's something where it's like I don't agree with it or maybe I might not even like it but if it's done well I'll give the credit what credit is due you know what I mean and I just feel like people be overdoing it and it's like okay next who who hasn't done that you know the whole you know what I mean like I don't know it's just some some of it is like played out um like for example and and again I I really don't need to be defending these artists because I you know I feel like I be seeing other people [ __ ] on these artists and be like me of all people should be on the hate train of like [ __ ] on these people too but I will always give credit what credit is do and if I like something genuinely I'll say I like something um and I say this because I've already said this before um in another live stream actually around the BET Awards um the film that JLo did for her album like that this is me now or later or something like that you know and mind you I've grown up a Mariah Carey fan and I know there's like this unspoken beef between them I'll speak about it because who gonna check me um you know um and like I said I've been a fan of Mariah for years still a fan you know because I'm like it doesn't change the fact that the music is is good you know um yeah oh I'm always been a fan and and with JLo I feel like JLo is a talented creator and people I I feel like when it's like popular to like try to clown somebody even if they do something well people are just going to clown them even like you know just because it's like it's the popular thing to do and I feel like when she put out that film you know I I don't know maybe that it was just the videos that I was seeing I was seeing people like literally do like dissertations trying to break it all down and basically like try to say like it wasn't all that great I actually feel like the film wasn't that bad I feel like me of all people if my life were anything like the tuman show um you know again I don't I don't have any reason to have to defend these people you know but like I feel like the songs were good the it was really catchy Melodies good instrumentation um I feel like the music was good the dancing was good she had Paris um goal I think global global sorry if I pronounced her last name wrong she had her do to choreography and there was other choreographers as well sorry for the other choreographers who I don't whose name I didn't know um and I feel like the message that she was trying to convey like the symbolism that she was trying to do um in the the film like I I feel like there was there was a message it wasn't like she just throwing it together to be like all right watch this dance video you know like there was intention and thought put behind it now do I feel like it could have been done better maybe probably but then at the same time if you watch the documentary she was trying to get funding from you know these Studios and they weren't really seeing the vision so she funded it herself she was using her own money to make that film which I respect and mind you you know she's doing the music recording the songs learning the choreography directing the film you know and I can respect anybody that really puts the work and and time into something and it's a passion project and they're doing all the things you know what I mean and it's like okay you're performing you're directing you're producing you know and so again I have no reason to defend any of these people I don't but I feel like aside from the fact that it looked like you know when at the end of the I'll just spoil this you know at the end where the little girl or her younger self um turns into the flowers and the flowers goes into the like the furnace thing and it's like is trying to cremate the kid like what are we doing um that was the only thing I'm like okay but um aside from that like I felt like the Coro was good I felt like the music had like was catchy um but you know because it's for whatever reason it's become a thing to like you know try to like joke on JLo that people just do and like say if she does something like good people aren't going to give her her credit because it's like you know it's just a popular thing to just like try to like laugh and discredit her which I feel like is so corny because it's like you know like she's still around she can still put a dope performance together we want and and and even other thing I've said this before too I feel like she had a valid reason to be upset about the whole like halftime performance thing of having to share the time with Shakira and I don't think it had anything to do with oh I don't want to perform with Shakira it's just the fact that one they're both um Hispanic Latino sorry I I know there's a specific difference between the two but they're they're both women of Latin Heritage um I hope I'm saying this right please forgive me for not knowing the specifics but you know what I'm trying to say and the fact that they were they had to share the stage Shakira could have performed that that whole thing by herself and JLo could have performed that whole thing by by herself they both have enough hits to do a full performance but the fact that they had to share the stage and it's only 13 minutes so you got to split 13 minutes like and she's used to doing performances a lot longer than that I get what she was trying to say but again because it's already ingrained in y'all to be like oh she's complaining she seems ungrateful but mind you if any other artist said the same thing y'all have been like yeah why they got to why they got to split the time why they got to share the stage she got enough if it was somebody else y'all y'all understood exactly what she was trying to say you know what I mean and my point in saying this is that because it's ingrained in y'all to be a hater with certain people y'all won't even compartmentalize and have the maturity to look with a lens to be like I might not care for this artist but they have a point and even though I don't really you know listen to this artist or I don't watch this or I didn't like this one project or I didn't like when they said this but this particular thing that they're saying right here they they're actually making a point cuz y'all y'all cape for who y'all want to Cape for you know what I mean like y'all be so fickle okay and y'all you know and my thing is like I just my point in saying is is hopefully that people could be open-minded enough immature enough to really look at a situation logically and not so emotionally and look logically and really think why exactly are you actually upset are you upset because of the issue or because you don't like that person and why don't you like this person what happened to make you feel that way and who is responsible for that you know what I mean and okay and say fine say you don't like that person but in this particular situation taking your emotions about that person outside of the scenario do they have a point you know some of y'all just be like wanting to be combative because you don't like somebody either know you know they're right or you know the situation around somebody is [ __ ] up you know what I mean and um yeah that's I don't know I'm I'm complaining about Society but um you know and my thing is like I don't want this to to be a complaint but it's it's an observation and it's really a call out you know and I feel like it's necessary to call out Society because it's like because I actually care you know what I mean I'm