and out of New York Penn Station this morning. Then over on Route 3 AB Route, one, 20 leading up to those delays were dealing with at the Lincoln Tunnel. We have an overturned vehicle causing even more delays. The westbound lane is closed at Route 3. >> Eastbound, the left Lane is blocked as emergency vehicles work to get this overturned. Vehicle cleared from the roadway there at Route 3. So you're going to need a lot of extra time. If you're driving into New Jersey, this is what you're dealing with. So the cars actually come out just behind me and then you can get on the Lincoln Tunnel just across the street traffic here. Not so bad. That's because we're waiting for the traffic flow to come out of the Lincoln Tunnel. Here. You can see cars now moving. Okay, because as you mentioned, Julie, that crash investigation has started to clear making traffic move again inbound. But there is a crash investigation. New Jersey bound which is starting to start things up again, adding to the traffic total troubles on the New Jersey side. There are also lanes out and in both directions on Route 3 in East Rutherford said that is an issue on that side. The center tube going eastbound into the city was shut down earlier due to a broken down transit bus that bus broke down in the tunnel that which meant only one lane was going into the city at the height of rush hour that that was around 6 o'clock this morning. 2 hours later, they just cleared it. But traffic is still left behind residual traffic and get this traffic woes started actually really early and around 3.50, this morning, a motorcycle crash shut down the center too headed westbound to alleviate traffic there. Construction in the north to concluded early that has all reopen now. But all of this causing residual delays every hour. It started with the boss that was causing most of the issues around 6 o'clock that just cleared, which opened up. And now we're working on another crash investigation headed westbound. So the Lincoln Tunnel is not where you want to be. Route 3 in New Jersey is not where you want to be.
