North of uh us closer to North County, San Diego into Orange County. They definitely felt it but there are even some reports closer to downtown San Diego having felt this 4.2 magnitude earthquake that took place close to the Rancho Cucamonga area. This is moving just east of L A, north of Riverside Rancho Cucamonga closer to kind of the mountains just north of that area. So you could see how this orange tone indicates how far south it was felt right around downtown San Diego, taking you all the way up to about the ox Santa Barbara area is where some people report having felt it. So we'll keep touch on this. But uh as far as reports go, this is just kind of coming in earlier started as a 4.4 now has been dropped down to 4.2. So we'll keep uh track of what's going on up in the L A area and just to the east of it. In the meantime, we do want to mention the frost advisory that's gonna be in effect here in, well, Riverside County, not exactly San Diego County uh because it's just gonna be up to the north of us. Uh But that cross advisory is in play from 2 a.m. all the way through 9 a.m. So early morning hours of tomorrow, emphasis on this is that we're gonna encounter some more cold overnight, low temperatures and you're gonna particularly notice those when we start off the day tomorrow. So if you're out in the early morning hours jacket will come in handy, might wanna, might notice some frost along the way. 3 to 5 ft wave sets of 6 ft waves. We do not have that high surf advisory in play anymore because those wave heights have diminished so much. Plenty of sunshine out across San Diego County. 60 degree temperatures for the day today, a bit chilly outside at times. So a jacket will come in handy, especially for the night time, early morning hours. We're only tracking one particular time frame where we could pick up on some rain over the course of the next about six days or so. And that's going to be late Saturday night into early Sunday. Look at our models as 830 comes around Saturday evening, we start to see those clouds really increase. First wave of wet weather comes from north to south 2 a.m. not a lot of people outside at this time but still particularly noting that our mountains are gonna pick up on the heaviest accumulations. It'll move south from there, still holding on to heaviest accumulations over the mountains. 4 a.m. So two to about five seems to be the best time for him to be picking up on this moisture after sunrise on Sunday. If you're getting up, you might notice some wet roads. But beyond that, not a lot of us expected to experience that rain coming through because it's gonna be pretty much in the overnight stretch and not all that much accumulating. Looking at your afternoon highs for this afternoon. We've that sixties, 66 for Ocean Side 66 for Escondido, 64 in PWE and 68 in El Cajon. Temperatures have not reached average so far in the new year, every single day has been below average today and tomorrow are gonna be our best opportunities to get to average. Truly, 66 would be average. So we'll see if we get there. But as we get into Sunday with that trough of low pressure sinking in, we'll have those early morning showers that are mainly gonna be looking toward the mountains. We'll have wind moving into the forecast and we'll also notice those upper 50 low 60 degree temperatures. So a cool down comes for Sunday early next week, we start to head back toward normal low sixties Monday through Wednesday. Another little bit of a cool down comes for Thursday, Friday as we see our next opportunity for rain in the forecast again, that's gonna be toward later next week. So for now, our sights are set on a little bit of rain, early morning hours on Sunday. But besides that, a beautiful weekend ahead and then it looks like another opportunity as Thursday and Friday come around back to you.