not just going to sit around and watch Society fall and then because I'm playing the long game I'll wait years later to to address society's issues no when I see it that I'm going to say something and it's not just because I want to sit up here and complain but because I feel like we could be better as a people because I actually care about people because I actually care about Society you know and yeah and I don't want to just like spew hatred for no reason like yeah things frustrate me and sometimes I can be rage because of it because I feel misunderstood and I feel like people like you know I'm right but you're giving me a hard time why and and what really bothers me is like when you know the backstory and you know that I don't know the backstory and you know that I'm sitting up here trying my best and you still going to try to give me hell for what reason knowing that other [ __ ] be playing into this to the BS you know like that's the thing that really like grinds my gears but I know there's people who who see this there's people who hear me and know that I'm I'm like I'm speaking facts there's people who's like yo she she's spitting she like I know y'all don't like this girl but everything that she's saying is facts because it is and y'all know it is y'all know like it's facts but y'all playing to the bs anyway and what's really interesting to me what really interesting it's like what's so crazy is like you know say if um I'm I'm just going to use this Trum and show analogy because like that's just I don't know it's a part of the brand at this point you know say if Truman from you know The Truman Show mind you living in a fake reality living in a reality that's orchestrated around him like his mom is an actress right and there was a a scene in the movie where women who are watching the show were talking about the show and they were like yo why didn't Truman just leave and go be you know leave and try to go for Fiji and they were like oh cuz his mom was sick and you know he's really and he you know and he felt like he need to be there for his mom his mom that was acting and he still was there to take care of his mom right that's that's one point but say hypothetically say hypothetically there's a situation where I don't know let's say there's a turn of events on on The Truman Show and it becomes more like a like a Witch Hunt and it it becomes more like a thriller kind of a you know storyline for entertainment right for shits and giggles for shits and giggles at the expense of Truman's mental health and well-being you know for shits and giggles let's just make this a thriller and you know cook up some [ __ ] to blame Truman for and then you know let's just have the town folks just try to like go after him over some cooked up BS you know some Hunger Games for shits and giggles for entertainment you know not because it's a real scenario but you know in mind you wow under stress and you know mind you he has a full-time job so he has a job trying to live in this Society trying to be a good husband to his you know to his wife um at home and and mind you working a fake job but whatever meaning her like cuz she was working at a hospital and he went up to the hospital and the [ __ ] wasn't really you know it wasn't a real hospital but whatever you know and say like you know the Trum show turned into like a thriller right and so you know he's dealing with people attacking him that's got to be very stressful you know what I mean like if you were in his shoes that's got to be stressful to deal with like oh my gosh all these people like attacking you and you don't even know why like what the [ __ ] is going on you know and say like just out of Def out of like just sheer like desperation to like try to fight off this energy and you know protect himself in some way and it's like the people that he would go to like his friend like his mom you know um like his wife that's supposed to be his support system he slowly but surely finds out that they're all faking right but this is real stress for him this is real despite how fake this scenario is this is real stress you know and over fake drama but okay right and say like you know he's dealing with this Witch Hunt and shenanigans and all these things and you know out of a means to like try to protect himself say he takes like a like a souvenir or um like a uh like a item of sentiment that meant something um but he was using it in means to like protect himself you know to fight off the stress and mind you he can't go to nobody to determine whether this is a a good method or not you know and he's just trying to figure out what the [ __ ] is going going on he's just you know he's just like why is all these people coming after me I don't even know y'all the [ __ ] is y problem I'm just trying to go to my job and live my life and I'm going to my wife and you know wife acting like [ __ ] is cool and [ __ ] is normal even the whole time she knows that he's being attacked and does nothing if anything probably instigated the whole situation you know because that's her her role in this fake ass show you know and you know whole time he's just like out here trying to live his life you know and then and of course and the means of like trying to protect himself um you know and not really knowing the right or the wrong way to do that um you know he does something that might be offensive to some you know and that wasn't the intention the intention is oh my God A lot's going on I'm really I'm just trying to fight off this energy I don't know let me just try to um you know condense this energy because I know it's being you know I know there's a lot of negativity out here and let me just try to condense this negativity however you know ain't nobody really there trying to tell them like hey yo Truman maybe that maybe that's not the method because you know nobody's nobody's telling Truman the truth nobody's trying to help Truman you know and the people that get that try to help Truman get silenced or thrown off the show right so and then of course because nobody actually cares about the issue at hand people only really care about the fact that it's more ammunition to use against TR Truman that's really all it is they don't they don't care about what he actually did they're just like ah he [ __ ] up all right cool we'll use that let's add that to the docket and as ammunition and then you know slowly but surely reference that and you know use that to torture him even though we really don't care even though the the sentimental object is probably fake too or whatever you know who knows how could he know how could he know you know his own mom is faking so how would he know what's real and what's not at this point you know how would he know if he's genuinely offending someone when everyone's lying to him you know and it's like what's the point how can how can you be loyal to to people who are lying to you you know what I mean like imagine imagine being in a reality where everybody in your life is lying to you and somehow some way they they get offended because you're not loyal you know and you're just trying your best you're just trying to like figure some [ __ ] out you just trying to live your life you just trying to understand what's happening get some clarity hope fix these problems to make the [ __ ] go away you know get to a solution understand what people's problems are why this energy is coming your way like you know you're just trying to get clarity and understanding of