But traffic is still left behind residual traffic and get this traffic woes started actually really early and around 3.50, this morning, a motorcycle crash shut down the center too headed westbound to alleviate traffic there. Construction in the north to concluded early that has all reopen now. But all of this causing residual delays every hour. It started with the boss that was causing most of the issues around 6 o'clock that just cleared, which opened up. And now we're working on another crash investigation headed westbound. So the Lincoln Tunnel is not where you want to be. Route 3 in New Jersey is not where you want to be.
