The Walmart Scandal You Never Knew About

okay y'all so I'm in my email minding my own business and I come across an email from Walmart arsenic apple juice so I had to get back online so I could talk about it you guys so here we go [Music] welcome back welcome back to Conor found me your dirty carnivore channel so as usual I like to start my videos off by sharing all the things that carnivore healed me from okay you guys I just received this email from Walmart um and it said we have been notified that refresco beverage us Inc has initiated a removal of Great Value apple juice H it says due to the potential for the product to contain inorganic arsenic above Action level set in Industry guidance so it does say it's above the level the impacted product was sold in stores between March the 27th of 2024 and August the 27th of 2024 and our records reflect that you may have purchased this of course it wasn't me because I don't drink apple juice but someone in this household may have purchased these apple juices and then it says your prompt action to this notice is strongly encouraged if this product is still in your possession do not consume it please discard it and visit any Walmart store for a full refund Wick or snap restrictions May apply please see our return policy for Wick or snap El eligible item return policies wow it's always something going on with our food supply so this is an inorganic arsenic so I decided to go over to cck GPT so I decided to go over to another chat and ask them about um this inorganic arsenic so I gave them the information and here is what it says it says inorganic arsenic is a naturally a carrying element that can be found in the environment including soil water and air it can enter the food supply through various pathways through the water it says arenic can be present in groundwater which may be used for irrigation or as a direct ingredient in beverages like fruit juices soil it says plants can absorb orenic from the soil if the soil in the Archard where the apples were grown contain arsenic the apples can may take up some of the arsenics which could make them I mean which could make its way into the apple juice pdes historically arsenic based pesticides were used in agriculture while many of these have been phased out AR I mean residual arsenic may still be present in the soil okay you guys so here is where I want to interject about this pesticide I think is real important information so if you guys have ever watched a movie called kiss I think it's called kiss the ground so I put a picture either over here or over here please go and watch this movie it'll give you a lot of information that you may not know so this movie is called um kiss the ground and it has to do with um pesticides you know um it's a documentary and it shows you shocking evidence about historical connections between pesticides and the chemicals that they used in World War 2 and consecration clamps and stuff like that and so I looked that information up cuz I wanted to um kind of give you an outline of the information about it so it says that after the war these toxic substances were re the toxic substances I'm talking about were the chemicals used over in World War II and concentration camps as well so they were repurposed and introduced into the food supply as pesticides this chilling transformation raises serious concerns about long-term impacts of these chemicals on our health and our environment so if you notice like um the top soil is gone um soil erosion and whatnot so understanding this history compels us to question the safety of conventional farming practices and consider more sustainable regenerative Alternatives so that's a piece of information that I wanted to share with you before we get started back on the video wow or in industrial contamination arsenic can also enter the environment through industrial activities such as Mining and smelting it says in the case of the Great Value apple juice recall it's likely that the Arsenic entered the juice through one of these Pathways it's important to note that the presence of inorganic arsenic doesn't necessarily mean the product is in un safe as Trace Amounts are commonly found in many foods however we've already established from the email that is unsafe and that's why they pulled it off the shelves wow that's very very interesting guys be safe out there and if you have purchased any of these Great Value apple juices make sure that you take it um and destroy it and get rid of it so I hope you guys have enjoyed this video and hope that it's been informative to you um please like comment down there and subscribe as usual make sure you have your notifications turned on so that you can get an alert every time I drop a video have a blessed day [Music] he [Music]