what the [ __ ] situation is and in lo and behold he discovers that he's on this fake fabricated show and in somehow some way you know baited into being the enemy and then mind you like he's in the he's in his car and then the radio is reflecting what he does or whatever the case may be could be magic could be you know Big Brother who knows um he's watching TV the TV is fake it's reflecting his life and it's like you know and my my point in this is like how how are we upset at TR how like how does that make sense how how does that make any sense when from day one his life was meant to be drama and Chaos for entertainment am I lying am I lying am I wrong no y'all know I'm not wrong y'all know I'm right from day one from day one out of the a million days on this show his life was set up the storyline the script the agenda the plot do it for the plot the plot was intended to be chaos but you know we got to make moments of trauma so that's when that whole situation happened when he was a kid and you know his father you know passed away but really he wasn't actually dead that just took him off the show but you know they had to create a istic moment of trauma and then you know and then he struggled with water for a long time and and I keep saying this and I'mma say it again because it's asinine and ridiculous and y'all know this and his when he goes to his mom after seeing his dad because he snuck back on set to see him because you know one of the few people that actually cared about him as a person because he is a human being and a person you know and after seeing his father and everybody just kind of whisp him away and he's like okay what was that about that's weird that's crazy and then he goes to his mom and it's like yo wait hold on what the [ __ ] is going on what the [ __ ] really happened with that like what actually happened and she's like oh you know this and that look at these pictures and you know look at the pictures the pictures the fake pictures and oh Truman I don't blame you I I don't blame you for what happened to your father you can't blame him how you gonna blame him for for some fake [ __ ] make that make sense for me make it make sense because it don't because it don't you know and Truman is just trying to live his life hey Jim Carrey hey Jim Carrey I hope you're doing well I really respect the fact that you're willing to make your money and chill and be painting and making these dope paintings because you know the F gazy [ __ ] that be happening in this industry like when he was on the Jimmy Kimmel show and did the whole like the whole symbol thing and he was like don't act like you don't know what this is Jimmy don't act like you don't know you know but you know Jimmy got to keep his job he got to keep the show he can't be out in Illuminati secrets you know I'm like Jim Cary you're stirring you're stirring the pot here you're talking too much but thank you for being bold enough and courageous enough to call this [ __ ] out and also making iconic movies in the m of it all you know I know I'm talking about everybody that's not at the VMAs cuz they going to get the promo anyway right um some of them performances was cute but this conversation is more interesting am I right I I am um anyway um yeah I I really and you know what you know what I realize a lot of the people not everybody not everybody that be lowkey but a lot of the people who be bold enough to stand up to the powers that pull the strings and you know be operating a lot of the shenanigans in the inter entertainment industry and um and even like in government and stuff like that they be laying low pop out every once in a while and because like they know a lot of the stuff that's pushed to the Forefront is fugaz like it's it's a facade like all the things that are pushed for the people to see is fake like they don't really look like that in real life they don't sound like that turn the auto tune down and look I'm not saying I'm the most perfect vocalist because I'm actually well I was kind of forced to be in a situation where you know I'm bold enough to live stream my mistakes as I'm working on my vocals but we not going to act like the vocal Talent not there you know but the mic be on though the mic be on no autotune respectfully and you know a lot I don't you know and I realize like growing up I really wanted to be like one of the like you know like one of the big artists out in the world and I feel like with time and focus on like artist development which really like people don't even care to do that [ __ ] anymore but I grew up in an era where people actually care to focus on the talent and develop as an artist whether they they developed with Stage performance and Coro and and you know breath control and stuff like that like that's a lost art and it's a rare thing these days like and even the generations that came before me like it was a point where there was so much talent you didn't know who who was going to win Awards it was like y the award could go to anybody I wouldn't be mad and I just feel like today it's just not like that you know and don't get me wrong I'm not like there's definitely some dope artists out there and there's talented artists but I don't feel like Talent is at the Forefront like if you got a cute look or or you know you got just a catchy enough song and I'm not saying no Talent is out there like there is some talented artists out there but it's not the main attraction it's it's like the look it's the glitz it's the Glam it's the who got the hardest symbolism you know it's not like oh this [ __ ] is dope you know like it I don't know but you know what I will say um I I'll say some positive things I think chapon's performance was dope I see why she has the hype that she does I'm not crazy about all the songs but I like her vibe and I like the performance that she did tonight wielding the sword you know like a warrior goddess I know what that's like um and um who else I think I saw um glorist performance I think that was pretty cool I I I think she's growing as a performer like I feel like every time I see her she gets better and I love that I love that for any artist um I'm like yo she's really you know I feel like it's not like oh she got a few hit songs I feel like she's she has the potential to really like be in the game for a while and be um like up there I I like glor a lot I think she had a dope performance L coj performed um I know he just put out an album and I think that was dope that he performed at the VM you know because I feel like he's one of those artists that transcends Generations you know he's a legend and Hip-Hop and then transition to acting and then there was a point in time when he was hosting the Grammys like every every other year um and it's cool to see him back in music I haven't listened to all the songs I've heard some of the songs and they're pretty good and I think the whole thing is produced by Q-tip who is one of my favorite producers someone that I've studied um I've grown up studying and inspires my own production um so yeah I I love that for him and I love that he gets to like in like you know remind the new generation like who he is and he looks amazing for his age um I don't know how old he is but he don't look it whatever it is whatever his age is he don't look it um but it is dope to see him perform and put music out for the next Generation you know I'm sorry something that I wanted to say on one of these live streams I've been meaning to bring this