wet indeed as you can see here as those showers starting to push into the maritimes and uh we're still talking about of course arnesto still making U slight impact as it continues to make its way North I'm going to step out so you can see its traction here heading into Monday night the thank thankfully we're not feeling what we thought we were going to feel but according to the Hurricane Center the storm has weakened in intensity although it still says a hurricane one category but we can expect it it as it moves over colder Newland and uh Newland Waters you're going to see some large waves to the Avalon Peninsula and some heavy rain in the St John's area and uh it's still going to make its FR and snow as it continues all the way up until later part of this week and uh here you have that rainfall I just wanted to let you know so that rainfall warning in place for southern the southern avenol Peninsula it's happening this evening until overnight 30 to 40 millimeters locally it could be 60 plus millimet of rain in the heaviest areas now we're also seeing some effects too not because of arnesto but just uh the weather conditions right now weather special statement in place for Northwestern new Bruns 40 to 50 millimet potentially Higher by Wednesday afternoon so we're going to see some showers continuing there and here is your rain outlook for the next couple days as you can see through to tomorrow morning so heavier rain 2 to 5 millimeters and we're seeing uh some potential 10 to 20 in Port hawksberry there and uh so just keep in mind if you're doing uh any activity and we're also seeing some of that rain really heavy 30 to 40 millimet if you are in St John's and we know it's because of those effects from arnesto now for today we're seeing at forecast timeline of those showers really starting to push in into uh of course this afternoon and into the evening hour some areas clearing in Southwestern Nova Scotia and some parts of New Brunswick and into tomorrow morning now as we head into tomorrow you're still seeing some showers and that's where it leads us into your forecast timeline so you can see we're still seeing some highs ranging from 22 to 26 and we're also seeing those showers continuing into parts of Pei 10 to 25 millimet in heaviest showers humidex 33 and highs of 24 today and also today we're seeing showers risk of thunder showers if you are in Cape Breton 15 to 40 millimeters in the heaviest area 23 will be the high those uh risk of thunder showers also reaching into parts of uh Eastern Nova Scotia highs of 23 still a high humidex as well so it'll be quite warm even with that mix of showers as you head into Central areas of Nova Scotia showers this morning as well with a risk of Thunders showers and then for southwestern Nova Scotia you're going to see some showers and uh some afternoon sun and Cloud 22 will be the high and 23 for Labrador showers risk of thunder showers more so if you're in Happy Valley Goose Bay and then for New Finland we're seeing a mix of sun and cloud in some areas but we're definitely seeing those showers along the coast for St Johns and about 2 to 4 mm and of course higher in some areas so that's a look at your forecast now it's over to Milestone
