ABC news's David Mir and Lindsey Davis have been selected as moderators of the presidential debate between former president Donald Trump and vice president Kamala Harris I think ABC is a disgrace I think having Donna Brazil sitting on that panel and she's the one that gave the answers and the questions to Hillary Clinton before a debate uh I think ABC is really should be shut out haris has refrained from commenting on ABC hosting the debate Trump has repeatedly called the network fake news he's accused the co-chair woman of Disney entertainment Dana Walden of being Harris's best friend Disney is ABC's parent company the former president is currently in the middle of a defamation lawsuit against ABC News and anchor George Stephanopoulos Trump however does not appear to hold negative feelings toward M and Davis M has sat down with Trump several times in the past for interviews in fact he was the first to interview Trump after he became president he's been with the network since 2003 and anchors ABC World News Tonight m is not listed as having any party affiliation Davis has moderated Democratic presidential debates for the network in 2019 and in 20120 she anchors ABC News live Prime in Sunday's World News Tonight as a black woman Davis has taken a special interest in reporting on Race Matters