up was that you know I I feel like there's this Resurgence of like old school legends that's happening in Hip Hop specifically and um where um I think common and Pete Rock just put out an album together a joint album MC light just put out an album um who else I feel like somebody else I think I remember seeing Rock him on a song with somebody I think he might have been on a song with with um with Comm and um I don't know if he put out a project out but I remember seeing Ro Kim's name in the midst of something no mind you I haven't listened to these things I've just been seeing the names and seeing like the drops I'll listen to it eventually um when the time is right because you know I gotta you know I got to protect my ear Gates all these things and I don't really know what all everybody stand for but just for the sake of like the fact that they're all legends and Hip Hop and have paved way um I think that's dope and I think I was seeing a conversation on I forget the name of the podcast but it's it's a podcast with Elliot Wilson and um I think DJ head is on there and oh forgive me for not knowing the other person I forget exactly um but there's a podcast and they talk hip-hop and you know they talk hip-hop journalism and stuff like that and um they were talking about um MC's like ohj coming out and like you know feeling like they have to compete with the young kids but like they're in a different class you know what I mean like they're in their own lane but it's like okay where do they go to push the albums when when like the Legacy acts come out with new music and it's like okay what radio stations are going to play their records because it's not like you know they don't need to compete with they don't need to compete with the you know the little Uzi verts and the Lil yachties and the and the Travis Scotts and stuff like that like they don't that's not their demographic I mean although they can have an appeal to the younger generation so you know they can remember like oh you know these are legends and kind of like um trying to think when I mean I guess that could have been a thing when like when LL was putting out music in like the early 2000s and you know I didn't grow up on his stuff that came out in the 80s but I remember when he put out music in the early 2000s and it was playing on like 106 in park and stuff like that and it was it was re introducing him to a new generation um and so you know I was excited to see him perform you know just as a a legend in hip-hop and me being a hip-hop fan regardless of the shenanigans um and me always just loving to see like the Legends be celebrated and get the credit and you know and just like the love as Legends as they are that was dope to see um and you know and hopefully like you know his new music because I mean he got a song with sweetie right which that video looks familiar but you know that's beside the point um um well certain certain details not the whole thing cuz I'm like there were certain parts was like there a lot going on here um but you know me being queen of mood boards darling um anyway but you know aside from that because I'm mature enough to compartmentalize which is what I want to challenge Society to do you know LJ's a Pioneer in Hip Hop he's a legend in his own right it's undisputable you know he's a multifaceted multi-talented um creative and um and yeah I just I'm glad that he was performing at the VMAs I would have loved to see him perform at the BET Awards but I don't think his project was out at that point I don't know if he had any songs out then um but it was still dope that he was at the VM VMA stage and I felt like that particular audience at that stage um was dope and and I think he was wasn't he there last year or or the year before for the um the 50 years of hip-hop I feel like he performed at with the 50 years of hip-hop so you know to see him back you know like consistently there you know and I mean I wonder if how that's helping or maybe that influenced him to get back into music maybe like being on stage for the 50 Years of Hip Hop and all the plethora of performances during that time might have been like you know what maybe I can get back into this music thing I don't know if that was the inspiration I don't know I know he's been doing interviews I've seen some of them not all of them I don't care to watch all of them no shade I just I don't um but as again as a fan of Hip Hop and and just for the respective Legends I love to see that he's out here doing his thing you know um and um who else oh yeah there was a white boy that was performing um I forget the name of that song I think it it was Morgan Wallen I I know the name I think I know the face maybe I don't know but he did the backflip off the piano and then went back into singing crazy you know and he landed that [ __ ] real like stuck The Landing honey I was like he could have been at the Olympics I'm like okay like he was about to do the BIOS say what's going on okay I was scared for a second for him I was like [ __ ] don't fall but he didn't he landed and went right back into the vocals shout out to him for that um that was a dope performance I didn't watch the whole thing but I seen that moment and I was like yo that was dope um what else I think um I think Meg performed yeah that was cool um red symbolism and all of that stuff know it's a lot going on with that but um I think um okay I'll just say this I think Meg is a really dope performer and she's grown and evolved through the years and you know me just being a fan of Hip Hop and a fellow Aquarius regardless of um you know Keyhole turns or whatever um like I said in my live stream there's many a time where I've supported her um especially when she was going through the whole thing with Tory lanes and people was you know making fun of fact that she got shot which is really corny because that was a real assault on her life regardless of who did it because I feel like that's up in the air but in real life she actually got shot and went through real Trauma from that and mind you she's an artist in the industry both her parents aren't with her you know and she's just trying to navigate the game right and then dealing with the stuff with her label so like I felt for her as an artist knowing that feels like you know in my own not to be shot I rebuke it in the name of Jesus but just like you know going through traumatic moments and then people making light of it and making joke of it like it's just something to reference in the song you know even know because Eminem is who he is I'm not gonna lie the line of Houdini was a clever line but I but you can expect that with Eminem though but just to see other people and other women you know attack her for being assaulted or just not even believing her experience that [ __ ] was shitty to me and and I didn't like that for her I hated when she went through that um and I've spoke on that several times because I thought it was corny then and I think it's corny now um and I'm glad to see she's grown and evolved from that sit situation and um and you know there more details come out about it and this that you know I don't want to talk too much about it just cuz I don't know all the details I just know she was hurt in that situation and I'm glad that she healed from me and um I love the success that she's seeing right now um as an artist and as a performer like she's she's so good as a performer my only critique not that my opinion matters but you know since