little bit of True Crime News here for your Friday afternoon as of this morning Adnan sayed's conviction for the murder of Haymon Lee has been reinstated it had previously been vacated and there was debate about whether he would be recharged and there would be another trial but Haymon Lee's brother came forward and said he was not given legal notice enough to come to the hearing where sayed's conviction was overturn eared so duee to the victim's family's rights being violated the Maryland Supreme Court in a vote of 4 to3 today so a very narrow decision decided to reinstate Adnan sayed's conviction so what happens now is that it goes back down to a lower court and it's essentially rewinding a few years before they overturn the conviction so we'll see what happens if they overturn it again and we'll keep you posted here on true Christ
