previously six teams from across the country came together for Australia's greatest cooking competition come on that doorbell I hav't look good cuz I should have been a hand model would have been a face model that's for sure first team on their journey to become gr with the mo Rob and Liam you can't choose your family you just got to do the best of what you been there SMY left everyone wanting small is run small hello they lit up the leaderboard with a huge 84 points but one team was not impressed with one this is an easy dish single rib are easy dish so simple tonight we're off to [Music] Adelaide where young moms Ash and Cassie cook dishes close to their their hearts I introduced it to you most recently didn't I yeah really able to do it that time in my life and so when you brought that meal over meant a lot to me it's about friendship compassion and it's yeah and while there's tears in the kitchen there's tension at the table I thought maybe you took an easy option I just voted quite high for you guys I cannot wait to eat your [Music] food tonight we're in Adelaide for our second instant restaurant where young moms Ash and Cassie are often racing PumpUp Junes uhoh can you think old MacDonald had a farm and on that farm he had a cow good job so I started the day this morning daughter woke up at that time but hey that's life as a mom yeah oh this is oh I just hit the tour apologies we're doing a massive cook today [Music] Guys restaurant day has arrived and we are very ready for it have fun today good luck to you we're dieticians and we're food science nerds yes absolute family favorite so my cooking background is Filipino and I remember being like a little girl and going to Filipino parties and eating all the delicious Filipino foods I can see that takes after me we did love she's really inspired that's a Asian background [Music] cheers hope it can be delicious and nutritious and oh shop time Ash and Cassie have just five hours to shop for ingredients dishes before the guest teams arrive so at the last instant restaurant everyone thought that our meals would be too healthy I just want to eat boring bland food people think we just eat chicken and broccoli and really un flavorful food let's do it but that's not the case at all right as dietitians we understand food we understand how to balance things more is more when it comes to garlic I'm feeling pretty good I'm going call Un like it me too here we go Ash and Cassie they are dietician moms it's all about what goes into the book this food for years if they get it right I think there's enough skill in here to take the top spot so we need 23 limes you look like a lime nutritious food look amazing wonderful I just think it's Mom telling me to eat my veggies eh hope people like coriander I am organized mom's know what they don't I need chili powder where's the Chili where is it oh my God so now we need the duck which is the hero of our entree we need to nail this duck it is a huge deal whatever piece of duck they use you need to have the knowledge how to cook that TR Frost rendering the crispy skin and a soft meat all right thank you oh next stop grab porul of pork belly please for Maine we are making crispy pork belly with green papaya salad traditionally philippinas eat mom cooking lots of pork I think we're going to surprise them pork belly is a fattier cut of meat we're going to put loads of vegetables 50 to 75% of your yeah so looking at this menu there's a lot to do they need to work fast clean and hard from the start am I on the right Street Cassie who have to get home style their instant restaurant and prepare their dishes before the guests arrive restant all right we going to decorate the table now it's going to look so good the theme of that instant restaurant starish I live really close to the beach Ash loves the outdoors and fishing coconut is a big part of our dishes symbolizes we wanted guests to feel like they were at the beach feel relaxed and feel like they're on a holiday this is like better than I envisioned when they see our name dietician yeah I love it dietitians dishing it let's go dish it now we need to get changed and it starts this is it oh my God we've got our own apron got a name on it how many years for this moment 10 years on M for so long I'm kind of shaking has our names on it this is our one moment to shine and now it's game time the clock is I'm going to do the panacotta yeah for dessert we are cooking coconut and Cafe lime panacotta with lime syrup it needs a minimum of 6 hours to set so I'm putting six cups of coconut milk in the pan here yeah amazing up to cup three cuz I don't want okay three cuz if I stuff this up like it won't S oh God I'm spilling this everywhere I'm just for the Panic cot Earth do you agree I've lost C what what does it mean if our measurements are wrong quite set I was so confident with that panacotta I've made it so many times so this is definitely not where I thought talk to you really I think I threw up it made us realize we needed to take a second to kind of calm down and just reset a little bit I reckon that's right yeah I thought this looks about right I'm going to roll with GRS of sugar