i' be on the Move board might as well take notes um my only opinion is that I feel like a lot of the performances look the same like I mean I don't know I feel like it's it's gotten like like in and not in a bad way like it's not like they're bad performances like they're good performances she get out there she do her Coro she rapping the mic is on she looks good body is stacked you know like she it looks good but I don't know for whatever reason I'm just like like I don't know it's something that feels monotonous but it's not bad though like it's I don't know I feel like in a good way she's built up a consistency where I like I know okay if Mega is performing it's going to be a good performance she's gonna you know do the Coro she's going to look good the costume is going to be dope and you know she gonna be rapping you know but I feel like and way it's it's consistently good but I feel like it's it's kind of plateaued like like if it just all feels the same at this point and I'm sure like people who you know the hotties don't come for me because y'all be coming for me over some [ __ ] not the hotties but I'm just saying people in in general you know like I feel like it's it's going to be dope it's a dope experience especially if you know the music and you know the songs I don't listen to her music like that you know I know some of the songs um but and I'm sure like if you go to her concert it's a good time you know I'm not saying that it wouldn't be I just feel like you know a lot of the performances look the same like I think okay like maybe the the BT Awards performance was different cuz like the lighting and the color colors and lighting and the outfits and stuff like that but you know it it gave what I thought it was going to give you know she looks good sounded good on the mic performed she did her Coro and she looked great you know what I mean like I don't know um how like maybe like something like something needs to shake up the performance a bit you know like I don't know maybe she need to like fly down from the sky or some [ __ ] like that I don't know and if she does that you're welcome you know what I mean and it's not like a criticism like oh her performances are trash or anything like that it's not a bad critique it's just like okay it's it's predictable at this point and I feel like she got the budget to to do more and um yeah like I don't know like something got to be different no shame you know and there's no disrespect it's just my opinion you know um and like I said it's not bad it's just like okay um but yeah but you know of course you know Society being who they are but I challenge y'all I challenge you to be able to compartmentalize what I'm saying and know that I did give her her credit and say that she's a good performer and you know and she does well and I also said there was a point in her career when she was going through controversy and people were [ __ ] on her and I've supported her and I've had her back as an artist and I don't need to because I don't know that girl I don't know that lady you know but I thought the situation that she went through was [ __ ] up so two positives right and the only negative which really isn't even a negative it's just like okay I feel like the performances like looks all all looks the same but they're good performances though it's not like they're bad performances it's not like oh she going up there and I'm like oh we don't know what we gonna get I feel like all right mag's performance is gonna be dope but it it's not exciting to me you know and I feel like of all the things that could be said about her I feel like that's pretty tame you know but well sorry um not sorry I'm not um but you know but this is what it looks like to be able to compartmentalize this is what it looks like to be able to you know have a opinion about one thing and to have multiple opinions about a person where it's like oh I don't like that person so everything they do is wrong even though they are talented and even though they are good at what they do and even though yeah when they went through controversy it was a [ __ ] up situation and she was probably in the right you know this is what it looks like to compartmentalize guys and it not be like shade or a jab at her because that's not what it is you know I'm giving credit where credit is due I'm letting you know she is talented and she's dope at what she does but I'm also going to be honest about my opinion um because you know that's what we talking about on this live stream until you know we we going to get back into the musical things it's just I've been all over the place and um you know just trying to get my own personal life together you know because I don't have a team I'm actually independent you know in a real way like I'm an actual independent artist on my own label doing all the things and then also I have like my own personal life as well you know just trying to you know move around in the world and exist um while dealing with these delusional wies and warlocks that again don't know how to compartmentalize but I'm teaching you guys this is what it looks like to compartmentalize and um you know be able to have a perspective about someone without you know discrediting them and just BL blatantly lying you know or just blatantly completely like you know just being on a hate train just because you don't like somebody like I don't dislike her but I don't like I'm not like a fan or nothing but again I will give credit what credit is Du and this is what it looks like to do that um you know because I know some Society has a hard time um so yeah but anyway yeah Society has a hard time being logical and compartmentalizing and um yeah and just being honest and this is what it looks like I implore that you try it in your own life um okay who else was there um here's some other performances said yeah I already talked about gorillas um I think Camila she performed that was cool I guess um I don't really listen to her like that so and the thing is like she's a talented girl again this is what it looks like to compartmentalized opinions um I'll be honest here I'm not crazy about her I'm not um I feel like the whole thing with Fifth Harmony mind you I didn't follow the group like that I don't know them girls like that I didn't follow the music um you know I just from what I've heard about the whole like racism thing with Norman and just how like nobody really you know came to her defense or at least she might not have and there's you know Rumblings of her saying racist things in the past um however I don't follow her enough to be like I dislike her you know what I mean like I don't know that girl I don't know her and she don't know me um or maybe she does I don't know maybe she might because you know I am the queen of people's mood boards who knows um and you know I saw she was on that bardi commercial I was like ah this setting looks very familiar if only my life were anything like the T show but anyway um you know I don't like I said I don't follow her enough to be like I don't like her but I'm not crazy about her you know what I mean but she is really talented though I think she has a great voice she can sing and she has a good look um you you know I think um you know that the Havana song was really big that was the only one I really follow I like the song that she did with um with Willow not too long ago where she was dabbling into different was it her was that her yeah I think that was her she did a song