you know we've been so focused on the NFL draft and you know go back to the um NFL combine where 18 Michigan Wolverines players were involved the most ever uh by one team at the NFL combine who's left on this team who's left what's been happening uh in an arbor during spring ball uh will Johnson's left they still they still got uh they still got will Johnson they realistically they have a lot on defense maybe not as much depth as as we saw last year the year before but the starting unit should be really good obviously Rod Moore getting hurt that's a that's a pretty big loss that's a bummer but the defense across the uh the starting unit should be really really solid on the offense a lot of question marks I mean you lose a quarterback like JJ um six offensive linemen which is it's weird to have six linemen at the combine but Michigan did that so they're going to have a bunch of uh you know a bunch of new faces up there but guys who have played um you know and then after that you've got some guys hoping to take a big step I me couston Loveland might end up being one of the best tight ends in the country but he he just needs to take a step still another step uh more production and then the wide receiver room same thing guys who have made a play here a play there samage Morgan Tyler Morris but they they're going to need a lot more and I and I mentioned JJ being gone you the quarterback's probably you know that's probably question number one so yeah there's there's plenty to watch for on Saturday at the spring game uh heading into the season but uh defense should be really really good maybe not as deep offense you know we'll see we'll see what the o line looks like we'll see who runs away with that quarterback spot and then uh you know Michigan they're still going to run the ball uh and then we'll see who can step up and catch a few here there [Music]