into the panacotta the beauty of the panacotta is that it's not too sweet cuz we've got the lime syrup that will sweeten it up from the leaf gelatin and I got to work relatively quickly I'm just going to mix that in so the leaf gelatin dissolves oh there's one of these on the that needs to go in there okay that wouldn't have that wouldn't have said no it wouldn't have off to a great start only up from here in the mold and I know it's supposed to make 16 so this is going to really be a test because it doesn't make 16 we know 2 4 6 8 10 12 14 I may have gotten my counting wrong and if there's not enough mixture for the gelatin is going to set too hard and we're not going to get that wobble or we're just going to have to hope for the best all right walking out to the fridge it's only made us 14 and that means we only have two panac cotas that could potentially go wrong yeah we don't have D them and so we decided to Center ourselves again in with a fresh breath and then pick up from where we left off I'm going to get cracking on this dough we want to get in cakes because that dough needed at least an hour to rise smooth ready to set oh my God there's just over an hour on the clock quick we need to like really get ramping up we've got to get this hoist and sauce done for our duck entree we still have a long way to go so this is eight I love as much garlic as I can throw into something was it eight yeah was eight clothes of garlic only added one teaspoon do you need more garlic I do I was really pleased with that hois and sauce I thought it was banging minutes to go I'm going to get cracking on marinating this D I'm not where I want to be right now we were extremely ambitious we thought we'd had we bit off a little bit more than we could chew we don't want to lose points for keeping our guests hungry no one wants to be hungry at the table we smashed it the other night I wonder what Ash and Cassie have in store for us oh I'm ready to find out each understood the dietician they know their food I don't want to see too much hethy food on my plate El that's a good one tonight I hope there's no more easy dishes I'm raising the bar that extra Notch hey put that in the fridge oh my God Qui got one question are we ready or what go okay so much to do still but anyway can I just kind of get a answer [Music] it still scor their smiles [Music] thank looks like a something different I I didn't expect like um a Bach Vibe and so the first thing I think is we're going to I see anything Beach and I just think chips and seagulls so I was straight away like please give me chips we are dietitians dishing it as dieticians and moms to two toddlers it is nutritious healthy whole foods that are tasty and not floring I don't think there's going to be chips which is bit sweet so we're going to get back in the kitchen so have fun relax enjoy have a bit of ban and we'll get cooking absolutely to everyone first why when we sat down is I'm just happy to be there with an 0 better on hour well boys you missed it last night cuz you were in the kitchen so all of us went around what we did tell us about you brothers from Mo Peninsula that's one sick porn Mo there brother like yeah they got Mo sick Mo and they're Bros just like Mario and Luigi the Mario Brothers you guys missed a lot A lot happened around that yak yak there was some great stories Mike had a few comments he thought you all right yeah what do you think I don't know if Mike's ever cooked a 7h hour short rib yeah so what do you think was easy about those dishes I thought maybe you took an easy option placing up what you plated it up oh Robin Le's menu was easy there wasn't too much work involved in getting it out it was I know went into those cooks and easy not even there the judg has voted quite high for you guys him and Rob I mean I mean they're professional chefs so sorry learned very quickly I think and I'm looking forward to judging I'm trying to think Mark's going to whip up yeah must be the most intricate thing we've ever seen yeah I can start cutting into shape with the duck pancakes I'm working on the dve for dark pancakes you're doing such a good job I'm doing such a good job thank you we don't want to Plate up food that doesn't look visually so they've got to be cooked to Perfection not too long on the pan amazing so I've got the cucumber and the rockmelon like go into the pan and so I think that's why it works it's there to balance the flavor it's sweet gives it a bit of freshness it's also vitamin C so it's going to help absorb yeah that's perfect the rockmelon in the duck pancakes is a bit of a risk cuzz people wouldn't be expecting it but Ash I really love it I am for man we're cooking for world class judges absolutely I'm excited but I am I am a bit nervous [Music] yeah [Music] were my God this is our one opportunity to really showcase our skin and our knowledge hello this is are let's hope [Music] so the party's about to mano and Colin they crispy skinn pork belly with green get the pork yeah I was like Chris about ah look I got some Goosey things out there it's going be bonut and cafia lime panacotta with a lime syrup and a ginger crumb so we hope you enjoy