with Willow and I think that song was pretty dope um and then you know she was genre bending I thought that was really dope I like that that she didn't just like stay to one box um no pun intended um and yeah I mean you know it was I I didn't really pay attention to all the performance because I was on my phone um and and my Wi-Fi was cutting in and out you know it was pausing and starting and pausing but you know I do think overall just from what I have seen I think she is talented I think she has a good voice and um yeah that's that's pretty much it for me and and mainly because like I'm not going to lie maybe I am just a little bit biased just a little bit biased because when that whole thing happened with Fifth Harmony um I more so follow Norman more than anybody um and I was I'm was more familiar with Norman as a solo artist than when she was in the group like when she came out with motivation and then that had like a big moment and then just like the the features that she was doing with um um dancing with a stranger with Sam Smith and um and then Love Lies with um khed um I hope I'm saying his name right you know and just like seeing her as like a dancer and a performer and then just kind of like following like some of her interviews and you know I just I paid more attention to Norman um and not to put them against each other but I'm just saying like from her telling her story and her perspective about what was going on with Fifth Harmony um you know I just I never cared to like follow what was going on with Camila um but I don't feel like you know it's enough for me to be like oh I hate that [ __ ] type [ __ ] like I I don't know that lady you know I don't know I don't listen enough to of her but there are some of the songs that I do like I like some of the cam songs but what the [ __ ] do she know about cameras that's funny um I I see some of these comments you know I just um a lot of times there's trolls so you know if you being genuine in here then I might interact with you but you know we'll see but um you know it's it's very much giving um Kurt Cain shout out to Nirvana more life shout out to the Legacy um shout out to Dave and food Fighters you know still out here doing their thing keeping the music alive but um yeah anyway yeah that that's all um Camila um and who else who else performed trying to think uh there's somebody else um I don't know I think that was pretty much all I've seen I feel like I don't know who opened the show oh yeah that's right Magda salion she was the host I didn't even know that I mean I did know that she was the host but from what I seen then again like I was jumping around trying to like fast forward through commercials and my computer was being slow so there weren't really moments where I saw her like doing host things I felt like I seen other people introducing other artists like I don't know I felt like there was another lady that I saw introducing people several times and I was like I for whatever reason I was like oh maybe that's the host I don't know um I forgot that Magus was the host um so I can't give a fair opinion on whether I felt like she was a good host or not um I don't know I didn't I didn't see her hosting much um yeah and um I mean what else yeah that I mean that was that was pretty much it I guess okay I was like I don't know how okay I'll just say it here I was G I might still posted on Tik Tok CA [ __ ] it who cares anytime when I try to be PC you know y'all find ways to twist things and complain about something else anyway so [ __ ] it um I seen uh Sabrina Carpenters performance and something what I was saying on Tik Tok if my life or anything like Dre show you probably already know what I was saying on Tik Tok um but I saw some of the performance I like started in the middle of it um and I mean it was cool it was a cool performance in terms of like production like the production was dope in terms of like you know stop here do the Coro here or we'll come down from the thing and then make it seem like the moon man is trying to grab her okay I I see the you know reference but um yeah you know I mean I think she sounded good I think um I think the mic was on yeah yeah yeah she was talking she was talking um in a of it I don't know it sounded like the backtrack was there but I could be wrong um and yeah I mean it looked cute for what she what she put together and you know what's funny again me me defending these artists and I really don't need to um you know what I was saying on my Tik Tok was that there's this clip of aelia banks going in on espresso and was like that ain't the song of the summer that song is basic it's all right it ain't even she was basically [ __ ] on the song right and I was just like and and the thing was because she was I think working on like remixing nasty by T which is it out yet cuz [ __ ] and she said she was working on like three of them so like okay did you put it out because I mean if it's out then you know I'll check it out and see what it's about and I think and the thing is again me Sean Ling supporting these artists and they really don't deserve um because I really should just be supporting myself um but you know I love to give credit with credit is due um one I think T is underrated I love that she's getting this moment and especially as an independent artist especially after everything that she had gone through with RCA and them basically stifling her creative control over her projects and once she got out of there and she was doing her own thing she really flourished especially with albums like songs for you and um uh the 333 album that was when I really started like listening to her um I really like that album for the most part um and and you know and I feel like she's really dope and and I didn't like when Chris Brown was trying to [ __ ] on her and was being like Oh name five tanach arms like I ain't like that um you know and and really the te is that you know he tried to approach her and she wasn't feeling it um and I feel like like okay yeah sure you can he probably has more well he does have more hits than her but when you consider everything that was going on in her situation like you can't blame her which is what compartmentalizing looks like you know to you can be on the outside looking in like oh her songs is whack she not a big artist like Chris Brown but when you understand that she was on the label that is known to stifle some of their artists and when certain albums that she was putting out they were trying to tell her what to do and try to control her creativity and it just wasn't hitting like it could have you know and they weren't probably promoting her like they could have so it's like again understanding the behind the scenes mechanics of what's happening and knowing it's like okay it's easy to be like oh you you not up where I'm at but okay but she's going through all of this stuff at the label and she's on a label that's not pushing her and not marketing her the way she could have been so it's like don't look at her look at the label you know what I mean and then then when doing it independently um you know she came out with really Dope music and I say this to say and I saw her live I went to her show during um when she went on tour during 333 and it was amazing like she's really an athlete you know talk about athletes um article references but she is I I mean and that's not the first time I've said that about her um you know she's really athlete when she performs like