[Music] one of the biggest mother-son tournaments in the in the country but just happened to be in San Diego where I live so it was like you know easy we just played it and my mom was a former top ten player and she still played a lot so she was probably like for sure the best mom in the in the competition but I was only 12 years old so like I liked her and I would probably like a very similar like level she might even been better me at the time we were playing against a lot of like college guys and like older guys so it was tough for me but like we got to the quarterfinals and in the middle of the quarterfinal match she she fought her calf and couldn't couldn't play anymore we were winning and so I always like at old kid I wanted to win so bad I like forced her to keep going and finish the match and we ended up winning and I think yeah we got third place in the in the tournament but it's just funny cuz I I made her keep playing when yeah literally couldn't walk now looking back at it's just like a mother son and my local club near my house I was like not that big would you look back then it was like all that mattered I spend a lot of time on the court of my mom and she taught me a lot of things and it's definitely helped me along the way she definitely helped me make decisions and she came to tournaments that helped me you know she coached me and give me like strategy I'm sure we could go back now in no more we have we really wanted to wouldn't be getting bullied by the the cost you guys anymore I was I was 12 years old so I mean that could be fun you