look that menu when I read at scho it ran awesome it says healthy and delicious it's going to be delicious all right enjoy thank you hopefully both you know I'm feeling really good about this crispy skin juicy on them inside oh so with the dark you cook the skin first and you cook it until that skin goes really crispy that how yeah that's awesome I think that look now I'm going to quickly turn over just to seal the meat in we need so we've never made this amount of duck before so we're managing a lot of things right here we've got the pan on searing the duck we also want to put the it was a juggling act by the time the duck rests as well we need it to rest before what's that beeping what's that beeping does that mean it's done I put it on 6 seconds so that's why um my bad has to be crispy it has been wanting to be in them to so long and I think it like C let's just take five take another breath these are two World Club Ducks my eyes oh they're a bit burnt aren't they they are those ones the duck Char too much we know yeah this one's a bit burnt a really feeling the pressure the stakes are so high this could make or break us at 12 hour and it's all perfect it's such a big rest can chaos in the kitchen you need to find the confidence in your kitchen be turned into Perfection on the plate 10 out of [Music] 10 and my compared to the muscles I think maybe he's trying to Rattle us a little bit my mom can cook chili muscles better than [Music] you in Anala Ashen Cassie a feeling is flat as a duck tray the Ducks charge too much we don't want them to taste like old boots yeah this one's a bit burd these are two world class been wanting to be on them to for so long and I think it might cry let's just take five take another breath my whole life showcase what we can do I was really feeling the Press oh my of course you're here when I'm mid duck well things going so much pressure having like flashback I feel like I'm back at University just for an exam I'm going to tell you something the Cofe is in your kitchen yeah but you got to St that in yourself the reason why you're in this competition is because you love cooking yes right that is going to show in the end result of your dish so stop second guessing yourself this stress that I can feel in this kitchen what you've got to do now is cook and deliver thank you thank you thank you I think the 100% because I'm a recovering perfectionist and I feel like we're so driven and passionate about what we do that we don't want to let anyone down or let the doubt has [Music] left Simone is expect like a nice sweet kind of sauce to go with a duck and then some acidity to cut through that as well um there's a Chinese restaurant uh in the casino in tanzel there you go when it's all wrapped up and put together if just melt in my mouth like beautiful I'm so hungry um I think dark it's a tough one to cook you can go really wrong with it this isn't compared to the muscle I think maybe he's trying to Rattle us a little bit but you know when you're at the top you don't worry about anyone else 2 hours all that still an easy dish I guess if that was our easy dishes wa until you see the harder ones sounds War Mikey Mikey if Michael says that like our menu is easy like we're just is going to let our food that talk for ourself to him is more him that needs to prove something to us what's a perfectly cooked up to you um crispy skin just middle that' be [Music] nice they look freaking they look incredible I'm stoked with how that's cooked I'm so happy with that this is the best skin we've ever done we believe in ourselves we've got this but we need to get those has plated and out all right so I'm plating up now Ash I've got the cucumber and the rockmelon from the rockmelon to balance out the other flavors I was throwing the duck on the skin goes soft because it's been resting and they're kind of falling over on the juices I'm spoting the ho and saw I'm really happy with the way that's it's looking though we've worked so hard on this entree we've done nervous about whether people are going to like it this one for Manu this one's for Colin let's dish it let's go [Music] at the door thank you thank you very much did something over on the kitchen thank you so much baby very soon okay looks delicious thank you thank you put that in front of me I want to eat it tense because I knew that if the duck skin wasn't crispy that it would be really chewy and it it would look like their this is a one shot passion guessing what's going on and if we stuff up then I'll be really disappointed in adelite Ash and Cassie hope their dark entree will get them off to a flying standing there watching the judges try the Jessie what's going on super nervous why I'm really excited to have you both wanting to be on MC for several years and today it's it's finally come and so we've put everything we possibly can in this dis to win this competition oh be a drink come true thank you ladies C you back later thank Youk you T put have garlic breath all I could taste is garlic really but I have to tell you that take a breath that's [Music] rockmelon I listen melon and I really hate melon what why don't you like melon it is all