she gives you a full show she's doing full out choreography the mic is on she's singing throughout the show now she's not my favorite vocalist but I respect her as a a songwriter and the fact that she writes her songs and she's a dope performer and she has good music like the music is solid so you know whatever um and she puts on a great show like she's a great performer and I love that she's having this moment with you know I've been a nasty girl even know it's not my favorite song of hers I feel like she got better songs than that but it blew up and it blew up while she's independent and she's getting success for it and she's an aquarius so you know naturally I'm going to support you know you know I really should just be supporting myself um and so with all that said I say this um um because AEL Banks was basically saying like you know nasty is the song of the summer you know tanas is that girl you know she's one of the best pop girlies and I agree with that um and it's it's better than you know all of these other white girls that's out here she didn't say like that but that's basically where she was getting at like you know she was like [ __ ] brat you know [ __ ] espresso [ __ ] all of these you know these other girls with these basic songs like you know nasty is the Bop now again I got no reason to defend these people brat was a dope album and I don't really listen to Charlie X XX like that um I mean I've heard some of the songs that that's popular um and when I was working at the mall and it would play a lot of her you know older songs on on you know the in in the mall and [ __ ] like that but I actually took the time to listen to Brett and because I heard about like the whole marketing plan and all that and I respect the hustle that she put into really promoting her album and doing the the performance and then having Julia Fox perform and you know doing the whole like Brett wall thing like I felt like all of that was really dope and I'm pretty sure she probably invested in that herself you know so and and there's there's Bops on Brad like I'm not like we not like Brad has Bops you know what I mean um and again I don't need to do defend these artists but I'm just saying like I will give credit what credit is do um and I think espresso is a Bop of a song I think espresso is a really good song I think the melody is dope um the play on words is clever um and the video is cute too like the Aesthetics of the video is dope with the whole with the blue and the orange and all of that and like the color grade and how it's filmed I think it's dope um the song I'm not crazy about the Polie please please on it's all right it's okay um yeah it's all right um but whatever you know not that my opinion matters but y'all gonna listen anyway um and um so you know when I seen that post about aelia or what aelia was saying I was like all right come on now like espresso is a good song like and mind you and the thing is I'm I'm here for like you know um cheering on the underdog and you know hoping that they get success so like I I support the whole thing about like her really trying to like shine a light on the fact that tanas is really talented and she should be one of the main pop girls because she should be you know she's really talented she's a dope performer and I felt like her bet performance didn't do justice like it could have um you know I feel like it wasn't the best song for to perform but she's a dope performer and I wish she'd had just been able to perform her own song um and did she perform at the VMAs she should have been able to perform at the green maze because she had a big moment this year um and was Victoria Monae there did she perform because you know they tried to play her last year you know and was like oh you're not big enough to perform and then got all them Grammy nominations so you know but and again I don't need to support these people but I will say when Talent is is there then I'll highlight the talent um but anyway my point saying all of this to say I was like in my mind I was like damn isia like let's not act like espresso isn't a Bo because it is like it's a it's a dope record like melodically you know it's it's a fun song and it is a good summer upbeat record now my point and all this so you know watching the performance um at the the VMAs and again like I said I'm not crazy about the police please please song it's okay um but I do like that the the espresso record and um and like the performance was all right you know it was a lot with the production and you know the outfit was cute the hair was nice um but um you know a please record that is pretty dope is a song that I wrote and performed when I was in a group called down the Mars which just so happens to look very similar to the Aesthetics of that performance but you know whatever um you know because and I I say this to say because sometimes little artists where you know it what it appears that one person is watching your live stream that one person could be somebody in the industry like oh look at this artist and look at this aesthetic this is actually really dope look at what they're doing with a limited budget now we have a full budget let's steal this idea and amplify it I'm just saying that happens and I'm just saying like literally there's a video on um on my threads where this guy had a song on Soundcloud and Drake literally copied it word for word bar for bar and you know and I don't know how many followers he got but I'm pretty sure he don't got the same number of followers as Drake now I say this to say you know you should check out please um that's written and sung by me um when I was in a group called downam Mars and it's on Soundcloud so if you look me up on Soundcloud narice you know spelled like this um and I reposted the EP just listen to please just that's the only song that you should listen to um and um yeah I'm I'm proud of that record as a performer as a singer um the harmonies are dope the vocals are good and um yeah and I just write about being an artist you know just tired of getting a short end um and knowing that regardless of the mistakes that I make um it makes me stronger wiser and all those things um and it's just a good song and um shout out to my old bandmate for making the beat it's a really dope track and um one of the better ones from that project so um yeah check that out um but yeah just look up narice on um SoundCloud and stream please and then also stream some of my covers and um you know just other records that I've done like Goin by S um cevin Fever by Jaden Smith um I did a remake of some other records so yeah just check out some of my SoundCloud stuff because uh yeah but um anyway um so yeah I think that's all my opinions about The V Ma I mean I got to go back and like rewatch The the some of the performances and um yeah I didn't see all of them oh yeah Katy Perry performed Katy Perry I didn't see the whole thing I saw a clips of it I know she got this new song with DOI um it looked cool they were doing like a real cute lesbian thing um um and um yeah and what was that like a sample of Gypsy Woman refence the waters um yeah um and then what else what else you know she did mly of her hits which I feel like are usually dope to do at this stage in your career when like you know you've already amassed success say you might be putting out new music and it might not hit or people it might be a little controversial or whatever you know I feel like performances are dope because it