[Music] [Music] [Music] all right s what do you think welcome to the ranch we got uh Johnson Creek feeds this little Pond driveway goes over and then it continues off that direction cabin's up this way let's go have a [Music] look come on sigs good boy yeah you're a good boy welcome home this is uh this is my home away from home little cabin I bought this last year on 6 Acres uh that borders Forest Service everything you see out there is looking South towards Forest Service this was just a little cabin a little tiny house actually just a shell that I spent this winter uh going through double carpal tunnel surgery there I was kind of limited what I could do but everything you see here was uh I did this winter just kind of hiking through the snow I'd come up here and pick away at a little bit at a time um Almost 100% of what you see is secondhand materials other than maybe the sink and the countertops few little odds and ends but the rest of it the tile was all given to me a lot of this Lumber was given to me or you know leftovers from previous projects so it was the perfect place to use is it but got a little kitchenette over here little breakfast or bar bar area there and a living area and then a little sleeping Loof upstairs and we got a little propane fridge that's about as heavy as the cabin certainly older about uh I think it's about 70 years old this thing still works supposedly haven't hooked it up yet and a nice bermont castings wood stove that heats this place up nicely come on sigs I got to show you the fence here this is uh my labor of love you can I don't can you see all the way down there been using all the dead Aspen trying to do something with it keep the cows out so this is one section of fence we've got another one out towards the road and uh another one going about up back behind you everything this direction is the is Forest Service we got a family of marmots living right down here Sig's going to check out go get [Music] [Music] him got to fill up a little water at my spring here Johnson spring [Music] oh you're thirsty okay [Music] [Music] [Music] yeah we love you oh yes