right yeah Mark I think it was crack dish I told the table it was a 10 out of 10 dish from Liam like that would have been really complicated yep it was nice food but for me person I don't think duck pancakes every more from my daughters it is a different pancake though the pancakes were beautiful the duck was beautiful the inside was beautiful I would have a hint chili so it's not a 10 then 10's perfect right sorry sorry sorry weing the pot this is one of his favorite pastimes not just in the kitchen yeah obviously there's a difference of opinion and I'd like to talk about bit what like if you get a duck pancake at a restaurant you just want to go whack more more you like I don't want to go back for more would you% I would yeah I think Liam's like ready to come to my instant restaurant to tell us what you thought about this I really hate melon I didn't expect it cuz it was hidden underneath and then I bite it and I was like oh I know crazy so apart from the melon I was missing in my opinion just a little bit of contrast maybe and uh probably I would have preferred just like to play with a soft of the pancake like for me had no wow factor as Cass forre you cooked duck pancakes amazing job on the pancake not an easy task great job on the cooking of the duck like bloody great job the crispy skin wasn't all the way crisp I was I was ecstatic I was so happy the addition of the melon I think was genius I really enjoy it but H me Harvest RW garlic and and RW garlic is a really it's a smoke in the face I think you could have I would have hit the salt hit the acidity and then it would have been a different dish but in saying that I would happily eat it again B of the competition we need to ramp it and it's like I said to the Boys you've got a great Foundation but don't hold back yeah we've got that's amazing feack love it and we'll take it on the chin so I was a little bit just it was good feedback yeah it was good feedback I'm actually so happy with that feedback I'm really happy with that feedback too I totally I get what they mean about holding back we did kind of you know reduce the salt and the soy we're ready to crack on with MS and if anything we felt more motivated to really up the ante for the main the peanut sé sauce that packs an absolute punch we don't hold back at all so really want to take this feedback and just put it all into crispy pork belly with green papaya salad I'm getting together the red curry paste cuz that's going to go in Cassie's famous peanut delicious and it's had a few versions and then I introduced it to you most recently didn't I yeah when I was diagnosed 6 months ago now you were one of the first people to come over to my house and deliver it was just a small act of kindness but at a time in my life where I couldn't prepare something like that for myself so it just meant so much to me [Music] sorry food out to my daughter and I literally like was carrying the plate out to her and I just like flicked it in the air and it went all over the floor um my left arm properly so yeah scary cooking wasn't something I was really and so when you brought that naal over just meant meant a lot and so to me this dish means and it's made with a whole lot of love so yeah the treatment that I'm on is Reales so I'm feeling really confident feeling better now now I can actually make it myself yeah so we want much I'm going to Chu these in the oven now take 60 Minutes at least to cook and then we also need a crispy pork belly skin a perfectly cooked pork belly is so so important it's the star of a dish it's a hero of a that muscle fat has to be cooked well it has to be juicy and it has to be flavored really well honey toer King down the end of the [Music] table I almost got the fashion s for pork bellies in my T crispy pork belly soon as I think that I want the crackle or on the crunch or on the Harden pretty much if this crackle on my plate I'll be happy Simone tell me everything pork belly what do you think I'm expect a nice crispy pork belly nice and salty juicy the meat it's going to be crispy you've said crispy pork belly would you have started cooking your pork belly 4 hours probably 4 hours before i' start it how do you think the girls will go tonight with it it's such a big risk to get 12 and it's all perfect hell yeah but if it's not then yeah definitely won't take us off the top I think yeah yeah I'm cutting up the green papaya for our green papaya salad hello hello so where are we going with the pork belly that's cold that's like J yeah yeah we're looking at 3 hours I think we've really underestimated the amount of time needed to actually cook the pork it's going to be a long time cuz at the minute you're just air drying some pork we really should have got this pork on heaps earlier well let's we're really running the risk of this pork um being a disaster if the pork belly isn't crispy we could be in trouble as Ash and Cassie struggle with their pork belly in the kitchen guest bellies rumble about the girls it's been a while I think they might be struggling why because it's taken a long time between the entree and the main I'm hungry it's going to take way too long in the oven we can't