reminds people like [ __ ] I'm iconic you know like don't forget [ __ ] I am iconic okay and let's not act like I didn't have the soundtrack to your teenage dreams and you know and that album was amazing um and you know I'm not a Katy Perry fan but I do really like her songs um yeah it's nostalgic um and I I didn't watch the full performance but you know that the stage with the like the curve stage it reminded me of um Nicki Minaj's stage even though it looks different it was lighter it was different but like the whole like standing on a heel type thing um reminded me of Nikki's performance last year but you know whatever nothing that matters okay um yeah so there was that um and you know what and and it was funny when they had the the click of her and DOI and then it went to Orlando Bloom and it they kept the camera going back to him you know it was parts of the performance when he was looking as if he didn't watch her rehearse it like he was looking like oh this what's happening you know but I could be tripping I don't think I was though but then like you know then of course when he realized all the camera is going to be on me so let me you know look enthusiastic um I mean I'm sure he enjoyed himself you know and you know he had a good time I don't know but you know some of the faces he was making was funny to me um yeah but um yeah and and I love to see that crossover for DOI I've been someone to be openly supportive of her for a while I know she just came out with a project um I haven't listened to it and I I mean I might maybe not I don't know eventually we'll see how I feel about it um I know she has what is it called alligator bites never heal interesting interesting title you know what's crazy about that we'll segue into something interesting um I was looking at this post earlier today about this girl on Tik Tok that was like come pick coton with me you know and then um people in the comments were like what's going on oh my God this is crazy why would you say this um and you know and it just seems very insensitive and um and someone in the comments was like you know to make light of something that's traumatic is um insensitive you know and um you know like like actual trauma not like fake trauma not like orchestrated like trauma for not orchestrated trauma for entertainment but like real trauma and um in in black history and you know and um and someone was saying like you know and just thinking back to a time where people used to to use black babies as bait for alligators and um and I had heard about that not in school though but I had heard about that and I thought that was um you know interesting and I just think about the ways that trauma is used for entertainment and that's all um yeah that's that's all my perspectives and point and opinions at this particular moment in time um all right it's late and I'm tired um and you know eventually um eventually sometime soon I will you know like to get back into the musical live streams that would be really dop really cool um and I will I I'll get back into that again like I said I've just been doing a lot of stuff lately running around and trying to get my personal life together if my life or anything like the Trum and show you already know um but um you know my challenge is for folks to like really try to look beyond your emotions and really think logically in some instances like does this legitimately makes sense and like okay even if I don't like this situation or like this person did they make a point here was this thing actually good am I actually do I actually dislike this or am I just hating and why am I hating was I conditioned to hate this person because everybody else on social media was hating this person or do I actually have a reason and if was that reason like their fault or was it other things influencing s scenario I don't know but um I don't know food for thought you know food or thoughts for y to consider all right I'm going to conclude this live stream thank you all so much for being a part of this um you know for anyone that's new here I usually like to conclude my live streams with like a sound bow and a prayer and on a high vibrational notes and um because it is kind of late I'm going to skip out on the sound Bowl but I will say a quick prayer um that's just my vibe this is why I like I try to be intentional about the word and using it for positive and yeah I will go on and and go off on my thoughts but concluded on a high vibrational note because balance and Duality and I'm a multifaceted person so with that said um I'll just keep it simple and do Psalm 23 The Lord is my shepherd and I shall not want he make me lie down in Green Pastures he leads me beside the Still Waters he restores my soul he leads me on a path of righteousness for his name's sake and although I walk through the valley in the shadow of death I fear no evil thou with me that rod and th staff comfort me God prepares a table for me and the presence of my enemies will anoint my head with oil my cup runneth over surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life and I dwell in the house of the Lord my house for so it is so will be much gratitude for what's already been all right y'all I hope y'all were entertained by this you know I love a good little rants I will crack my jokes from time to time give my little perspectives and opinions and you know my challenge for y'all is to compartmentalize and really analyze do you really dislike something or are you just hating and if you're hating why you know and can you have an opinion about somebody and give them their credit um without being a hater or put the hate to the side and really analyze the circumstance logically like you know what I don't like this person but these beats are dope because y'all know these beats is dope I don't like this person but them bars slap because you know the bars slap people wouldn't copy it if it didn't just say you know you know I don't like this person but why don't I like this person because I mean from day one a lot of the circumstances was set up to be that way for entertainment and chaos but you know what this girl's actually pretty funny and should be making valid points because I do and y'all sit and watch whether it's through my platform or The Truman Show because y'all love to see it and I know I'll be right all right y much love to you and and check out the music you know I got a project called Divine on all streaming platforms listen to it you know stream it check it Sabrina Carpenter please please please but please that is dope um production vocals lyrics harmonies um is please by Dam Mars which was a group I used to be in apparently I was destined um a child of Destiny to be in um and it's a dope song It's a dope song so uh yeah check it out and then also check out my other covers and all my other stuff on there too so yeah um all right I think that's all the things for now and then sweet life sweet life is on Soundcloud I did a cover at Frank Ocean Sweet Life I'm very proud of it very proud of the vocal production the harmonies um I changed up some of the lyrics to fit me in my own experience um and I'm very proud of the vocal production from the low notes to the high notes to the runs to the grows to the all of it because it's there and um yeah to the subtle nuances to the you know moments of grit yeah I'm proud of that cover and um and and I think you listening and check it out you'd be proud of it too so all right with that said have a good