call it crispy skin pork belly and have soft skin we're trying to speed things up P christen's skin or do you want to just Grill it or I know it was like a light bulb moment so we're going to put it in the in the pop it back in the oven to cook it through yeah I think that's the only way we we can actually cook the pork in a similar way that we cook the duck and we actually I definitely feel like by cooking the pork this way was saving he a Time hey I've never cooked pork belly in a pan before I've always done it in the oven I'm just hoping that it works out right it's spattering everywhere be careful you don't burn yourself yeah sh I'm like cooking the pork on the getting splatter oh oh my God [Music] out man dodging oil doing some Matrix style Stu that's actually looking amazing Ash now look D back on track back on track we've got some pork in the pan some pork in the oven and we've still got to make our sé sauce there's so many elements that we have to get right there's still so much to do for this main course so yeah I'm worried can we can we go around the table and say who's got a hidden talent hidden talent a hidden talent what what can you do that we don't know about my fist oh stop [Music] it how do you wake up and sing oh yeah I'm going to Chuck him honestly pot it opens and you serve it that's that's what I heard yeah I think M's going to have a tough cook on his hands I think he's already how's it looking it's strong that one soft the skin on that pork has actually got soft again crispy on the other one in the middle middle no back on so this means we have to get that pork belly on the fry pan again for the second time to crisp it up and we're already running behind time and so if this skin isn't crispy it's honestly you're going to break us this whole dish is so important to our friendship and to do our friendship proud and present something that we're both incredibly you know happy with and I could just see concerned that we weren't going to have very nice pork all right I'm liking the sound of that the pork is crispy hey Ash come through this oh amazing amazing well done you saved up all right we don't have long waiting forever guys I've got an idea never have I ever I love a game I love finding stuff about people so there's no better game to do this than never have I ever never my store bought food and claimed it was mine that I cooked oh I did that first day with no I've not done that I'll just I did this function for this rugby team International Rugby team an hour outside Melbourne and I was in a in a mansion and a chocolate Magnum but we made our own version of the chocolate Magnum but we left the freezer open and and they melted right so we drove to the 7-Eleven and we bought 20 Magnums and we peel the chocolate off and we squared them up and we put whatever they tastes like magnum's rets and I got paid the skin is crispy oh my God I think these are oh my God some of the pork looked a little pink like it looked maybe it wasn't cooked for long enough [Music] out oh it's going to break us if that pork is oh so that pork is all right but at this point I was like the guests have already been waiting so long for this m going to start plating these you happy with that yeah they're not going to be happy about the way no they're not going to be happy about the way we just leave really quickly hey which one at this point I'm just glad we've plated something but we've definitely lost control of of the food but I mean the how he sign a dish is isn't it Ash absolutely I was proud of the salad I I liked that salad I thought that was beautiful this is ACH want to there that one needs more salad that need more salad we're just throwing it on trying to get it on time was against us we just needed to get those plates out worried about the pork this one's for Manu let's go [Music] the girls look disheveled they they don't come out looking confident thank [Music] you thank you so much I took 2 seconds looking at that pork belly and was like there's something wrong [Music] here pork is not juicy it's not melting in the mouth it can be really hard to cut it can be chewy it can be really I'm I'm [Music] worried in just served up their M crispy pork belly with green papaya salad but I'm really worried about the pork because they might be chewy well might be underdone and we want that skin to be super super [Music] crispy thank God I yeah thank you ladies thank you it did have crisp but it was [Music] that b just really nice girls so I wanted to be good but the crackle wasn't there it was a bit to good the sauce is great unfortunately this dish didn't eat jackpot salad was not point unfortunately didn't enjoy it I actually love that salad uh the coriander and the chili that sauce was amazing like I would unreal it's probably the best like sé sauce I've had but my crackles all burnt the pork belly none of the fat branded at all so it's just you can really ate it the pork belly is just it was like very chewy if I would get think I would bring it back are we consensus that the boys are ahead or is there where we wanted them to do well but I think we feel pretty safe right now to be honest butterflies the pork I wasn't 100% happy with but I mean we had the crispy schem we kind of ticked one box so Ash and Cassie for men course crispy po belly with green Pap salent very tough very tough I'm not going to bit around the bush I'm disappointed you been able to achieve is a crispy R uh which was crispy and pleasurable whatever was underneath or loved and uncooked your enemy today was time we hadn't got that on and hour we like we've got one component but we haven't got the softness the gra papaya salad you had a bit of heat in there you had a bit of moisture like it did it you just got your timeing around that was yeah a bit hard to hear now [Music] the but unfortunately that topn source is not what's going to give you a great we had a lot of negative feedback from the main but hearing that our peanut sé sauce was topnotch from one of the I was just like oh my gosh we had a good entree we've had an upset it's three courses we still going to give each other a hug remind each other while we're here and get good dessert to yeah bloody always sounds BL bloody bloody bloody mate I could see the fat that was yeah half eaten yeah so we can only go up from I think if we can nail the dessert that could just keep us in the game yeah this is our time to redeem ourselves our main we have this last chance to make our dessert topnotch the crumb's done we just need to kind of pound it up for dessert we are making coconut and lime syrup and ginger crumb we'll end our three course menu is something really light something really delicious we've already done the panacotta with her syrup so the lime syrup is the Citrus element to the dish the syrup really acts as sweet to pair with a panacotta that's not this panacotta there was only a small portion of sugar we don't like overly sweet desserts everything is riding on this panacotta now yeah because going home I'm just so worried about that panacotta setting we could not set and just be like liquid on the plate I'm really feeling one chance to prove ourselves with this dessert take them out I'm freaking out that we're not going to have a dessert that we're not going to be able to get these panac cotas out all right Cassie are you happy hang on yeah I need your moral support over here the stakes are so high and it could this could make or break us this dessert I felt sick to the stomach the panac cotas hadn't set the whole [Music] Dish as Ash and Cassie prepare dessert they're served a panaco the panot hav sit we're not going to have anything to serve all right deser what's the perfect panot it's a nice jiggle in good shape that's a great start interested to see what the coconut instead of the cream whether it has the same kind of Rich whether the the cffa lime and the lime syrup being two different kind of limes are going to compete or compliment it has to be sweet but how are you going over there with the panacotta we had 14 molds 12 need to go out and I just feel the pressure because we don't have much room for error last dish Last Chance prove to everyone why we deserve to be [Music] here [Music] oh thank the Lord that oh my God thank god oh you it comes out perfect this could now save us all right you're doing amazing all right we're back on jiggle jiggle jigle jiggle game on we're back in the game oh my God we could be on for a great score here oh my God all 11 have to also come out perfectly I got to work really quickly but I don't want to stuff it up amazing my go panacotta do you think absolutely yes we could definitely on paper is is it sounds very promising so yes we could liot is a very very traditional and I never seen anything with the Keir lime but we are very super Keen to try if it's good it's good guys can you do this we hope to have one at least 110 good I like that I like that my love me too so Hing to 90 yeah I was thinking the same wa maybe for 90 yeah wow some more things great to hear because you're the next to [Music] cook the next we don't get me wrong but extremely excited Mike you excited to be going to uh proper [Music] Italian see the fact I've got accent I kind of it doesn't matter think they're much of a threat because he owns a pizza Shar but it doesn't make him great cook and Viana CS for living I'm looking forward to which Italian team's going to come out on top then if we're if we're talking real de I I think we'll come out equal what's what's your answer we are there is only one Italian team in the [Music] competition we're going to pour the lime syrup on the panacotta and then we're just going to leave a little crumb Trail we're really happy with the ginger un real we actually got 12 perfect panac cotas in the plate so Ash I'm just going to pour a little bit on like that this dessert it's so fresh and light the panac cot is not too sweet then you have the sweetness and the zest from that Limestone and it gives it that beautiful texture and I feel like this could keep us in a really good position for the competition we did it minut Colin Manu let's do [Music] it DT is thank really well oh my God it's such a relief that that panot is perfect but I just hope they like all the other [Music] element in Adelaide Ash and Cassie are hoping to end their night on a with their dessert coconut and Caff lime pan crumb our entree was really good we've received some positive and some criticism about that our man was absolutely chaotic it showed on the [Music] plate thank you ladies thank you thanks thank you thank you [Laughter] the [Music] texture it was a bit Bland I need a bit more there wasn't a lot of Sweetness in the panacota I think the girls really went down the healthy road they removed all the sugar from the panacota I'm not really a big dessert person but I thought it tasted delicious probably my only downside the syrup could have been a bit thicker was happy with it I really got no complaints against today s tell me everything tell me everything sometime we don't never have to go wrong and this time for my opinion it did go wrong they replac the cream with the coconut cream it was actually ging when I was eating by itself so for me is a is a big no I think that the panakot was very well executed like he had like the jiggle in it I don't think it was a failure I liked it but like it it wasn't [Music] exceptional Ash and Cassie for dessert coconut and Caff lime syrup and ginger crumbs P was done well you know he had a beautiful wubble the spoon was and that is what a panakota is supposed to be what a panakota is also supposed to be is perhaps a little sweeter sugar out to make it a little healthier but you know when you put salt the SE dish and enhance the flavor when the flavor I think the flavor of the coconut is lost because of the lack of sweetness I didn't mind actually the lack de to be such a rich dish this would have sort of panned out obviously didn't but I loved the syrup on the bottom uh I wanted a lot more Chrome cuz that that that was Chrome was beautiful and it sort of broke up the sort of creaminess we had the basement it's like you are on course dessert was okay thank you so much thank you feeling a little bit heartbroken I know a little bit disappointing but I think at the end of the day we've learned heaps so we've got to hold our heads high and be proud of what we've done with all three courses served it's time for the guest and restaurant out of 10 yes so inant restaurant to we have entree the dark above average for me it was still nice and not dry at all and all the flavors balanced out the duck pancakes were the best dish of the whole meal probably wasn't and then mains you had the crispy pork belly and the green papy salad underc that was delish I wish it turned out better for him like I did just then for dessert pacot pacot a bit too far with removing the the sugar is a b risky to twist a classic either a five or a six bro all right you decide all right well if that's the case I'm going to go with a 10 five five to me it's a either a five or a six I re a five five five yeah five of these I think we need to give the girls a five five yep what score they give us let's go you know we're not going to get a score as high as boys but I don't want to be on that would be Soul crushing would be as we're walking to get our final scores I'm worried that we're going to get a really low score we've put it is I don't think we could have done any [Music] more Ash and Cassie thank you for inviting us into your home and sharing your healthy and homely meals the guest teams have given you a combined score of 26 out of 50 when you spent hours in the kitchen and you're working so hard everything in to get a score of 26 yeah it is it is disheartening gosh if I was Asing Cassie feel sad for them and now it's our turn to score each dish out of 10 pancakes I'm very impressed with the pancakes themselves doing them from scratch great job the duck was well coed all the way crispy which would have given a beautiful uh texture to the pancake the sauce needed to be pimped right up we needed a bit more salt bit more vinegar if we had done that we would have had a spot on Dish yeah right so for your ENT Tray tonight I do come giving you for your Onre is a seven so I was really pleasantly surprised to get a 7 out of 10 from a worldclass judge I was really happy with that with green papaya salad this is where the wheels fell off ladies timing was your enemy pork belly fortunately we didn't give it the two hours in needed to be melting and and just falling apart the pork was tough and actually was disappointing the little sa was that sa sauce which was delicious but it wasn't a grand M yeah it broke my little heart a little bit but everything he said was true is a f thank you for your main course tonight I score you a three thank you obviously that's hard to hear we we to score threes it is it is disheartening for dessert you gave us coconut caffia lime panacota with lime syrup a beautiful dessert I think you've decided to make it a little too healthy for us a little bit of sugar would have we had the wobble we had the set we had the consistency I didn't mind the actual lack of sugar cuz I thought the syrup made up like a bit more maybe a bit of shaved coconut to give it a bit of texture let's come giving you for your dessert is a six [Music] thank for your desert tonight I score you the seven so Ash and Cassie that gives you a grand total score of
